Ive been shopping here for over 7 years . 1 star because no public restroom . Stupid management . People touches their items everyday but they dont sanitize the item that has been touched and they have the nerves to closed the restroom for the customers? Doesnt make sense to me. Just plane Stupid from the store manager.

You can find really good deals here and brand names. With the good deals, you wont always see the same items every time you spot by. Just be careful and look at the expiration date as you may notice a steep discount on an item because it may expire in a few months. Staff are nice. Customers can be shady at times. I recommend parking closer to McLendons as some customers shopping at Grocery Outlet are crazy drivers.

This is the best Grocery outlet in Washington state. They have a great variety of merchandise from Shampoo, to pet food all the way to organic. Every time no matter what time of the day I come the store is always clean and the shelves are stocked. I love that evert time I come there is new merchandise and new choices for me to select from. The workers are always friendly and greet you through out the store.Our cashier was Eric and he was really personable. He had conversation with us while he rang up our items and even talked sports with us. Really nice guy and really friendly!

Prices are pretty decent on most things, but a few are overpriced. Limited variety but still a good market to shop at for most smaller things or general groceries.

Always good everyone who works there are always 😃 smiling and willing to help. This is one of my favorite stores and has been for 20+ years.

I enjoy shopping there because there is always something that I have never bought before. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are lots of bargains. I am especially happy with their shopping bags. They are a perfect size and only 1.00 each. They should be more prominently displayed. They are plastic and can easily be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Great place to buy some groceries, buy a mattress, and get some deli items.

Helpful workers and clean store. Found multiple items in store without identifying prices so I had to ask a worker to scan for the prices. Other than that, great market with lots of variety in food and items.

They have nice prices but the selection and the vibe is not the best. The one in Burien is so great.

Good place to go to buy a quick thing. I was excited they had pumpkin spice creamer bought 6. Prices are good there.

Great prices. Not much selection diversity. Carts get wheel stuck a lot in store which is frustrating to keep on fixing while shopping. I use hand basket because wheel on cart that has a lock on it no matter which cart picked get locked in a certain position and you have to keep kicking that wheel until it is facing straight while shopping INSIDE THE STORE REPEATEDLY WHILE SHOPPING.

Dont go in a hurry cuz you always end up waiting in line for atleast 30 minutes.

Love grocery outlet in general. And this one is not its self. When ever I go I always get to see new deal and I get to go at least once a week. Never had to wait much to pay and the staff is pretty nice.

Wonderfully low prices on groceries and some home goods. I am definitely going here again. Kind and helpful staff, nice selection of goods. Plenty of parking.

Great value, and a wide verity if items. I travel far ti but the bread fromThe Essential Bakery. They make rustic Garlic sourdough, and Rosemary bread that is ti die for! Soneday I will travel to seattle to vusit this place that makes the bread I crave so much! 💜♥️👍

I am sad they dont sell dryer sheets anymore but you cant beat the prices for things like dish soap, kitchen gadgets and hair products.

I’m waiting in line probably 15 minutes now and two stations opened they did not ask who was next in line and there were probably 5 people waiting counting myself.I think it would be very courteous if the register person would have asked who was next in line but they didn’t and maybe seeing how full my basket was they didn’t want to?I spent 120.00.I do want to say I have always received help if I can’t reach the top shelf. I’ll be 79 next month and I sure would appreciate a bit of courtesy when going to the check out.Thank you,J. Reese

This has been my go to store for Groceries for years and long as you dont go to the store wanting any thing specific you usually get some good deals. Quality seems to have been taking a dive in recent years however, more stuff sold very close to expiration date, or even beyond at times. Even items you would never expect to see expire like canned goods or boxed cereal.But the biggest change is their new bag policy. This is the second store in my area to do this, so dont know if its a city wide policy or not and just rolling out in waves but they charge you for bags. $.15 to have a paper or plastic bag. Considering just how thin and cheap the bags are its high way robbery to charge so much. They have to be making a profit off that.People try to spin it as an environmental issue, but blindly ignore the tons of plastic and waste the stores produce every where else. Instead they push the inconvenience onto the customer. Now its not as bad as say the Goodwill not giving a bag. But combine this with the fact they treat you like a criminal if you come into the store with a bag and more places are locking carts so you cant leave the store...Seriously why shop at a store these days? Getting to the point that other than Groceries you might as well buy online. At least that way you dont have to try and carry a dozen eggs, milk and various other stuff by hand.

Grocery Outlet is my favorite place to shop for food! The staff are very friendly, I like that the store is small and easy to navigate, great selection of products including organic and lots of vegetarian alternatives.

The staff was cleaning everything. There was someone at the door disinfecting the carts and offering hand sanitizer to everyone. Keep up the good work!

I tend to really like Grocery Outlet for their good he arose as long as you check the dates on the items youre buying but the Kent Grocery Outlet off 240 is the staff there certain ones can be very pushy and very rude other than that you love it

Ive been a customer of this store for about five years. This place is where you can find the best deals on all your grocery items. They always keep the store clean and organized.Two suggestions to the owner:Bathroom is the only place that needs some more attention!andWe used to have variety of protein bars here. But for some reason the store stopped selling them as a full pack and began selling the bars individually! Would be great if the management reconsidered it.

Was denied entry because i refuse to wear a mask that limmits my ability to breath. I have COPD. I will never shop there again. I was a regular customer. Their refusale to comply with ADA and HIPPA laws is discrimination against those, like myself, who have dissabilities.

Grocery Outlet isnt my main source for groceries (usually hit up WinCo or Costco for that), however, I love this store because its like a treasure hunt, and you never know what goodies you will walk out with! Everything is priced decently as well. Check out the wine while you are there too!

Grocery outlet is a great place to buy certain things. You might be surprised by the selection. The prices are good, and every not and then, youll find random items youve never seen before because they are not carried by the main grocery stores.Most of the time, this store is cleaner than the Safeway nearby. They have a big selection of beer and wine. Another thing to check for is organic meat and other organic products, which have MUCH better prices here than a place like Whole Foods. Make sure you read the expiration dates and have a plan on consuming what you purchase here.The staff is great and theyve always had good customer service in my experiences with them. I would recommend checking them out.

I love shopping here the prices are good and its close to my house. However I do wish they would come with a wider selection overall. Sometimes its the samething over and over again. But I love all the people who work there.

Since the new owners bought it a handful of months back, the prices have gone up A LOT. not just a little. On almost everything in the store! Prime example: a 3 pack of hearts of romaine used to be $2.49. Now its $3.99!!! 2 lb blocks of cheese went up $1. Throughout the store I am seeing huge price hikes. I used to go here 3 - 5 times a week. But for these price increases... Ill go next door to Save u More. They lost a great & faithful customer with all the price increases.

It was great to run in and be able to find what I needed right away and had to get a basket because I was getting more than I went in for.

I was denied entrance this location because I would not wear a mask. I informed them that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one. To which they replied we were instructed to turn away people with medical conditions. Im no lawyer but that sounds illegal af. I will no longer be shopping here.

So far this has been the best experience Ive had with a Grocery Outlet even compared to the one in Bellevue.I know I caught them right after cleaning it, but the bathroom was so clean it was immaculate. Great job guys.Employees were very pleasant and helpful, store was clean and organized.
