I love the people who work here. Theyre so friendly and knowledgeable. Its never just an in and out visit theres always something to look at. The employees really make this place that much better

Went here to go outfit shopping and I wasnt disappointed! I was helped out by Kat, whos friendly, knowledgeable and sweet, she gave me recommendations on what would work best for my tastes and even showed me the new inventory that hadnt been put out yet!This is now one of my all time favorite Lovers locations due to Kat - definitely will be a returning customer!

The last time I was in the store ( Kent location ) the cashier Kat was very friendly and processional. While she rang up my purchases we had a friendly chat, she recommended a great tattoo artist and I told her where I got my handmade mask. I truly hope I get work with her again

I went in for my sisters wedding. I was already running behind and I had to use the restroom badly, but was not able to there. One of the employees helped me find the things I needed, quickly! She recommended going to the Subway nearby to use the restroom. I came back and finished my shopping. My sister had a good laugh and text me thank you! I think she and her husband will enjoy! Kat was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I love the Renton, Puyallup, and Auburn locations and now well be adding you guys to the list. All the Lovers weve been too are very knowledgeable and friendly but this place felt like a home. Kat was able to help us in each section of the store and reminded us of the dates of our coupons. The store was also well-lit, the carpet was clean, there was a hand sanitizer station, the merchandise wasnt dusty... Just top notch all the way.

We all do it. Well most of us anyways. This was a fun store and the employee on deck today was so fun and didnt disappoint. This was a mother daughter moment for me today, but also totally fun to go with a couple of girlfriends or your sweetheart, grab a little fun trinkets and let the good times begin. Also the store is now hosting workshop events in the evening to increase or perhaps continue education in your libido prowess. Tonights offering, tie me up tie me down. Rawr! Nuff said. I give this store a thumbs up. Why so serious? Let your hair down and go give it a look.

Its a great place, you always get a coupon at the end of your purchase, a large variety of items, its gender inclusive and orientation inclusive, so its very lgbt friendly!

Friendly staff and avoids being seedy

We had the opportunity to be helped by the store manager on our visit. She listened to the details of what we wanted and really helped us narrow down our selection by being candid and well humored. The location is smaller than some in the area, but seemed to have the best options for most needs. Overall: great and comfortable service, a well managed location, and a surprising selection for its size!

Pushy staff who dont respect personal space, not a good look for employees of this type of retail. I asked the tall one to leave my wife and I alone, repeatedly, while we discussed a purchase. She decided against and mocked us for our lack of technical knowledge of a product we had absolutely no interest in to begin with. It looks like Im not the only one complaining about her on here, probably time for you to find a new line of work, try one where you dont interact with people, youre bad at it.I meant to contact the owner about that, actually. Ill be in touch.

There is a big bigoted hateful brunette with sunglasses or glasses that always wears her hair tied to the back. Usually in dark clothing. Hope someone kicks her in the baby maker. Good selection though.She has called me a fa$$0!, ni$$?& and a p3rv. I don’t know her at all.
