I went to tops and trends about a month ago for a sun roof issue and they were the only place affordable outside of the dealer to be able to diagnose and fix it. The work was fast and they offer options if further work needs to be done. Highly recommend for great communication and speedy but quality service.

These people are fantastic!!! I had taken my Kia to the dealership to see about getting my sunroof fixed. They told it would be $1,400 + to fix the sunroof. This is a 2016 model and I have used the sunroof only a few times. I took it to Tops and Trends, and this guy looked at the sunroof. He reset something, and put some lubricant on it. It works great now, thanks to them. A car dealership will try to rob you every time. Thank you Top and Trends for your great service, and making a day had started out bad, into a day with great results. I really appreciate this type of honesty and good service.

Tops and Trends has been amazing each time I have worked with them. I work at Flow Volkswagen, Subaru, and Volvo of Burlington and have sent several vehicles to them for various products. Each time the vehicle has come back, the installation of the product, usually leather interior, looks like it was done at the factory. I always recommend tops and Trends to all of my customers who want to have aftermarket items for their new vehicles.

As a former employee there, I was treated with disrespect and down right rude. At first it was great, but as time went along the management staff started to become very demanding. Making us work extra late and then to turn around and make us work very early. The crew I worked with was awesome but, if you were to make a mistake in the work, there wasnt a learning curve or a possible solution on how to fix it, there was a screaming session from the managers Carlos and the owner Joey, who both treated me as if I were a child being punished. I was yelled at and belittled in front of other employees. Verbally put down then ultimately fired for leaving on my scheduled time. Yelled at because I felt I was working late and still had a 2 hour drive home, only to do my college school work and wake up at 5 am to be to work at 8 in Raleigh location.. For 2 weeks in a row.In short, they work you to death and kick you in the rear if you do not perform as told. My recommendation is to find someone else that treats their employees like people not slaves.I hope whoever considers this company in the future reads this and understands what they are supporting. Virtual Slavery and mental, emotional and physical stress on their employees.Not to mention over priced and rip you off good Quality service.. With a smile and a guarantee if you come back, they are going to do everything in their power to not have to fix their stupidity. And also, charge you for looking at their own work, $80 bucks if Im correct for a 5 minute sunroof fix that they messed up. Good Luck

I just left this company about 5 minutes ago. I had taken my 2010 Murano to them about 4 months ago to replace a sunroof. They had not installed the original sunroof and at that time they were able to look up the serial number on the sunroof to learn that it had a recall on it. I was happy that they were able to fix my sunroof and at no cost to me because of the recall. At this point I believed that they were a professional company and stood by their work. I would think that if I came into your place of business with a problem with my vehicle, once I returned to your place of business to pick the vehicle up that the problem would be solved whether you paid out of your pocket or if you had something under warranty or it was repaired due to a recall. However, 4 months later the repaired sunroof is leaking water like a faucet and when I come back to your place of business to address this issue you act like you have never worked on my vehicle at all. I explain that you had replaced the sunroof about 4 months ago and that now I am having major leaking in multiple places in the car. I am told it will cost $105 to look at the vehicle and that the prior work done to my vehicle replacing the old sunroof will not be considered. I said But, you replaced the sunroof months ago and now the work your company did is failing. I basically got the run around about that issue. I had no other choice but to let them fix the sunroof again but this time I would have to pay $74 for 2 plastic drain tubes and $105 for labor. That gave me a total due for this work $194.68. My hands were tied because I had to have this issue resolved. I was NOT PLEASED with the customer service of this company. I believe if your company provides a service to a customer and something goes wrong within the realm of service that you provided, some compensation should be discussed. You never just brush off the work perform by your employees and not hold your own people accountable. If you fix something for a customer I for one expect for it to be fixed without issue. A leaking sunroof is not a normal part of me driving my car. Once I have taken my vehicle to your place of business to so call have it fixed.....I expect it to be fixed. If it does not perform in a way that is normal, most people bring the item back. At this point I CAN NOT recommend this company as a place that I would want to continue to do business with. To have to pay close to $200 to something that was supposed to have been repaired is a little shaky in my opinion. In conclusion.....FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!!!!
