First time getting my oil changed here. The man that checked me in was so friendly, and it only took about 15 minutes for them to change the oil! Such good service. Will definitely be back again.

They always do a great and fast job every time I go. Just need to call them a few minutes before you go, just to confirm availability, and they have you ready in a blink of an eye. Great customer service!

Ronny was very helpful, professional, and prompt. We really needed an alignment and tire balance on our Subaru Outback after moving and towing from Arizona to North Carolina. Currently sitting in the passenger seat as I type this, ride is smooth as silk!Definitely recommend. It’s hard to find good auto repair places you can trust, so this is a gem.

I have taken cars to all 3 of the Beamer locations in the triad area. They messed up my appointment thus time but they made it right and I am a happy customer with them as usual. Employees always friendly, and I dont ever catch the crooked mechanic vibe off any of them. I am 4 out of 5 stars mechanically inclined myself so it is not easy to slide one by me, and they dont even try. I appreciate that and have no problem recommending them to my less mechanically savvy friends and family.

They are fast to work with the inspection if you go with less than 3 years old car they charge you like 14 dollars they good I definitely recommend them

I am not a five star sally and I’ve been on a bit of a tear as of late. But Beamer Tire & Auto have restored my faith in service and dare I say it, humanity. A bit dramatic, but my experience was THAT GOOD. First of all, I found them on Yelp after a serious let down at my old haunt at which I had been a loyal customer for almost five years. I asked for an estimate and was given a very reasonable price with options and explanations (my needs included tires). I shopped around and they were my best value, plus they had great reviews on Yelp and I take that seriously. I called for an appointment and they got me in on the first day I asked for (my very next day off), first thing in the morning which I prefer. The lobby is IMMACULATE. There is plenty of seating. I didn’t bring my daughter, but there are toys for kids, complimentary coffee and some snacks. The bathroom is THE CLEANEST bathroom I have EVER seen in any business of this type EVER. I mean, it is NICE! Ronnie, the gentleman who manages the front office, is a great conversationalist and very solicitous. He offered me a soft drink when he went to get one for himself and he kept me abreast of the goings on with my car as they moved on with the stages (I had several things done). I’m a single mom, I don’t get child support. I had been saving up for this. Ronnie never even batted an eyelash when I paid in mostly crumpled cash and put the rest on my card. The cost matched the estimate and was actually a little less. They did not lie to me. They did not nickel and dime me. It was clear I don’t know a lot about cars, but they didn’t take advantage of that. First, they cleared up a lie that my old place had been telling me for years. Secondly, they made sure to educate me about getting my tires rotated to get more life out of them and be cost effective for me, not them (the sell tires) and they rotate them for free. They legitimately care about their customers. They did everything in their power to be fair and honest and give me a good experience at fair market value. They have gained a loyal customer in me. I have absolutely zero complaints. Not one caveat. Not one...but this could have been better... I give them ALL THE STARS!

Great place. Professional staff. Save my family lots of money on repairs for car. Much less expensive than locale dealerships. Kernersville car dealerships charge double what repairs should cost. Also they want to do work that may not need to be done. Use Beamer Tire@Auto for good prices and quality repairs.

I had my oil changed here for the first time in March 2020, at the very start of the pandemic. I assumed it was done so quickly because no one was leaving their house, let alone doing car maintenance. Fast forward a year, I just went back today for another oil change and I was in and out within 30 minutes! These guys are fantastic! They greet you with a smile, answer all my questions, and get the job done fast. I also appreciate that they offer awesome discounts/coupons. Thanks guys for making car maintenance easy!

They were very nice and professional. Every time I spoke with them on the phone, they were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They didn’t overcharge me and they made sure to give me recommendations for other issues.

I have been a long-time loyal Beamer customer for years and today was another great reminder why I love giving them my business! I called ahead of time to make sure they could take me for an inspection and they said they could. When I got there, they had been slammed with walk-ins and it was near the end of their work day. Brandon and Ethan told me not to worry and they would stay later if they needed to to make sure I got my inspection. In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, I appreciated they were wearing masks and offered to wipe down the vehicle inside after the inspection. Took my Civic in for annual inspection. Ethan was very helpful and conducted himself in a professional manner. It was a great price and the staff there is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I told him I may drive from Winston to Kernersville, from now on, for any future repairs needed, because a trustworthy and well-priced mechanic isn’t always easy to find. I do plan to return to this location.

