I ordered the wrong part on the online Bobcat store. I contacted Piedmont Bobcat and talked to Juan about my options. He was great! I was able to switch out the part with no additional fees or expense to me! Often companies want to give you a hard time and try to charge some unnecessary fee, but they did not. Thank you Juan and Piedmont Bobcat! I will get all my parts from you from now on.

Terrible experience!! No time for me and a sell underneath me . Now they dont sell mower i bought from them they say cant help you not in system. Rude !!
