Well you guys want a review.... heres mine:Saw their Craigslist ad for a chicken coop. Waited in line to be told they only have half of it and it cant be sold. (Which, okay, that happens) So when I asked the guy if they had any other coops, he said no. And I asked him, you have no other coops at all? Again, he said nope. Why did I ask? Because I saw another one on display that I would have been willing to buy.Terrible customer service.So disappointed!! Definitely wont be returning which is too bad because it seemed like they had some good deals there.

Worst instruction manuals ever, so you need to contact technical support and they just stuff it in your face, bounce you around to others with little if any help.On one occasion they recommended the wrong part and they absolutely refused to pay return shipping.For those of us in WA state, they charge sales tax at their place rather than lower tax at destination. They refused to refund the tax difference. I had to fill out a form and send to the State to get my refund.Check out their BBB rating. Im surprised they are still in business.
