Purchased and installed the 12x10 black framed awning by Alexis. A few YouTube videos later and really happy with the results. Excellent product! Also added the solar powered rain-sun-wind sensor from Aleko and this was a fantastic addition. Delivery on both read prompt and complete with instructions. Highly recommend both. 5 stars.

Everyone compliments us on the gate and a lot of people are asking about details.We kept getting the run-around from local people so decided to buy online & install ourselves. We wound up saving thousands of dollars.We have a home based Japanese Maple business so it is really nice to be able to close off access when we are out running errands.Highly recommend these gates@

No customers are allowed in the store, they say to wait outside and someone will come out and help you, they do come out but it takes about 5 or more minutes, once they are there they are great help but waiting outside in the sun in 96° weather is not a good thing, no chairs, 1 tent but it seems hotter inside the tent, some shade by the building.Great selection, great prices, right now 1/3 as in 33% off of I believe everything, can pass that deal up ! !

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SNAKES! If I could give no stars I would. I bought a barrel sauna on 11/16. Got it set up, used it once and it was great. Went to use it for a 2nd time and the heater wont heat up. Ive reread the instructions on how to operate it, tried to troubleshoot. Im done with it. Im going to take it back.UPDATE: returned it within 30 days and they took a 15% restocking fee. Nowhere on their website does it say they will take 15% when they sell you a faulty product, they offer a money back return policy. I picked it up in Kent and took it back on a flat bed, they shouldnt have charged me $600. They gave me the run around when I tried taking it back. I did everything I was supposed to per their return policy. Got an RMA, took it back, they even questioned if it was a 5 person sauna.... its more like a 2 person sauna. Buyer beware! Do business elsewhere.

I found out about this place on Facebook otherwise, I would’ve never heard about it. They placed some display items outside due to COVID which we appreciate. Such an incredible place with some of the lowest prices I have been able to find! They have outdoor furniture, house items, tools, canopies, and more! I initially spoke with Alan who was very kind and when we arrived, we worked with Marina who was extremely warm and helpful. We purchased an outdoor patio set which we love and will be back to get more seasonal items! Highly recommend their business!

Bought a pergola and liked it so much that I bought another. Each time there was one part that was a little wonky but Aleko customer service dispatched a replacement part and I was able to complete the builds.

Like most people Covid has caused all kinds of setbacks. Our house remodel started in 2019 just before Covid. Sadly, we stopped the remodel before the garage got built. The cost of the materials took our budget out. My husband travels a lot for work and our cars were getting damaged from just sitting. We purchased the Aleko Products and Love them. We can check on the cars by just looking inside and when the garage can be built, we will have these two very nice structures for future uses. As far as assembly they were not hard at all and the material appears like it will hold up.

I bought an inflatable hot tub 5 months ago and the heater went out. I contacted Aleko by email and got a prompt response and prompt service. A representative named Vita was especially helpful and understanding. No, the heater shouldnt have gone out but a company cannot control that but they can control their customer service and, for my experience, this companys customer service is excellent.

August 29 21. What a racket! I found their name on Criags List as I was looking for an outdoor fire pit, shown as $59 there. I drove their and 1) you cant go in. I waited about 15 minutes outside while the sales person dealt with a return. The sales associate was annoyed with return-- why should the be?!-- and made a quick remark that he would be with me in a couple of minutes. About 10 minutes later he came out and the person records they wanted to exchange (which the sales associate said he could do) instead of a refund which seemed to also annoy the employee.Finally, after waiting about 15 minutes he asked hownI could help him. At that point he said I couldnt go in the store and pointed at a computer monitor which was hard to see in the sunlight.I told him the firepit I was interested in and asked if I could see it. At this point he said No. Unfortunately you cant see it. What? He then told me it was in a box. I asked if the box could be opened and was told no.At that point I had had it. I walked away. He asked if I wanted it and I said terrible customer service and got into my car. He kind of yelled back there are pictures. The young man did not greet me, thank me for waiting patiently, or try to work with me.WORST customer service Ive dealt with in a very long time! Alekos policy I guess is to sell you something sight unseen and make you bring it back if you dont like it, wasting everyones time.Think twice before shopping here.

Bought heavy driveway gate online from Aleko on 06/14 for $2492 which they shipped using ABF Freight. Alekos online shipping description says merchandise would be dropped off at the end of the driveway. ABF says they only drop of at street curb, which would block street traffic, access to house and is a safety hazard. ABF and Aleko refused to drop in a safer spot closer to the house unless for an extra fee of $175. This is either a scam or extortion. I told Aleko in writing on 07/02 that their refusal voids the purchase agreement, and I expect full refund. I initiated a chargeback. On 07/09 they informed me that they will charge unspecified storage and shipping fees, which seemed like another threat. I reiterated that I expect a full refund. On 08/02 it was revealed these extra charges would be a whopping $814, which is straight extortion. I wrote other online reviews, and will proceed with a legal case to the Attorney General and beyond if Aleko doesnt fully own their mistake, fully refund, and end the harassment, threats and extortion to customers.Btw, Aleko charges disproportionally for direct orders as the same gate sells at Lowes/HomeDepot for only 1900 with free delivery. With better and professional customer service too.*****Also, their good reviews here seem to be from a review farm.*****

