Staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help find an solution for this hard to find oring. Even explained the difference in thread pitch used by CAT. I did not experience what other reviews said about waiting. I walked in and within 2 minutes was talking to someone.

We have always been treated great by the team at m&f. Recently I needed a hydraulic line replaced. The machine was still in operation (it was a small leak) and we needed to minimise downtime so I emailed over some pictures and drawings. I received a prompt reply and followup call from Travis. Had the lines picked up today and they look absolutely perfect. The total for 2 lines was less than a single from the manufacturer. Its this type of service we have come to expect and they have never disappointed.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I waited 25 minutes at the counter before anyone even spoke to me. I was there for a will call. It should have taken 5 minutes.

These guys know their stuff! Shannon not only knew the part I needed, he actually had the part number memorized. I was on my way in less than 3 minutes. All the staff here were great and their knowledge and expertise was much appreciated!

Theyre very professional and know what theyre doing. They can make up almost any type of hoses for hydraulics, water etc.
