Not only were they very patient with me and my family (4 kids and fiancé) but got me in the exact car I was wanting. Terrible customer service. just drove about 45 minutes to this dealership. Went inside, spoke to the salesman named Kenny and he wouldn’t allow me to take an inside look of a vehicle because it was raining outside. loss a sale because he said he didn’t want me to get water on the floor from my shoes lol. sad and silly way to loose a sale.

I purchased a Mercedes CLS550 from this location in 2018 and I had the best experience. Customer service was great and over 2 years later my car is still running smooth. I plan to buy another vehicle soon which is what led me to look them up again. I just so happen to look through their reviews and seen some people were dissatisfied and I just couldn’t believe it. I hope my review helps someone being that it is 2 years later and I am still able to say I had the perfect experience and I love my car !!!!!

I was surprised to see the variety and number of high end vehicles on display as well as the customer service and friendliness I experienced.

Its absolutely nothing I HATE more than people who say they will call back and they dont. Ill admit, we had to play phone tag a couple times, but when I did call back and someone advised me that the person I was talking to will call me back that is what I expect. I feel that is poor customer service. Now I will say the the guy I did talk to name Jerrell (I think) was pleasant, he just doesnt return calls. Even if they were calling to say sorry we can not help you at this time is better than silence. But I guess silence is also a form of communication.

Although I got an older model Nissan Maxima, I got Superior Quality Service as if I was getting an Audi, Mercedes, Lexus,Infinity,or any other Top Quality Vehicle that they sell. I went in to see Cory & Woody after seeing a car online. both these gentlemen were not only helpful but understanding. I will go back to purchase another vehicle from them and would sent anyone I know there to do the same. They even stayed open well after hours to help me finish with the paperwork.

My brother bought a car from them, 2 weeks later check engine light comes on, then the car starts overheating. Took to a mechanic and was told that the dealership sold me a piece of junk and most likely will need a new engine.

Horrible experience. Source for their vehicles is auto auctions where they buy low priced vehicles and sell them as upscale nice vehicles. Also sell you a warranty that is absolutely no good. Dont waste your time. Was with a dear friend who bought a BMW with 85k miles. Two weeks later motor dies. Warranty wont cover. They are extremely nice people which convinces a buyer they must be good people. PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED. Buy from a reputable dealer such as CarMax who checks out every vehicle they buy and makes it right if you arent happy.

My experience at Access Auto was amazing to say the least! The salesman named Woody made me feel like more than just a random customer buying a car, but more like a part of the family. Not once did he pressure me to purchase anything nor did he rush my decision. He took the time to find out my individual needs and preferences for a car instead of just making me choose one. Woody is way better than those pushy salesmen that Im used too. I must say that I am very impressed with this dealer. I will definitely buy from Woody again in the future.

I stopped at this dealer because I spotted the exact vehicle I had been looking for (it had literally just arrived at the dealer) Reluctant, only because it is a smaller dealership than I am used to dealing with and the rumors you hear about the smaller dealerships can sometimes be scary. Boy was I wrong! I visited several times looking at the car. They invited me to have my mechanic look at the car - which I did - and there was a tiny issue. When my mechanic brought it to their attention, they took it to the shop immediately and had it fixed. (it really was a very minor issue). Once I told them I was interested in the vehicle - they didnt even post it as available until I made my decision! Each visit I made, they remembered myself and my children, offering bottles of water, SpongeBob, and most importantly, private time for me to check the vehicle out again and again. I never felt the sales pressure I had grown accustomed to - and avoided like the plague at other dealerships! I did end up purchasing the vehicle and had one more issue pop up AFTER I purchased the vehicle in as is condition.....this turned out to be an issue caused by the type of oil used when they had the oil changed from the first issue - I took the vehicle back and they IMMEDIATELY got on the phone trying to get the car in to have the oil changed! Because it was late on a Saturday, it was a no go - but first thing Tuesday, they took my car - GAVE ME A LOANER car to drive and had this issue fixed as well, all the long assuring me they stood behind their vehicles and would make sure it was right. Now granted, both of these issues were fairly small, but the fact that they handled them the way they did was HUGE in my book - especially since they were not obligated in any way to fix it! I will definitely purchase from them again and am now enjoying my new vehicle and am super excited I decided to stop at that little dealership on the corner! They really do have a very nice selection to choose from! Thank you for making my buying experience so pleasurable and personal! I will be back!!!!!!

