I Like this Store. We didnt feel Welcomed when we walked in. I was use to being greeted at the door at my 6th Ave Store. Despite the fact that there was a male Staff member standing in the back of the Store, there No Welcome No nothing. Then this Angel appeared from the Back Office. She took the time to answer our questions. Helped us to Reset and figure out some functions on my Sisters new Xfinity phone. When I tell you Customer Service was the Best Ever. I have never had it So good. And you could feel the Smile through her Mask. Like she genuinely enjoyed her job. Xfinity, You got it right when you hired Rey Brooks. We left Satisfied, Happy and feeling Good about getting out the house again. 😁😁Rey did that. Thank you Rey Brooks.

They took back the modem and never took it off my account. I’ve been getting charged 15 bucks a month for 6 months. These monkeys can’t take off a single fee.

Absolutely pointless to make an appointment as they do not even honor it. Watched people walk in and out of the store and was still waiting for them to let me know when to come in. Ended up going in and being helped right away. Would have given them 0 stars but, I believe Brian was his name, had given exceptional customer service and was out of the store within 5 min of being helped.

Justin helped me resolve a payment problem that could not be fixed by Xfinity customer service by phone or automated app. He knew exactly what he was doing. He went on to correct another problem on an app that surfaced on my phone without my knowledge. Justin went above and beyond. I am a happy customer.

Unfortunately this location was not very helpful. I needed to return an obsolete Comcast Business modem. I was told by tech support that I could take it to any Xfinity store or UPS store. I tried UPS first, but they said the device was too old. I figured the Xfinity store would work since they are part of the same company.After 10 minutes at the counter Auston told me there was nothing he could do because its a bulk account. No offer to try and call to resolve the situation, just I cant touch it. I was already late since this was my second attempt so I decided to head home. Auston told me the corporate office needed to provide a shipping label, but when I contacted them they said they cant provide one and that I needed to go through UPS or a store.Not sure why Xfinity cant take Comcast equipment back.

I signed up for internet here and took advantage of their 800mb 84.99$ permotian with no modem rental and 10$ off if i sign up for auto pay. I even have a photo to prove it. But 3 weeks later im ready to pay and im charged 110$ a month just for internet. I tried to explain it to exfinity but they have the worst service. It takes 10 min to talk to an actual person and when i did I had to text them. They said they couldnt help me because the promotion was over. I guess the guy who helped did not sign me up for it correctly. I have to pay 25$ a month extra for a xfi modem because they couldnt live up to their word. This is so wrong. Just beaware of the hidden fees and being scammed into a different plan.

Rey was awesome. I came in and it was 1 person at the counter. When the others came out, I got the pleasure of speaking with Rey, and she is awesome. Got me all set up and ready to go. I will turn it into a 5 after the setup. But it is nice. A good time. Great service. Everyone was nice, and all questions were answered. Good job

Nice people but make sure you double check your products before you leave.I had to go back a few times because they sent me home with their free tv box instead of giving me what I needed. Seems like they are distracted with selling you on their promo items.You have to just look out for yourself when it comes to cable companies.I Had to go through this with both in person and over the phone personnel and finally after going back and forth and hours later I got what I needed. Frustrating...Two stars because when I came back the second time I had to wait 30 minutes with my baby in my arms to correct the situation. I didn’t feel like making a scene so I waited. It would have been nice if they gave me priority because of the unfortunate situation.

I had a great experience with Xfinity. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted by the store mgr β€œJoe” he was very accommodating, and very kind. I could tell his customer service skills were pretty awesome. When it was my turn my technical helper β€œAngela” had all the info she needed because β€œJoe” had everything ready for her to help me with my account. I feel so good that I stopped in as this was my first experience,I’ve always used the phone but this was so much better talking to someone in person, not that I haven’t received good customer service on the phone but, Joe and Angela did an awesome job at putting my mind at ease and they made my day! Two visits and both times we were told one thing and got another.First time - went in to reduce our bill and switch cell carriers. Set an appointment and waited a long time for service. They added a home phone without telling us (totally left it OFF the sheet we signed) and I found out later when Xfinity called to schedule set up. Couldnt cancel it for 3 weeks while the order was pending. Had to call 4 times to get that straightened out.Second time - went in to reduce our services again. Set an appointment and didnt actually talk to someone for 30 minutes after our appointment, then it took nearly an hour. We agreed on services, we were shown a price, I signed the agreement. A couple of weeks later, our internet was dropped to a fraction of the speed, our channels were only partially changed and our bill went up. Had to call again to get that straightened out.I will never go back to this store. Its ridiculous.