I called in for a replacement part and had the pleasure of talking with Marina. She communicated clearly that the part was on back order and that she could take my number to see if she could find another resolution. She went above and beyond and was able to find a resolution. The Web page could have used much more frequent updates to help the employees make sales, ALL people should be wearing a mask; even if its an employees kid, ESPECIALLY if its an employees kid..show a respect for the law and keep them, and others, healthy. We dont know if the kid is a COVID carrier....and if the parent doesnt care, have them find someone to watch the kid at home; no excuse.

Bought a product from their discounted section and only got half the product. Half of the playpen I bought is missing! Their online customer service told me to email them photos and the receipt, which I did two weeks ago. Still no reply!? Id love to pickup the missing parts to complete the playpen for my puppy...

Completely unprofessional and false advertising is what they should be known for. Ordered 8 person sauna that measures at 93” and they sent first one that’s 4 person sauna and then second that’s 6 person sauna measuring at 73”. Worst part it’s been about two months and customer service keeps telling me it’s right one sent meanwhile there sku# is mixed up. I told lady have you personally checked measurements she replied no, I told I measured it and sku# not matching the item in box. Lol he reply is when you set it up will be 93”. So I ask her how will 73” piece of wood stretch to 93”. Today received email Stating that they are sorry for the misunderstanding and that there sauna measures to 88 inches not 93” as there website says it is. Their customer service is not knowledgeable of their products nor their sizes matter of fact aleko Don’t know their own sizes they have to call to their manufacturers to find specifications to confirm the SKU matches what’s in the box. Completely unprofessional for a huge corporation I highly don’t recommend purchasing from them any sauna needs they are number one to getting it wrong and then making you suffer through the process of making a right

Shipment arrived late and damaged because no packing material was provided to protect the glass from breaking. Aleko refused to return the damaged sauna and insisted I wait 4 weeks for the replacement part. Replacement part never arrived. After 5 calls, I found out the damaged part will take at least an additional 4 week (12 weeks after purchase) to arrive. I insisted on a refund and the refused to return the product. I am now working with Amazons A-Z claims to try to get a refund for this $4,400 junk. WISH ME LUCK. They sent the wrong size truck for pick up and then stated no one was there to pick up. They lie about everything!!!!NO 30 DAY GUARANTEE!

Update: I was finally able to get in touch with a manager. Who was pleasant and sent us a replacement product. Moving review from 1 star to 3 stars because of the hassle. Thank you for honoring your product and doing the replacement.Felt taken advantage of. Bought a wind screen for our fence. Installed with zip ties enclosed with the screen. Lasted 3 months before it tore apart. Reached out to customer service because it had a warranty. Unfortunately the product failing because it tore from the wind is not covered. Would not recommend their wind screen products. They obviously dont have faith in their products either being they wont cover what the product is made for. True disappointment Aleko!

I ordered an awning and due to covid it took me a while to get someone to come install it. When I did finally get someone to install the awning, it took 2 full days to put it together and install it. Turns out the awning didn’t come with all of the required parts. Critical pieces were missing. It took over a week for them to get me the correct parts. After lots of tinkering, days of more work, and hundreds of dollars my installer determined the awning was designed very poorly and would never be able to roll up correctly. I decided to write Aleko customer support and get a refund. Two weeks of communication with them and I just heard they will not offer a refund, only a replacement. With their mistakes in not including the proper parts and the design flaw in the awning I believe they should give me a refund. They disagree. I will not do business with a company like this ever again and I recommend you don’t either.

We bought a pergola 13 x 10ft recently and the box was damaged on delivery. There were bolts that was missing due to the damage. We sent an email photo of the damaged box and picture of missing bolts. After waiting for few weeks, it was delivered to the wrong address! Emailed them a couple of times but with no reply. It is Very disappointing and frustrating. We have not set up the pergola to date and still waiting for their response.

Make sure you bring a trailer. I drove 2 hours and then found out it wouldnt fit in the truck I borrowed. Always ask for Mel she was super helpful when I got there but I wasnt able to purchase the item I wanted.

Because of the pandemic distancing, we had to stand in line for over an hour. Hopefully someday, we can get inside and actually see what they have. We went there for a chicken coop, and it was in stock, and a reasonable price. The woman who helped us was very friendly as well. Since, the line was so long, it would have been beneficial to all for there to be a second Customer Service Rep to help.The guys delivering the goods from the warehouse were very polite and helpful. We will be back.