Thought I was buying a great car for a good deal a 2003 Cadillac CTS but 3 days after I pulled it off the lot drove it to work 2 times then my check engine light came on. Took it to a reliable mechanic to check the codes because I didnt trust the one they had because if he was a true mechanic he wouldve caught those 11 different fault codes I got but seeing this led me to believe they cleared the codes just to get rid of it but all in all I had over $1400 in work done to the car just to get it in good consistent running condition. Called the dealer ship to see if they could assist me with anything whatsoever and of course the owner said that he couldnt but I would never ever recommend anyone buying a car from this place

Ive bought 3 cars from access auto my first car was a white SAAB back in 2011. I had that car for 3 years then, I went back me and my wife and she got her self a LEXUS ES 300. for an excellent pricein 2014 I trade my SAAB for a white BMW 535XI. Im still driving that car.Im trying to sell my BMW and go back there to get a 450 MERCEDES GL.honestly I never had any problem when, it comes to service I always been treated with respect, and I recommended couple of friends, they too been treated with respect . also never had any problems with my cars.they recommend that I should buy warranty for my cars and I did, who doesnt after all they are a used car I should protect my investment.wood is a wonderful person and a good manager,access auto is my place for future cars.

Dont be fooled by their friendly customer service! By the worst auto dealer i have ever dealt with. Stay away from these guys if you want a good vehicle. They buy all their vehicles from public auctions for cheap, then pass them off to unaware buyers. I bought a 2007 SUV from them, and two weeks later i had to put over $3,000 in it. Not to mention they didnt lift a finger to help me! Auto dealer? More like con artists. Stay away!ps. It wouldnt let me go any lower than one star, if i could i would!

Bought a 13 VW Passat a few weeks back. Received really great customer service from Cory, the Sales Manager. Took the time to address all of my concerns. Never felt pressured to purchase at all, even though I selected and purchased the car from Durham. They sent an Uber to pick me up and bring me to their location. The car was priced below average, but was in exceptional shape. Totally detailed and clean. Under the hood was immaculate.

I bought the souped up Chevrolet on 22s awhile back and so far Ive put every friend and relative that rides with me in the hospital from the unbelievable amount of torque when I snatch 2nd..then I got some modifications done to her and she shakes the buildings while Im cruising downtown, Ive actually had some people tell me they thought the dinosaurs came back to earth and some people get in the fetal position under a table thinking its an earthquake. One time I downshifted beside a police officer and that 6.2L V8 backfired so hard the cop drew his weapon on me. I dont know if you guys in access auto can hear me but every now and then Ill do a fly by the dealership going about 160mph to let you guys know I appreciate it!!! 👍🏼👍🏼

We bought an SUV from Access Auto for my wife/children to drive in. Less than 24 hours later, she was stranded in a parking lot bc the car wouldnt crank. They were willing to fix that issue for us but a few days later the Check Engine light appears...take it to get repaired and are straight up told by a mechanic to trade the car in immediately bc there are far too many things wrong w it! They sold us a LEMON!!!! Also was told everything was covered in salt (car must have been by the coast or up north). Please stay clear of this place! Now we have to search for a new car and will be MASSIVELY in the HOLE as we still owe a huge chunk...given we have barely had the car 6 mo and all my wife does is drive the kids to school & around town! I am a police officer and now have to triple my already crazy hours to provide a new car for my family bc of the negative equity we will be facing! Absolutely SICKENING!!!