Nice facility, friendly, and factual. Give them an opportunity to serve you! They will tell you whats going on with your automobile and give you a quote. If you dont agree, just say thanks and leave. At least give them the chance to earn your business.

I came by the shop to get my oil changed yesterday and was greeted by friendly staff. Tj helped me with my needs. He took very good care of me whileI was there. He explained a couple other things that would need to be done later to my car. He wasn’t pushy about doing unnecessary work to the car. Definitely will be going back. This is hands down, the best car shop!! We started going to the Greensboro location years ago off of a groupon and haven’t stopped going since. We will continue to be long time loyal customers! They are the most friendly and kind people, everyone in the shop but especially the managers. They stop and take their time to explain what’s wrong or what’s needed. They never make you feel dumb with your questions and really are honest and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable as well. We recently moved to Kernersville and would’ve continued to drive to Greensboro for service, but we were pleasantly surprised there’s a Kernersville location too! I would highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Fast oil change. They forgot to bolt my splash guard underneath the engine. As soon as they realized, they replaced that with a brand new one, free of cost. Really friendly people

Im pretty sure this is probably the best automobile place I’ve ever been to. Really positive vibes, they work extremely efficient and they definitely go above and beyond to do whats needed. The manager Michael was super sweet and conversed with me the entire time while I waited for my car to be serviced, might I add my wait was very minimal & they were fairly quick. As a woman, it was refreshing to visit an auto care center and not be bombarded with a million other suggestions of services just to try to get more money or take advantage of me. There were no gimmicks or additional hidden fees. He didn’t even charge me for the extra oil that my car required like other places do and even upgraded my oil. I brought a concern to Michael’s attention about my headlights & I’m already scheduled to visit them again next week to have the issue fixed! Officially my new place to take my car. I live 25 mins away from this location but it’s definitely worth the trip. Thanks again to everyone there that had any hand in my experience today!

I had taken my 2013 Chrysler 200 to the Chrysler dealership 3 different times to have a leak fixed after they had put on two new tires. Always got a different story every time; well today I chose to take my car to Beamer tire in Kernersville, NC and Im so glad I did. In 20 minutes they had diagnosed the problem (a valve stem leak) they replaced the valve stem and in 15 minutes I was on my way. Pricing was great, customer service was awesome and my problem was fixed. No more guessing. I highly recommend them,.....tell Mike, Annette sent you....you wont regret it.

I had the very best experience with Beamer tire and auto they are soooooo understanding on my situation with my car and did everything they could do to help me out by dropping the price almost 200 dollars and even trying to let me apply for a credit card so I didn’t have to come out my pockets I dealt and talk to almost ever man in Beamer tire and auto and everybody was nice understanding and trying to help me out.. this was my first time there but I think I definitely found somewhere to take all my cars when i have a problem from here on out thank you guys sooooo much I really appreciate y’all..

Went to the Kernersville location for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle and was extremely satisfied with the customer service. The manager on duty, Michael Whitley, was very courteous and professional. After we left, my girlfriend made the remark that Michael made our visit the most pleasant she has experienced. I initially went in to get the Groupon deal for a tire rotation and oil change. I went in to get an alignment as well (per the recommendation of the car manufacturer). Beamers technician took my car for a drive and told me I didn’t need the alignment and ultimately saved me money!! Doug gave his expertise and tips on maintaining a car. He was kind and passionate about helping me understand what my car needed. I highly recommend!

They did an alignment, and an inspection on my car. They were working on it within five minutes, and finished before I expected. They have very good prices, and a great attitude. I will be back.

So I found this place by chance, had a flat tire as I prepared to go to work one morning, and needed it fixed ASAP. I arrive at BTAR drove round the back, the first person from about 3 guys standing together that walked up to my car -I found out later on- was Mr. Beamer himself! Very personable and humble, he helped me carry out the punctured tire from my trunk and assured me his team would handle it. They did ever so quickly...which brings me to the staff: MICHEAL!!! He’s the man!!!! Habla espanol muy bien! (He speaks Spanish very well). Very efficient and helpful. I made a 2nd trip to BTAR due to a flap under the front of my car scrapping the ground, well Michael scheduled and got that fixed in no time as well. 2 good strikes....I know where to go for the 3rd one LOL! I absolutely love this place! Clean environment and efficient staff. Thank you guys!
