This company doesn’t care about your business…Take your money and run…Look else where for your countertops..Left with no usable kitchen sink. We spent 2 days moving everything as requested…tried calling their office in Kent Washington and now won’t even pick up the phone…update…Just got off the phone with Justin. Offered to install a sink that’s not what we ordered. No offer to lower price of project. Did offer to have plumber reinstall kitchen fixtures. But nothing else. Asked if I was going to be compensated for our family’s inconvenience? Justin would not say a dollar amount until they completed the job.I asked for a written proposal for the before mentioned. As of now nothing. Will update as things progress. When I informed Justin about all of the negative posts on social media. He stated that you can’t expect people to be true full in their statements.
The company doesn’t care about business. After we sign contract with the company, money was deducted in two days but installation started almost after 3 months. There were few concerns with the install (kitchen sink was not as expected color, our newly installed wooden floor got few visible scratches during the process and power outlet were not installed properly afterwards). I called the office few times but nobody pick up the call. I even wrote email to Dabrien (Floform representative who was helping us) but didnt get any response back.
What a great experience with the whole FloForm team! If youve worked with other fabricators, youd know how professional the FloForm team is from the beginning to the very end. (Sorry for some of you who didnt have the experience you expected.) We first heard about FloForm from a local remodeler store. I had been talking to Michael (Director of Sales) for many many times due to the fact that I kept twisting the countertop dimensions. Michael was always very patient and responsive. We started talking to Clark (Project Coordinator) after the installation date was set. I understand that the leading time became longer due to COVID. But Clark did everything he could to keep our project on track. From templating, photo layout, to installation, I noticed that they are definitely the lead in the field. If youd like to take a look at what your countertop design looks like before its been fabricated, you definitely dont want to pass their photo layout service which I dont think many other fabricators offer.Another very important thing making FloForm stand out from other fabricators is that you have the freedom to pick multiple designs for your house. Most other fabricators Ive talked to charge by slabs. That means if you want two different designs, you would have to buy two different slabs no matter how small youd need for your project. I like that FloForm charges by square footage, so I could choose one design for our kitchen countertops, and a different design for our laundry sink countertop. Based on Michaels recommendation, we also got a 2cm porcelain slab for the fireplace hearth instead of quartz since porcelain withstands heat better. No doubt, wd like to work with them again for our future project. They are friendly, hardworking, and professional people. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thats all that matters. Thanks very much!
Having a HORRIBLE time getting these folks to install 2 bathroom countertops.Six weeks ago they cancelled one hour before install appointment time. They said they could not find the faucets, tho they were shown in stock. Cancelled again today around noon, with an appointment at 3:00, stating that the team had called in sick that morning.Poor business practice even tho this was booked thru Costco.GO ELSEWHERE!
Costco FIRE this Supplier ASAP!! Bought these countertops via Costco Special Services Kiosk, assuming they were high quality and excellent service however the experience has been SOOOO terrible I am going to cancel my Costco Membership after they finish the install. For starters, they forced us to reschedule our first install date. Which wasnt a big deal, I get it, COVID is causing all kinds of issues. But after so many appointment pushes it started to feel like they were taking advantage and prioritizing other bigger projects. Secondly, they came to install the countertops and the install team was super rude and did a terrible job which they tried to play off as if it was totally fine. They basically try to guilt trip you into accepting the terrible install. Not to mention they didnt polish the underside of the counter tops, which we paid for. So they leave with everything terribly installed and then call back several days later to schedule an appoint (yet again several weeks of waiting) to come back out to fix the situation. They came back out, and the installers said they were going to polish the counters on site but that it would NOT look as good as if it was done at the factory. Why on earth would anyone want that, thats not what we paid for. So the rude installer, with his bad attitude, said theyd have to tear them out. Which he said it in way as if it were a threat. So we told them to remove the countertops pieces that were wrong. So they were there for just enough time to take the counter piece which mind-blowing to me, they should have just taken the counters the day they installed them incorrectly. What a waste of time and money for everyone! Our new appointment due to material delays (COVID related, everything is COVIDs fault) several weeks out (again!!) is about to come up and they are telling us at 4PM on the Friday (Via voicemail, and I cant get hold of them) before the Monday install that the pieces they took, they threw out and needed them to color match the pieces of countertop that were left installed. So now they want to come back, tear out more counter tops so they can color match to then schedule another date (Likely several more weeks out, OMG!!) to come back out. Overall, the attitude of the installers are terrible, the customer service and planning of a simple (Yes very SIMPLE) countertop job is terrible, I honestly dont know how they are still in business. If I owned this place I would be completely embarrassed.
