I had an awesome guy named Denis help me today with my Fedex shipment. He did an outstanding job and was friendly and thorough. I also had a woman in the pharmacy department help me 2-3 months ago. I think her name was Colette, but she also went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed to do for my prescription. They were both amazing and I am grateful for their help.

I do not understand why you have to stay on hold on the phone so long, as the recording keeps jumping from “there are two callers” ahead of you, but then goes back to “there are three callers ahead of you more than once!!!! To top it off after being on hold for 20 mins another recording comes up to say “the staff are on a lunch break, if you want to continue holding you will be answered in the order that you called” and says they will open back up for lunch in 27 minutes. Why can’t you answer the calls before you go to lunch???? Where is the customer service??? I never had this problem at CVS and they work with the same amount people that you guys have. MAKE IT MAKE SINCE PLEASE???? If I could go back I would, but my insurance makes it complicated.

I went up to Walgreens and seen their staff works really hard to get prescriptions filled. Everyone is super nice. Especially Katherine. She seems to always be on the ball, friendly and attentive to all the customers needs. Keep up the good work.

Said my wifes prescription at 1045. I went through the drive through at 1115 and was told that it would be another 10-15 minutes. So I came back since I live close by and now the line is super long. Every other pharmacy in town will have your medication ready much faster.

I hate to say it but this is the worst drugstore Ive ever been to. The line for the pharmacy ALWAYS takes 30 minutes or longer and most of the time, the customer service isnt very good. Just transferred my prescriptions to a different company.

I Purchased $34 total in merchandise. I paid $24 = debt (cash) and $10 = store savings points. The following day I returned $20 worth of merchandise leaving $14 worth of merchandise on the balance, again returned $20 to store.I was given A STORE CREDIT Visa card for the amount of my points=10 $ and 10 in cash.. i purchase $5 card on the refund amount to me.. leaving the store ULTIMATELY giving me $5 in Cash, WHY when i spent $24 in cash on the purchase of said products.I think the situation was made worse when both cashier and manager approached myself as if I were trying to” get over on WALGREENS”... I am in service industry so I UNDERSTAND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. and this my friends was nothing close to it

The pharmacy here is an absolute mess. Sometimes it is quick and easy, but it is usually a pain. Poor communication, and long wait times.I also got my COVID vaccine here, but they would not schedule my second dose at the time of my first appointment. I have gotten 5 different answers on what to do to get my second appointment from them. I am positive at this point that they were lying to me to get me to back off. Walgreens should not have been allowed to give out the COVID vaccine if their entire infrastructure is this much of a mess.The rest of the store is normal. Not bad or good.

My insurance required I use Walgreens after three refills. I always get my first three from Kernersville Pharmacy (5 Star +), then I have to endure Walgreens. Night and Day! Kville Pharmacy treats you like theyre happy to talk to you no matter how dumb the question. Walgreens treats you like a burden.

Horrible service. I put in for a prescription to be transferred over to this pharmacy and it seems like it was the hardest task ever to accomplish. Never got my prescription after 5 days of waiting. I was told that if their were any problems, I would receive a call. Apparently they had issues getting in touch with the other pharmacy but do you think I got a call from them to let me know that? Nope! Instead of calling to tell me that, they just filed my info away. I went to go pick up my prescription after about 3 days. When I got there they had nothing for me. Nothing! The lady I spoke with didnt seem to have a clue as to what was going on and mind you, I have to start taking the prescription at a certain time....this is the reason I put in a transfer request about a week before I was due to start taking it. Called them today to check and see if my prescription ever showed up.....it did not. I would think that since I went over there yesterday that surely someone would call the pharmacy again today to see about my prescription being transferred. All I got was again....a lady on the phone whos telling me the same thing from yesterday. At this point Im just shaking my head wondering how in the world some people get to hold these type of jobs. She then she says to me, let me get you over to the pharmacy so you can speak to someone.....Really? So youre telling me that I didnt just call the pharmacy? How are you going to transfer me to a department that im already in or called? At this point Im over it. I move in the fast lane so I will not be spending another second trying to get something simple done with a pharmacy who have people working there that dont seem to know why they are there. Ill go to another pharmacy who can get the job done.

Went in to pick up some photos and an Rx. Had pharmacy page for assistance at the photo center. Waited 5 minutes. Went to cashier up front and she paged Alexus for help. Waited another 3 minutes. Walked through the store to find Alexus chatting it up with an employee. Asked her if she could help me at the photo center. She immediately rolled her eyes and said what do you need?. Not how can I help you. Very rude. I told her I needed to pick up photos. She walked towards the photo center then shouted across to the cashier complaining asking her why she didnt page someone else. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy attendant was rude. When I came to the counter she ask me for my prescription card and I handed her the only card I had. She looked at it and said this aint no prescription card. I said its the only one I have had. She turned to get my prescription(now keep in mind I called before I came across town to pick it and up and they confirmed it was ready over the phone) and said oh and I am going to need to see your ID for this prescription. Next she ask me to verify what the prescription was. What does it matter if I gave you my name, date of birth and my doctor called it in? Then she tells me I need your doctor to call and tell us we can fill it. What???? I am sure my doctor will have field day with this one. This is the type of behavior that I left this pharmacy in the first place, I decided to come back and give them another chance and first day back and this. If I could give them zero stars that will represent the Customer Service I recieved today.