Very misleading and dishonest sales people. I am unemployed and looking to reduce my phone bill from Verizon. He looked at my phone, helped sell my son a new iphone and told me it would be no problem to bring my phone over, that Verizon phones are always compatible. I told him I was canceling my Verizon account and would be back and the end of my billing cycle in 10 days. He said great see you then. Cancelled my account, went back in 10 days later to buy a new iPhone for my son and transfer my S10+ over for them to tell my my Verizon s10+ is not compatible. Gave me no reason why it wasnt and said they switched over s10s all the time, they just couldnt switch mine for some unknown reason. Thats it. Just told me to kick rocks, told be the only thing they can do was offer me less than $200 for my $1200 phone. So now Im unemployed with several job prospects calling me back on a number that wont exist after tomorrow, and they were willing to do nothing to help me. Be very careful dealing with these sales people, they will make promises they cant keep.

I called the 800# shown for this store and got the corporate Comcast Xfinity customer service center. I wanted to verify that this location near me was able to provide a replacement sensor for my Xfinity security system. My concern was that google shows this as a Comcast Branded Partner store and I thought I might have to go to a corporate run location. The support person directed me to this store and confirmed that they could help with a replacement sensor despite the branded partner designation. Not true! I went there, got checked in (told the guy why I was there) and stood in line for 20-25 minutes before being told that they do not carry these parts and I need to go to a corporate store. Not only was the corporate support team wrong, the guy who checked me in should have told me they dont do this. I would not have wasted my time. Not the fault of this store necessarily but the situation reflects poorly on Comcast and their training of staff.

I upgraded my modem and was told to simply come back with the old modem to return it.3days later, I came by after work to return it. It was then I waited 10 minutes to get check in, and proceeded to wait another 15-20 mins. I watched people come in and get help before myself. I then asked why they are getting help before me, they are also only returning their equipments. He didn’t have much to respond.I was told to be patient and there are people in front of me. Another 10 minutes come and go before my return was processed and finally received my return receipt.Terrible organization and management of customer.

I came to switch billing to my brother. I gave them my brother’s ID. They made 7 typos in his first and last name. Oh yeah and we have the same last name (bill used to be on my name).Then they offered me a discount and a β€œfree” xfinity flex box. So my bill used to be $45. Now it says $80. I told them I don’t have a TV. They surely did add that service to my bill. Excite me?! What is wrong with you!

Horrible had to wait over an hour an a half just to pick up some equipment. People kept coming in and going fairly quickly but we had to wait. We even made an appointment beforehand and still had to wait an hour and a half. Didnt even acknowledge us much and wasnt helpful at all πŸ™„

Buyer Beware... If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. My issue is with this particular location, and not the company. Jasmine, the sales rep who aided me during my visit was dishonest and rude, and she cost us an excellent package by promising that she could double our internet speeds while saving us money.Do yourself a favor and find a different store to work with, or better yet, stick to their phone based customer service. We have had far better interactions over the phone than weve ever had in a physical store. Details below:My wife and I received an upgraded xfinity router in the mail a couple days ago, and decided to return it to the nearest Xfinity store rather than mail it. When I arrived, I told the sales people that I just wanted to return the device, and they assured me they would be happy to do so.While scanning the barcodes, the person helping me, Jasmine, said I had an outdated plan and asked if Id like to double my internet speed while saving a few bucks. I asked if this lower price point came with a time limit, and was told that this new plan didnt include an agreement length. My second question was whether I needed to add services to my plan in order to get the better rate (we only get internet through Xfinity, not VOIP or TV - and we like it that way). I was told that this switch would not change anything about my service other than the speed of my internet.When I returned home to check out the new faster internet, I discovered that my 240 mbps was now down to 120 mbps, and that my plan included BOTH phone and TV. I returned to the store immediately and asked her to switch me back to my previous plan and remove the additional services. She looked at me as though I were crazy and said, Thats an old plan and less speed than you have now. Im sorry, we wont be able to switch you back.When I assured her that our old plan was faster than the one she switched us to, she said, Oh... thats weird. You had 75 before. The 120 should be way faster for you!She was either lying about our plan so she could earn more money, or doesnt know how to do her job. Either way, lesson learned. We will not be returning to this store for any future Xfinity needs.

Horrible, I had made an appointment through the store website and after waiting 45 minutes I still had not made it to the service counter. They had 3 greeters to check you in and 3 agents working the small 3 person counter. Tried to claim it was because of Black Friday but there were no signs up for Black Friday deals. Pretty sure I just came at a bad time of the day. I left after 45 minutes.

Not everyone is helpful here. I came to start a phone plan, because I already have Xfinity plan with them. A guy there checked in the system and told me that was not eligible for a phone plan. I checked for myself online and I was immediately approved.Some people just do not have great customer service are not people friendly.