BUYER BEWARE.....Me and my husband purchased a 2006 BMW 650I convertible in October 2016 from this place...We dealt with Woody who was the finance guy...I took the car home on a Saturday that following Monday morning(2 days later)I showed up with the vehicle that it was smoking from the tailpipes and leaking oil heavily in my driveway...He (Woody)lied and told me that their mechanic had looked at the vehicle and that the vehicle checked out.On Tuesday I brought the car to Crown BMW to have it checked out they told me that this vehicle should not be driven that it has MAJOR and SEVERAL oil leaks and the transmission shifts improperly.The estimate to fix the leaks and the smoke was in excess of $11,000...I then took the vehicle to get another opinion and that place also told me verbatim what BMW told me several leaks and they also suggested I do not drive the vehicle.Their estimate came in at $8500...At the end it was my fault they we didnt have this vehicle checked out by our mechanic,but all the lies that this vehicle was checked out by their mechanic and found nothing wrong is BS....Woody is a smooth talker and a liar stay away from these people they are con-artists.....BUYER BEWARE

Shoot my boy just got a camaro from this dealership and taught me how to chirp Brodies ! First he smacked a button labeled t/c off.He told me too press the far left pedal all the way to the floor and turn the key, so I did. He then explained the only way to move the car was to hold the far left pedal and mash the right pedal to the floor until redline and dump left pedal. Without hesitation I executed these movements with precision. The v8 roared. I was flying through the chuckie cheese parking lot sideways. Children ran in panic. Smoke flooded off the back tires. Without guidance I power shifted into second gear. The rear tires hooked and screamed like a banshee. A speed bump was approaching, but so was third gear. I knew what I had to do. Power shifted again, the rear tires gripped so hard I think I saw flames. I wasnt stopping. I gassed on it hit the speed bump going 100+ and launched the car 500 feet in the air. I thought we were going to crash but just as we broke the sound barrier the car transformed into a fighter jet and landed safely at access auto where we shook the hands of all the staff and continued on our journey.

The customer service was awesome. But do not buy a car from this place 15 minutes after I purchased a car for my daughter the check engine light came on. Although Woody told us their mechanic looked at the car and it had been inspected... the camshaft went up and neither one of the front windows went down however none of this took place when we test drove it. I took it back and they did fix it. Please take your money to a car lot that will BE HONEST with you cause they lie and tell you what you want to hear. But as I stated before the customer service is awsome. Definitely a lesson learned.Too add to my review a couple of days after I wrote my personal experience from the car lot I receive a phone call from Woody whom was very upset that I gave them a not so good review. He tells me I dont know anything about cars didnt you test drive the car ummmm yes and if I had noticed these things wrong with the car after I test drove it trust me it would have still been sitting on their lot. Woody continues too bilittle me and down talk me, he then states how they did not have to fix anything on the car, he continued too down talk me simply because hes upset he sold us a car that had problems that I know they had to have known about. He was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I have never received a call from a business upset because they received a not so good review. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR LOT!! NOW I REGRET EVEN COMING HERE!!! I praised them on their customer service in my previous review but now I WILL BE GIVING THEM ONE STAR ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and If I could take that one star away I would!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

HORRIBLE DEALER!! Bought a vehicle drove it for 400 miles heard noise took it to factory dealer and front brakes were worn thru to the metal.Was told by Woody at Access Auto when purchased that the vehicle had been serviced and inspected by inspection station. The tires were also worn down below the wear bars. I contacted Access and they pretty much told me it was my problem. They also refuse to give me a copy of NC inspection. Now I have to contact an attorney. Its low life P.O.S car salesman like these people who have to make you be careful when purchasing a used car. They said I wore the tires and brakes out in 400 miles. STUPID STUPID ignorant people especially the owner he wouldnt even return my calls had his minions do it