Please look these guys up on Better Business Bureau! It will save you from a nightmarish experience. It’s under Aleko Door and Gate Operating Devices in Kent, WA. There are so many terrible reviews. They have terrible customer service and their website is very misleading. As soon as the product gets to your door and you realize it’s not the product you ordered, that’s when they stop communicating with you. That was my experience and many other people’s experience as well. Don’t waste your time and money!!

Well I ordered a 14 Aleko gate from Home Depot. It arrived for pickup.I arranged to pick up and begin installation. I discover it’s a two piece gate. Then I discover the parts to assemble these two pieces are missing.So now this gate is laying on my lawn for a week now. After contacting Aleko about the missing parts, no sign of the parts or shipping notification.Does not make a nice lawn ornament at all.

This location offers better deals than their online store if you pick up in person.I went there to get a dolly, online it was $60+tax but pick up was $25+tax.Only downside is how slow it was. Lots of people working, but only one person attending in-person customers. The attendant came out, took my order, went in, came out I paid, went in, came out gave me the invoice, went in, different person comes out and hands me the product. Took about 5 each time they went in, and I originally waited 15 minutes before being served.

After looking at other reviews, I have experienced the same. No product, no responses to email inquire. After a month of trying to get a hold of someone about a refund we will see if the refunds actually occurs. They seem to have an issue holding on to funds and not shipping products.

Ordered an outdoor 8 person barrel sauna online May 19. Got an email it was back ordered May 27 and there was a 3 month wait. I immediately replied to cancel order as that was an option provided. No reply. They don’t answer phones nor return calls. File a dispute with bank and they dragged it on providing FAKE tracking id’s. But wait, didn’t you say it was out of stock - now magically you ‘shipped’ it. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Fake scam company that doesn’t operate legally, lawsuit waiting to happen, I may be the first to start a class action. Stay away!!!!! Fraud Company!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would, I placed an order for an inflatable hot tub mid June and I still haven’t received it. I Tried to call before and I called a few times today and no answer I even emailed the email they provided and no one replied even though they claimed it was a FASTER reply that way. I did receive an email stating covid effected them, I get that that’s cool and all but DON’T state on the website it’ll be back in stock and then its not. But I was given the option to wait or cancel I decided to wait since the website and email stated it would be in stock July 15 it was and then the next day the item was back on back order and my order was still processing. Pretty soon I’m going to be charged for something I didn’t even receive!!!! Terrible!!!!!Stay away from this company at all cost seen a few other reviews just like this one too. Bad company!!!

Warning!!! Do not buy from this company unless you want the worst customer service experience you ever had. We purchased a driveway gate almost totaling $2500. At first we were told our gate was on a 2 week back order (a lie) and we were called the next day after purchasing to come pick up our purchases. The loading dock attendant said the crate with the gate had a bunch of writing on it because it was a return but never removed from the crate (another lie because there were screws and staples in the crate). Once I opened the crate at home I immediately realized they gave us a gate not resembling what was advertised. The bottom section of the gate did not have vertical filler bars and our small dog would walk right thru it. I immediately called customer support and followed their process for a replacement. We got no response for over 5 days. The customer service finally responded and asked if we wanted to keep the gate for a $300 reduced price after I already said the issue with the dog (apparent they were trying to pawn off this improply manufactured product). 3 days after our purchase their shipping department calls me in the late afternoon and tells me our gate and accessories are in their inventory and we need to schedule a pick up. The next day I drove to pick up the gate and I waited almost 45 minutes (no one was in the parking lot) before someone approached me. I tell the customer service representative I am here to pick up my gate and hand them the work order. 10-15 minutes later I am approached and asked if I brought back the other gate. Keep in mind these are 6 steel gates crated weighing well over 300 lbs crated. I tell the customer service representative I did not bring back the gate for it is no longer in the crate and I will not be responsible for any damages trying to put it back in the crate and transporting it being it is their fault giving us an improperly manufactured gate. I am told to wait again for 10-15 minutes and told I would need to wait for another gate to arrive within 2 weeks (a lie since their shipping department said my gate was in their inventory). They would deliver it to our home and pick up the defective gate. It has now been over a month since we first purchased and still no gate and more empty promises of delivery dates. I am sure they sold our gate style muliple times since our original purchase and keep putting us on the back burner. A good lawer could subpoena the records to show it (any recommendations?). I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls (all lies) about when our gate would be in and delivered. The last phone conversation said the driveway gate would be in on the 15th and delivered in 5 days.

I placed a order on Cyber Monday for a hot tub and it turns out that they flagged my order for fraud and canceled it. Then upon calling customer service I was told that my order was canceled and they would be happy to reinstate my order but they werent willing to do anything about the fact that now my order is going to take several more days for it to get here when I asked to speak with a manager I was told by the woman on the phone that she was the manager and that there was nothing more she would do. I find this to be poor business tactics all of my information that I gave on my order was one hundred percent correct and yet here I still am without my product and without a current order because they refused to do anything about their mistake. Poor customer service skills and a very poor business ethic.
