They are very friendly. I came and asked them to check the nail in my back tire, they were so friendly to me and a guy came and got my tire checked carefully right away.Luckily there was no problem because the nail is just too short, it cost me nothing but gave me a pleasure.In the future if I need some tire services, definitely I will come back to them.

Great store. Bought a warranty on a tire and a year later got a nail stuck in it and it deflated. I expected a hassle. Tige got me set up with a brand new tire and got me back on the road with very little effort.

These guys did a great job. Bought 4 new tires online, had me checked in and on the lift within 2 minutes of arrival. They could not find the 4th tire to complete my set, so they upgraded me to their next best option for the same price. Very reasonable prices after comparing to some shops nearby, even Walmart and Costco. Would recommend this location, good guys.

I ordered tires online, but they were no longer available. These guys called and told me theyd give me a better tire without charging me. When I got there, I found out the new tire was a 40,000 mile tire, not a 60,000. I was frustrated but Jeremy told me the original tire I bought was junk. I still wasnt happy to go from a 60k tire to a 40k, so he upgraded me to a 60k to make sure my original expectations were met. Great service. Discount Tire everywhere has always been that way.

Discount Tire has good service, and they often have great deals running. Discount Tire will also check your tires for leaks, and patch them for free; even if you didnt buy the tires from them. I had always been a Discount Tire customer anyway, but after I found out about that previous fact, I dont think Ill go anywhere else!

Tire blowout emergency!!! Of course, this was the last thing I needed to deal with today! Jeremy and the staff were sympathetic to my situation. They helped me right away, suggesting a new tire (with protection) that fit my budget. I ended up needing two tires and they got me in as fast as they could, installed the new tires, and sent me on my way! I am beyond thankful for them today! I would definitely recommend this location, the customer service was superb!

Had a steering shake problem at 60mph and took my 2011 Ford ranger to them. Told them the problem and they said we will check it out. Waited 20 minutes, then they started the checkup list on the (4) tires. 20 minutes later, all (4) tires were rebalance. I took the ranger on a test drive and no more steering shake. They are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and they are Nationally distributed, so if I have a problem outside of my home area, I know there will be a Discount Tire location available to help.

Brought my car in at the last minute to have a nail removed and repaired, the guys were awesome! No thanks to Berger Chevrolet, they only have one guy I guess that removes nails from tires and he was leaving at 5 even though I was there at 4:45!

What a great bunch of folks! When my dad had a valve stem in his Jeep pop off they got his cantankerous and crotchety old Marine taken care of and out of Valvolines hair, which is where he was stuck at.

Went in for a tire leak. Came out with over tighten lug nuts. I notice when I did my front brakes right after leaving Discount Tire. It was a pain removing my tire, which they recently worked on. It resulted with two broken studs. This occurs when professional do not use torque sticks or improper torque for vehicle. Went in Monday, not to complain, but to get things fixed. They agreed to fix the broken studs. I was happy that they were going to fix the problem. However, three days later I was working on my tie rods and notice that one of my tire was over torqued again. I used an impact gun and could not remove it. I had to use a breaker bar and it broke another stud . I will not be going back to Discount Tire and I personally do not recommend it. When you make a mistake, fix it. Instead of holding a grudge and causing more harm.

2/19/2021 Definitely will never go here again, I needed air in my tire, and a worker there at Discount Tires on 44th and Kalamazoo, refuse to put air in my tire, not to mention after he done put air in two other cars that was in front of me, also the worker there claimed that they didn’t sell in used tire not sure if that’s correct or not but definitely felt unwanted there, so I drove over to speedway and did it myself, I plan on calling corporate in the morning and file a formal complaint.

I had new tires put on today and the customer service here has continued to be phenomenal. Both George and Andrew were great through the whole process.

I recently purchased new tires for two vehicles and had an above and beyond experience. Two days after getting new tires I had a problem with one wheel and tire. I called the store manager after hours and left a message - he immediately returned my call and offered to come to me to diagnose the problem. He came out, took the tire off and found the problem which was NOT the fault of the new tire installation. Turns out it was the fault of a brake job I had done earlier - not only did the manager, diagnose the problem and stand behind the now damaged tire that was not even the fault of Discount Tire, he helped me get new parts and information I needed to fix the brake calibers that were done at a different business. I cannot express how thrilled I am that this company has people who go above and beyond for customer service. I would highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone and will never go any place else for tires. They are professional, have competitive prices and their customer services is outstanding.

Kevin and the other staff were very professional and helpful. I had an appointment at the Discount Tire in Wyoming on 28th but they didnt have the tire I wanted. I popped over to 44th street and was able to get in without an appointment after waiting a bit. They apologized for the wait but honestly I was just glad to get in. I will be returning when I need to buy more tires for the winter season! Every experience Ive had there has been very pleasant, I highly recommend.

I have always used Discount Tires as did my parents. 2 years ago I purchased new tires and rims for my 2000 Buick the didnt hassle me they showed me what the would recommend in the end it was all my decision. In December I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 200 I didnt feel right to make money off the Buick when it was given to me when I needed help so I knew my neighbor needed help I gave it to her. The greatest thing was Discount Tire said that if she comes in the will transfer the benefits over to her. So I will always use Discount Tire.