I ordered my countertops and backsplash Costco and had floform do the work. Their team did a great job. There were a couple things that needed to be corrected due to miscommunication but heir whole team was very helpful and dedicated on making sure I was a happy customer. Special shoutouts to Clark on his amazing communication and follow up.
Okay but Goku is like way stronger Im literally shaking rn
We spent a lot of money on renovating our kitchen. We went through COSTCO which is how we were introduced to FloForm. They did the work last February, so a little over a yr ago. Our upgraded garbage disposal is now pouring water under our sink and weve just noticed that below our beautiful countertop they did not repair or even attempt to professionally hide the damage caused when they ripped out the old countertop. Of course we contacted FloForm and, instead of offering to make it right (poor workmanship), they informed us that the yr warranty was up and that theyd charge $250 per hour to come out. You know, when you spend 15k on a project you expect a little more service than if you had gone to your master of all trades uncle for the job.Our next review will be going to COSTCO.
If I could give Florform zero stars I would. We ordered our counters in March. We were told due to the pandemic things were backlogged by about a month. Which was absolutely fine and understanding. In March, they came out to measure the cabinets and the guy who did that was very nice, he did tell us that we needed the face boards on the cabinets. Even though we were originally told not to put them on. So we put them on and he came back out to double check the measurements. We were told by Aaron, our project manager, that our tentative date was April 23. The week leading up to the 23rd we heard nothing. We called aaron daily and he never got back to us. On the 23rd, he finally called and said our date was actually April 26th. Again we never heard back from anyone and our day came and went with no word back. We called for over a week leaving messages and finally got in touch with his manager Chelsea. Chelsea stated we were never put on the schedule and she “reminded us” that they were super back logged and could not get us in till May 7.May 7, the team did actually show up and that team was amazing. It was two guys who were super friendly and cared about the work they did. Sadly when they went to put on half the counter and the waterfall edge it was too long. It left a massive gap between the counter and the cabinets. They guys there said it was up to us, but gave us the option to get it redone. We decided to do that and a couple days later the measurements were done again and determined it was in fact Floform that cut them wrong, not us that messed with the counters. This lead to an entire week of not hearing anything so we called Aaron and Chelsea, again daily for an entire week, trying to get a status update. Finally we talked to the front desk who said the notes stated the counters has been recut and we’re waiting for scheduling. At this point, we gave it a couple days then I called Aaron, the front desk said aaron was no longer with the company but transferred me to Marissa. I talked to her and asked for an update. She said they were backlogged and it would be another 3 to 5 weeks before they could get us in.At this point I said No, this is not acceptable since it was floforms mistake not ours. I asked that we get scheduled with a date immediately or schedule a date to take the other part of the counters off. As it would have been faster to go with someone else completely at that rate.Marissa was great and got us scheduled for the very next week. She later called and got us scheduled for the same week and had us scheduled for May 28.Today, May 28, a new team came out. They were very rude all day. Once the job was done they had us look and it turns out floform DID NOT cut and fix the quartz at all!The team out here just shimmed the counter and it still had a huge gap. We were upset but nice and asked if they could at least caulk in a section so there wasn’t a huge gap. The main guy said yes, but proceeded to roughly grab our our drawers and toss it with glass around the kitchen before and after he caulked. Glass even fell on the ground. All the while complaining about how we were unhappy with the gap to his partner. Once it was done he filled out the survey himself stating we were completely satisfied. We caught this and changed it before signing, only because we wanted to review documentation before signing it.We should be extremely happy about having counters after over 2 months, but instead I am upset and honestly just want to cry.If I could change get anything with our kitchen remodel it would be to not use Florform. Seattle has amazing companies out there and this one is not one I would recommend. Especially for the price.
The under mount sink Floform install failed! It fell out of the countertop. I contacted Floform and girl that answered nervous giggled the entire time stating thats not good. She assured me someone would call next day.......still waiting for that call 5 days later!
Estimate, in home consultation and mapping for countertops went smoothly and was overall great. Install was good, guys were slightly late but not by much. They tried to do demo and install the same day but they were here until 10 PM and still didn’t finish, so I’d rather they had just taken the two days but it wasn’t a big issue. The lack of two stars is because when installing the countertops they forgot an integral piece for the dishwasher and it ended up not being mounted. Took an addition week almost to get the issue resolved with 4 visits from install techs and plumbers since it started leaking. However big kudos to Randi Jo Grant, she was very professional and took care of getting us to the correct people after hours. She’s the one who bumped this review up for sure. Went thru Costco, so we didn’t pick this company directly, but overall it was okay.
