I Went To This Dollar Tree In Kernersville North Carolina A Couple Weeks Ago. I Go Into The Store And I Buy Me Some Extra Strength Energy Drinks When I Get To The Cash Register The White Haired Senior Aged Cashier Bags My Energy Drinks But Instead Of Putting Them Around The Bagging Area She Puts Them Near The Scanning Area. I Am Wondering If She Is Trying To Act Like A Strict Parent To Me. I Have Been Deciding Not To Come Back To This Dollar Tree Store Again In 2 Years I Will Be Going To The Other Dollar Tree In Walkertown Instead They Treat Me Like A Adult Instead At The Other Store That Old Lady Cashier Needs To Get Terminated Immediately. This review is mainly because of one cashier’s actions, not totally indicative of the store.I enter the store and I’m looking for a basic snack. I have three items in my hand held basket. I head up to a checkout and this cashier basically YELLS at me and says “IM CLOSED!”.Listen, we all have bad days. I’ve been there. I have worked in the customer service industry before. However, there is no excuse to yell at me. Regardless of your bad day, I’m still the customer and there is a mutual respect that is deserved as we are both human.Please improve your customer service. I wasn’t treated as a valued customer today.

The store is non-compliant with CDC covid regulations. One of the checkers was not wearing a mask. Minimal effort is made to keep the store clean and the cart sanitary. They care more about the making money then protecting their customers

This Kernersville Dollar tree is the best. It is the largest one I have ever seen. The aisles are wide and spacious which prevents congestion. It appears to have a larger variety of inventory than others. It was a great shopping experience. Even though it is a little drive from Greensboro, I plan to visit it again.

I was assisted quickly to purchase balloons . Check-out was quick.

I spoke to 2 employees on the phone to check to see if they had a product I wanted, before making the trip. The manager assured me they did. When i got there, of course they did not. Couldnt tell me if or when they would get more. So much for customer service. I wont shop there again.

One of my favorite places!!! Always seem to find just what Im looking for...... far too often MORE than I intended to find. If they could keep helium for balloons during peak times like graduation and mothers day all would be EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT. Also one of the cleanest stores Ive visited.

This is the biggest and best dollar store in the Piedmont area! Kernersville has a much wider selection of merchandise, friendly staff and the checkout lines are generally always quick at this store too!

Best Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to with such a selection. The store was clean with nothing really sitting on the floor. The staff were nice and there was actually more than one register open. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking to visit a large store.

My experience was very good

Was in store friday, customers were all crowded together at check out registers no way possible to do 6 ft distance but employees were not distancing either a customer behind me in line ask the young man (cashier) why he wasnt wearing a mask he replied he wasnt told he had to but even if he was told to he would refuse cause he likes to breathe the air and will not cover his face then told this elderly lady if she didnt like it then dont come back . He was so rude I went outside called and spoke to manager he was outside on phone talking to me as I sat in my car watching him. He said employees are not required to use mask or gloves nor do they enforce any distance he said that is up to employees and customers as to if they want to do it. I have been to other dollar tree stores and they dont seem to have such relaxed attitude to covid 19 used to be my favorite store in kernersville but will not be going back there. Think the biggest problem is management there

This store is very clean, organized and stocked. Just spent $50 and didnt mind. Until we checked out and my grandson wanted something from the gumball machine. Well it took his .75 cents and the cashier had an its not problem attitude. Said its not their machines oh well So put up an out of ordersign why dont you!!

The store is clean. The staff is friendly & very helpful. Store is always well stocked. Because everythings a dollar items they stock are somewhat limited & somethings you can find under a dollar at a competitors store. Inexpensive and very nice place to shop is awesome! Ill go back many times!

Nice place full of great deals

Decent size, usually somewhat stocked. This location does not offer frozen/refrigerated foods. The workers here (not all) are subpar and unfriendly. At any given time you can walk into this store and find things which have fallen to the floor.....still there. The items on the shelves often doesnt match the product.The cosmetic/hair supply area is deplorable. Maybe I have the unfortunate luck of coming here just before they re-organize things, but I doubt it. Overall it is convenient, close to my Dad but I have seen better managed stores. Keep that in mind and you wont be disappointed 😉

I think I will spend more time here. Personnel super nice but Saturday is probably not the best day to go if you want to leisurely shop.

This Dollar Tree is usually very neat and well-organzied. There are several categories that beat other store prices and they do take coupons. The coupon policy is on the corporate site and frankly, I would take it with me if trying to use several.

I love this Dollar Tree. It has the best selection I have seen. You could probably go here to stock your pantry and even get Christmas presents for all the coaches, teachers and co-workers on your list.

With the exception of two people that work there everyone is very rude and hateful including the store manger. There is always a line and other workers will walk past as the line continues to build or shut down their register while there is still a line.

The dollar tree in Kernersville north carolina is the most awesome dollar tree store. So many more choices on products. It is amazing. I travel an hour just to shop here, even though I can shop at several dollar tree locations in my area.

I shop here often but have stopped coming in as often. I have complained along with my husband about the carts missing their child seat belts. I have an ultra squirmy toddler who stands up without these belts in place. I know Im not the only person in Kernersville with a toddler that likes to stand if no belt isnt present. Apparently its too complicated for management to make a call to corporate to ask for replacement belts to be sent for the carts. So I guess Im going to call corporate to have this addressed since Ive been repeatedly ignored about safety concerns.

This is as good as any Dollar Tree. Sometimes they only have one register open with quite a line. Theyre not unusually low compared to other Dollar Trees its just theres nothing that really makes them stand out which would be my five star rating!

They have one of the best selections in Forsyth County. I was able to get my DIY materials for harvest essentials plus some cute embellishments and glassware for DIYs as well. Staff is super friendly, very clean and tidy. We will go back! 😊

This place is awful! In the past year it has gone down hill considerably. The outside of the store is dirty and littered with trash. The employees stand out there and smoke and toss their cigarettes on top of the trash. Then they go back to work without washing their hands. There is never more than one register open, even when there is a long line. The carts are always scattered around the parking lot while no one bothers to bring them in and the worst part of the whole thing is they dont restock anything! Theres none of the good bread that other stores offer, the products that used to be deals are either sold out or they just discontinued them and the entire experience is a nightmare. An avoidable nightmare. Enough is enough - I can get most of this stuff at Walmart for the same price anyway.

Pre-ordered and paid for graduation balloons only to arrive on planned pickup day, and no graduation balloons left. Whats the point of a pre-order if you dont reserve the stock needed to fill the order. Sold to other customers. Double dippin dollar tree. Wonder how many customers they have remaining in their reservation book. Lesson learned, dont depend on them to get it right.
