After for hearing for years people talking about how wonderful Big Lots was I gave it a try, Im hooked!The staff in this particular one have gone out of their way being friendly and helpful. Always appreciate it!

I never go to Big Lots with the intent for something I always go and find great treasures that pop out at me. They have a wide variety of items and great prices and this location is by far my favorite location. Every time I stop in this store is clean and organized and the shelfs are never over stuffed with merchandise. Adam was my cashier and he was really friendly and nice. He greeted me and had small talk and thanked for me shopping with them. Overall a great experience as always!

The deals are boss. I got a full/queen comforter set...SET... that includes sheets, pillow cases and throw pillow all for the low low price if $35.I came home put them on....Im in love with them.

Made an online order to pick up at store. Did not have to wait long. Have not shopped Big Lots since I cant remember and now I do, I definitely always spend too much money in this store. 😂 Made the mistake of shopping around inside and found great deals. Any store that continues to require masks indoors will get my $.

I had a great experience! I went in to purchase a canopy I saw online. The website had said it was available in store. I simply walked up to an employee and showed her what I wanted on my phone and she directed me where to pay while she went and pulled it out of the back for me. She even wheeled it to my car for me! Really appreciated the service.

Very helpful cashiers I needed a new blue tooth and they recommended the best one for me and they werent the most expensive.

Its a pretty nice; looks like it was recently remodeled. This location actually has TOO much, though.When they remodeled, they made the aisles too narrow for two carts to fit through, so if theres someone in the aisle you want with a cart, and you ALSO have a cart, you have to wait, or go around. Fairly irritating.Still a good store, just dont go during peak hours.

This big lots is on Sunset Blvd in the Renton Highlands. If I was you I might give them another chance not sure yet.The customer service was very awesome the ladys were very pleasant and exceptional helpful for my 78 yr old Mom with finding her TV stand at another store for her.

First time going in today, I went up to a worker that was stocking inventory on shelves.. I asked politely if I can get a price check on this item she was very rude. Her response was hold on and walked away. Now I didnt let that bother me, but when she became the cashier she was more rude.. saying (whos next).. like where is your customers service..Like what happen to (Hi may I take the next person line or yeah sure I can definitely look up the price for you hold please....)Like seriously I know this year has been rough for everyone, but its not right to take your anger or bad attitude to a customer. Your lucky to still be working while most of us is unemployed and still waiting for unemployment benefits.Now this is just the first time I probably just got the wrong person that day.. I will give Big Lots in Kent another chance. If I still dont get good customer service. Yeah I wont be going there again.

One of my favorite places

Can be a 1 stop shooting spot. You can pick up house warming to birthday gifts. Smacks and household items and products. They even have socks! My favorite item I buy there but Id hard to find elsewhere is CLOROX OXI MAGIC! This works wonders on almost all stains and any material! Worth every penny of $2.40

We called to get some help with furniture.The lady that answered and we talked to was so rude.She continued to make harsh and rude comments.Ending up putting my mom in tears.This store has been a staple for my family and I but if their staff cannot be kind we will no longer be coming to this branch.Also, i have the name of the employee but do not want to blast it on the internet

The manager of the Big Lots store went so above and beyond the call of duty to help me out, Im really amazed. I needed a drape panel to complete a set that I got at the Kent Big Lots. The manager looked everywhere in the store for a drape their system said they had, but actually didnt. They located one for me in Puyallup and personally drove it to the Kent store. That is wonderful customer service. PLUS, the Kent Big Lots is the nicest one Ive ever need in. Fergie ROCKS!

Given a star because youre obligated! I would not give even 1 star. Their dishonesty is top tier! They dont inform you directly of the fact that they dont dispose of the old. They dont even come front if you want a refund! They say that youre obligated to rent a van at your cost to bring back the items to the store. So if your mattress or box spring is damaged its on you to spend YOUR TIME AND MONEY and bring the items back to the store. Stores are poorly managed because when you call their customer service they bounce you back and forth to different operators!

Love the remodel. Inside and out. Still a lot of unused space at the front and back isles are crowded. In not sure you can squeeze 2 carts past each other. This store location is always organized and pretty well stocked.

Shelves a bit bare, but fine otherwise

The personable service from the cashiers is superb. The store has been remodeled and feels more customer targeted. Isles are wider and you can see the big picture view of its merchandise. The prices are elevated for -let us just call it- a five and dime. But for the off shoot stuff and quick grabs, it is fine.

It was out first time coming at this location of Big Lots, it was clean and organized. Everything is tagged with prices. I got this k cup organizer holds 30 k cups for $10 there’s a lot of good finds at reasonable price and choices too. Employees are polite and all smiling faces. They also have a lot of Christmas decorations already and we’re coming back for it.

Good store, cheap prices. Not the highest quality, but its still good. Stock changes pretty frequently but theres always a lot to look at. I usually come for snacks, small furniture (lamps and a table) candles and sometimes stationary. Its also great to stock up on cheap holiday decorations! I have a Christmas tree thats still rocking almost 7 years later. There is also a good section of beauty supplies, usually with a variety of legit brands.

The workers here are friendly. And there is a little bit kg everything here. And at great prices to. I even found some cruelty free soaps which is so helpful. And litter at the lowest rice Ive found yet.

I love Big Lots. Its like one giant variety store. They have food items, cooking and kitchen, bathroom and on and on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find almost anything at this store.

This is a great Big Lots location. It was well stocked and orderly while I was there. The employees were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It had a great selection of products. I lucked out and found some of the things I needed on sale or clearance. I would definitely shop at this location again.

Didnt find what i was looking for

The best place to get the best prices on standard cleaning supplies, dental items, and bathroom items. It really hurt when Big Lots abandoned their Burien location. Even their Bobs Red Mill section was substantial.

Discount store I can always go and find the things that I really need such as a colander or strainer or bath mats or pillows. They also have a fair amount of furniture that is fairly priced. you can find some good deals here. This is my go to store when I need to buy school supplies at the beginning of the school year.

This shop has all the things that you need except for clothing. They are not inexpensive, and the staffs are very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant experience shopping here.

Decent selection of household items with good prices. Very well organized with majority of items tagged with the price on the item in addition to signs on shelves, so there is no confusion. Love that most items are priced in even dollars such as $2, $3, $4, $10 etc etc. There is always some kind of markdown on.Staff is friendly and always helpful.

Cheap place to shop at more bang for your buck

A few of the shelves were only half full. The store was out of the product I wanted but customer service at the front end was great. Very friendly and courteous.

Did not find items I was interested in purchasing

Love big lots always have.Was very very dissatisfied that they did not have school supplies about two weeks ago. I went for the promotions in your local add because they are remodeling they do not have the supplies out. They did have Halloween decorations, thought that was a stupid strategy.

If you need it they have it. Great customer service.

A treasure trove of culinary treasures. Love the inexpensive but good quality food items. You can find everything from traditional Dolmas to great curry simmer sauces and a wide selection of beverages. It is also a pretty easy store to get in and out of quickly. Always a plus to me!

Big lots used to be my go to place! But it’s gotten so expensive. They have amazing stuff! But maybe for people who don’t care too much about the price tag.
