I have never been treated so rudely by someone over the phone as I was by a representative there; who wouldnt even tell me her name or give me her supervisor name. I had to call the corporate number with my problem who gave me 5 different options to take before I would have to change my number; whereas this person at the Kernersville location could only give me one. That was to change my number that I have had for 8 years; cause some other carrier had given out my number to some other woman named Teresa. It would cost ME $15 and I would have to change all of MY contact information. I would have to be inconvenienced and it would COST me is the only thing the cricket rep at the store could tell me, and when I ask for her supervisor (that just so happen not to be there) or to give me her name she hung up on me. Really!....this person does NOT need to be working with the public. Is poor training, along with poor management at this store. You do not treat customers this way, especially long time draft paying customers.

Got a new Motorola G(7) Power. The Sales woman was very patient with me and let me take my time to look around. She didnt pressure me to get anything I didnt want. She did add insurance to my phone even though I was hesitant. We talked about it and she made it obvious it was worth the price. Im glad because I cracked the screen and now its covered.

Chris deserves some recognition, he was helping 3 customers at once on getting their phones taken care of, and was going back and forth from speaking English and Spanish to cater to all of the customers, was very impressed!

Do not take the recommendations on phones they will tell you if a phone is an upgrade but then you come to find out it is not an upgrade and wont play several games. You go to return the phone but then they will not change out any cases trying to get you to spend even more money.Theres a difference between you walking into the store and asking for accessories then you buying a new phone that is not an upgrade as advertised and then the accessories for it. Switched over from MetroPCS amd got 2 free phones with unlimited everything for $80 plus a discount on a case for our phones. Friendly and answered all my questions also very clean...it smelled like Fabuloso! Definitely will tell my familia to check it out!
