Outstanding experience with Kent Displays. Specifically Customer Support Manager Chris C. We had an issue with our Boogie Board, sent him some pictures and he was able to take care of us immediately, in the middle of a viral pandemic, no less. I will forever be a customer of Kent Displays.

This is a great company contrary to the post that says that this cannot be a real company. A great portfolio of products that are inexpensive (from $15-$35. On all new products batteries are replaceable. The play n trace should have templates with white backgrounds and not blue but you can make your own just put their templates in a copier with white paper and you have it.

We have 2 boogie boards and have enjoyed them for several months. They work great and are a pleasure to use. I love that they have magnets on the back for an easy refridgerator message board.

I bought the product Boogie Board Play n` Trace produced by this company and it was clearly a waste of money because of the impossibility to use it - it was difficult to figure it out in the beginning because of the packaging. The transparent plastic that a child can trace on is of dark blue shade that makes it very hard and strenuous for the eyes to detect the pattern underneath it. I keep wondering - WHY it could not be made just white? And this product supposedly received many awards. I wonder by WHO?

I have been working with Todd Hohman for over a month now. The logo I needed imprinted was causing some trouble but he has been nothing but helpful and patient. Customer Service is Great they give everything %100! I look forward to many more orders . I would highly recommend this company!!

Dealt with a Michelle Lilly - absolutely the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. Horrible.

Spoke with Joanna Chui Motrunecs, forgive my spelling because it was hard to understand her. Not only was she hard to understand, but she was incredibly rude. She continually cut me off when talking. There is no way that this place was a real company. I wouldnt let my worst enemies use this company. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Would recommend using any other resource, no matter the expense.

Poor quality. Battery not replaceable. When its gone, so your money. Useless. Spend your money on a good tablet and pen