While I have experienced some of the issues other people have commented on in recent months, I have to say that today was different. Greg was VERY helpful and went out of his way to assist me. I am very thankful for the customer service he provided because I was at the point of transferring all my familys prescriptions elsewhere. He saved our business for Walgreens but absolutely saved the day for me! Thank you Greg!

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The people are always rude, its slow moving, and they almost never have your prescription ready. I had to cancel my birth control because they kept giving me trouble every month about filling it or they would say they have none in stock despite the fact that it was the most generic form of birth control. If you need a pharmacy...I would take your business elsewhere.

Worst drive thru pharmacy. I came to this drive thru a month ago. There were 5 cars ahead of me. After 15 minutes only one car moved and I needed up leaving. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but here I am again at the drive thru with four cars ahead of me and in 22 minutes the lane has not moved once. How can a pick up take 22 minutes!

Use the pharmacy multiple times a month. Medications always refilled in timely manner. Staff is friendly. Store is well kept and clean. Rewards program is great for regular shoppers.

Do not do order pick up here. While it says you can go to the drive thru to get your order, it’s not true. The salesperson told me that I “did it wrong” and couldn’t pick up my order in drive thru despite the fact that the instructions in the email said to “go through the pharmacy drive thru” to get my order. Infuriating!

Dont come here if you can help it. Long lines in drive thru. Which means 3 cars takes 30 minutes. Also rude staff at the counter. When you ask simple questions after they walk away they roll there eyes and dont care.

Hubby and I had to change from CVS to Walgreens as Tricare is no longer contracted with CVS. CVS literally wished us Good Luck. In the three years it has been extremely problematic with constant mistakes, constant chasing on the status of a prescription refill, partial refills because Walgreens dont have enough stock. Different prices for the same prescription..... the list goes on.I had waited for 5 days for a prescription and thought that was being pretty patient. I went in to the store the lady was very nice but was clearly having problems with this prescription and advised she would refer it to the Pharmacist (a lady) to look in to while she served other customers. So, I had been there about 10 minutes. Waited, waited, waited and another lady came over and apologized they would be with me in a minute still checking my insurance (all this bearing in mind they had had my prescription 5 days). At least 10 minutes later the other lady came over (not the Pharmacist) and did exactly that the first lady who served me did was check everything and there still was an issue. She offered to call the insurance while I was there, having been there now 20-25 minutes and no further forward I said I would come back in 20 minutes.20 Minutes later I get a call from Walgreen advising they could not get through to my insurance but they had a cream would I like to pick it up for $58 without insurance? No, I dont think so.It was basically left to me to sort out with my insurance who on the first ring answered the call, looked in the system and said they do cover the cream but with a different manufacturer and she then called Walgreens while I was on the phone. Gave them the NDC code, the associate advises it wasnt coming up on the screen but they would look into it .No call back, so I called Walgreens a day later for an update, first lady tried to tell me it was due to pre-authorization, when I explained she then transferred me. Second lady, went through everything then she put me on hold, never heard back until another lady thought I was a different client. So, Im still on the phone when my mobile goes off and it is Walgreens - go figure.The end of this saga is that it has taken Walgreens 6 days to tell me that they dont stock the cream by the manufacturer that my insurance will cover so cannot assist. If I had not followed up I would still be waiting. Now, Im heading to CVS.The day Tricare switch back to CVS we will transfer.Im not sure why there are so many issues but there is a high turnaround of staff and in my experience thats an indication that something is wrong at the top.

This store is an abortion of customer service. In the last 6 months since The Rite Aid take over they have only once given me any assemblace of customer service. Prescriptions are never ready on time and I always see people storm out in disgust. Today I was on hold for 34 minutes before speaking to a human being who once again gave me an unrealistic time in which the short staffed employees would have my prescriptions filled. Walgreens has surely blown an opportunity to to increase its profits at this location. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy who can actually take care of their customers. CVS on South Main Street is well equipped to handle increased business. Walgreens had 3 months notice and was a complete failure. Corporate should take a hard look at how understaffing and unpreparedness lead to a complete waist of acquiring new customers. I will never walk into a Walgreens ever again. You should all be ashamed.

The pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible, after dealing with them 2 times, (two times too many) I finally found an amazing pharmacy in kernersville that actually care about their jobs and their customers, while I was at the new pharmacy I was telling the employees about my horrible experiences with the walgreen pharmacy on main st. 3 other customers all chimed in and said they had just switched everything over from Walgreens as well because of the nasty, horrible people that worked there. I will let EVERYONE I know to never give Walgreens any business and I will make sure to post on all social media accounts the ridiculous behavior of the so called employees.Congratulations Walgreens pharmacy, you have failed miserably!Ps it wouldnt let me post unless I gave it a star but it definitely deserves a negative 5 star rating

RUDE cashiers! TERRIBLE service. I waso n hold with ONE caller ahead of me for 29 minutes and the call was CUT OFF. I asked for 4 refills on April 1. Today is April 9 and none are filled. In 6 months, they have NOT gotten 1 right so far. I so wish Id read other reviews before I transferred here from out of state!!!!!! I will be changing pharmacies TODAY. Avoid this place if you value your time!

Their pharmacy staff is rude and inept. My wife and I have had to fill 4 prescriptions since they closed the Rite-Aid and messed up all of them. They cant find the prescription in the system or they lost it after filling. They should have closed this store and kept the Rite-Aid open!!