I just got a flat tire replaced here and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I always go to this location and have never received poor service, but on my last visit everyone was especially kind and it made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I found a screw in my trailer tire. I decided to call Discount Tire to see how much it would cost to fix. I called them because the last time I bought tires for my car I bought from them and it was a good experience. Even though I did not buy this tire from them they fixed it for me free of charge. I was surprised how quick they were able to fix it and Spencer and George were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Discount Tire!

This location has always been my choice for tire service for years - until this past Friday @ 2 pm. I needed a tire fixed that had a nail. After a discussion with the salesman and the purchase of 4 new tires, I asked, How long will the wait be I was told he would have me back on the road by 4:15. They only had 2 tires in stock, which were getting put on and the other 2 were scheduled for the following week (as they needed to be ordered). At 4:05 my car was still sitting in the lot. As 2 customers approached the counter with scheduled 4 pm appointments.With only 2 stalls being used for work, they were way understaffed for a holiday weekend and the line for service was endless! At this time, I requested a refund and was told, Well your next in line but fine Ill give you back your refund - If this were actually true, I would have expected better customer service from a manager, like maybe him saying - I apologize for the delay, but we have you going in next if that works for you!! However this obviously told me that after wasting 2 hours of my day he was happy to get me out of there!So I did take my business elsewhere and I wont EVER be Going Back! Tires on and work complete at another company within an hour after arriving and for less $.Seriously disappointed with this Discount Tire!!

$20 to get a screw out and patch my tire was very reasonable and they did a good job. The condition my truck was left in was not OK. My passenger seat has black stains from the grease from the hands of whomever changed my tire. The hand prints on the inside of my truck where they got into my glove compartment and the inside and outside of my doors were covered with grease and handprints. I was able to clean everything but the fabric on the passenger still didn’t come out completely. D- score for lack of respect of the interior of my car. Disappointing.

It was too busy for me to get my rotation and while some places may just give you the impression that its not their problem, right away they offered to find me a better time to come back. I had a tire that was low so I got in line for an air check and when I pulled into the bay Chase remembered seeing me in the office and told me hed make a note of the low tire to be checked when I come back today to have my rotation.This is how service should be. I cant claim to ever have been taken care of this well at any other tire place.

Discount Tire was glad to help me put 36 pounds of air in my tires. A man from Belle Tire put 43 pounds of air (I asked him to put in 36 pounds) and said he didnt have any more time to help me. I will be a steady Discount Tire from now on!!!!!

I stopped in to have the air pressure checked for all four tires(Idiot sensor would not turn off even when pressues were checked.) Duane was thorough! He checked the pressure in the spare tire also. He used a scanner to determine the problem and gave a solution. Friendly, informative, thorough.

Discount Tire and Allen S at this location were great. I had an incident with one of my tires that occurred days after having Discount Tire balance my tires. The incident resulted in towing my vehicle to an auto shop. I informed Allen S of the situation and he and Discount Tire took care of it right away with no hesitation by covering the cost of the repairs and I was able to get my vehicle back that same day. I was SO happy that they worked with me and I was able to get my vehicle repaired without paying out of pocket. Thanks Discount Tire!

I went there with my aftermarket wheels, and got noticeably hard to put on tires on them. They we’re able to put the tires on the wheels and balance the wheels without putting a mark on them. Yes it did take a little longer because I told them to be super careful, they took every precaution to ensure the best quality which really showed in the end result. Amazing price on the tires as well. Super friendly atmosphere, everything went by without a problem. And a special thanks to James for personally assisting me in everything. 10/10 would recommend for wheel and tire needs, decently quick, reliable and professional service.

I drive a small hatchback and this location carries tire sizes that the Discount Tire closer to my house doesnt carry.I made an appointment earlier in the week for today to get new tires and they were packed, since it has begun to snow. There were giving estimations of 6 to 8 hours of wait time for walk ins, and gave me an hour to an hour and a half since I made an appointment. They had my car done in 35 minutes. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and I was in and out. Highly recommended. Making an appointment is your best bet for this upcoming busy season!

I purchased 4 set of Michelin Tire defender. And i got this amazing deal due to price matching and doing my homework and they were able to accommodate the price, i’ve been at the store since 8AM, they gave me 1-2 hour estimate. And i’ve been here for almost 4-5hours. People have come after me and left before me and they had no appointments. I’m I being treated differently due to seeking out the best price? This is ridiculous.. i heard good about the company and the location... but they clearly treated me like TRASH.

Got two tires replaced but could not get them mounted at that time was told when i got new rims they would be mounted free of charge cost me fifty+ today to get them mounted first time i wasnt happy with discount tire no problems in the past

I had a new tire replaced and sure enough, just a month later, ran over a nail. I called Discount Tire and they scheduled an appointment for me right away and patched the tire free of cost. I was in and out in 25 minutes. The employees are friendly and helpful, the workmanship is high quality and the customer service is exceptional.