Horrible, horrible company with lousy customer service! I was scheduled a few weeks ago for a measurement and they never showed. I was told the guy coming out to do the job had some other appointment he wasn’t aware of. They didn’t call me until the next day to tell me. Now tonight I’m sitting here at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The installer was supposed to be here between two and four but apparently he’s not coming either. I called the shop before 5 o’clock, they’re closing time, and nobody answered. I would never use this company again. I still don’t have my countertops installed and I have contractors coming on Sunday to hook up the sink. They’re so unprofessional and unreliable. Heads up, steer clear of these guys!Update: after leaving several messages on peoples answering machines I finally got a call from the installer at 5:45 pm. He didn’t want to come tonight but I told him I insisted on it. He said, “It will be 7:30 or FREAKIN’ 8:00 tonight before I get there”. I told him that was fine, that I had contractors/plumbers coming on Sunday to finish it up and it needed to be installed by tonight. I still wouldn’t use this company...horrible customer service!
I was taking a short walk close to my house in Puyallup back in March when I witnessed an accident. The guy was obviously driving too fast and not paying proper attention as he drove through the neighborhood and ended up hitting a dog. The owner was very distraught - she was in tears. I happened to see her again a few days ago - she said no one from the company had contacted her at all about her service dog that was put down due to the accident.I usually mind my own business but it upsets me that no one from this seemingly reputable company has any common decency whatsoever to apologize to her on their drivers behalf and hold themselves accountable for this mishap. This lack of sympathy appears be a sign of the times.
Joe and his crew had a late day. And still made it out to our house and had a late night here in bellingham and still had to drive home to tacona after they finished and all we can say is that they did an amazing Job. I definitley recommend these guys they came out and nailed it
This review is based on Flo Form as a fabricator and install company, not the Cambria quartz product they sell. Bottom line upfront: Flo Form is horrendous to work with and their quality in customer service, fabrication, and install is terrible. I’d highly recommend avoiding doing business with this unethical company.Detailed review:- Flo Form told me they were the sole fabricator for Cambria in the Seattle market. I called Cambria headquarters after having issues with Flo Form only to discover that this statement is not true.- I bought Cambria through Costco in 2018 who contracted directly with Flo Form but acted as the intermediary. I wanted the same Costco package so I called the number from my prior Costco receipt. They never disclosed that their contract with Costco had expired and pushed me direct without notifying me until after I had signed a contract (there were numerous benefits with the Costco deal). Flo Form’s business practices are unethical, and their employees are grossly untrained.- Flo Form’s customer service is solely focused on transactions, not people. Their employees follow processes rather than aiming to provide a good customer experience or even seeking to understand their customer’s needs. There’s little interest in understanding individual projects, rather their team simply focuses on turning jobs.- Due to that mentality, their estimates are inaccurate because they don’t apply critical thinking practices to understand what your project requires before providing an estimate (because they clearly don’t care).- Expect to receive emails, not phone calls.- Expect to call and email multiple times before receiving a response, even when you have a quality issue with install.- Expect to pay more than estimated, even if you’re a repeat buyer requesting the same exact edging and thickness as in your prior job. I did and they apparently didn’t look at the details of my prior 2018 job even after asking them to so my bid increased by 17% the day my template was completed. They also forgot to add sales tax in their first bid so I had to mail another check or they were going to charge me a credit card fee to pay by phone even though it was their mistake.- Their templater gave me poor advice so I ended up having to have my shower niches re-cut, as they didn’t fit the job. Flo Form was going to charge me for another template appointment and charge me to ship the pieces, so I ended up having to do my own measurements and drive to Kent to pick up the niches even though their templater had the error in judgment.- Their quality is terrible. My tile installer had to fix their poor cuts to make the job work, and I also have scrapes in the Cambria surface that I didn’t notice until after the installers left. The installers also damaged my drywall.- Don’t expect to get a personal experience or even decent service from Flo Form. It’s a numbers based / transactional business that doesn’t have the capacity or people talent and skills to successfully work with individual buyers.- Customer service quality is not a priority to Flo Form. In fact, my project coordinator quit in the middle of the job and no one called to tell me. I found out because I called after emailing multiple times (again) with no response.- I Would NOT recommend Flo Form as fabricator / installer, in fact I’m planning to share this experience with the BBB and have shared this review with Cambria since an ethically challenged company represents their brand.
I was very disappointed with the results. I took all the pieces i needed for sizing and shape. They measured them and kept one piece for specifications. then they sent me paperwork in the mail and 3-4 times over a couple months and asked to sign. I was finally given the pieces which were not my measurements, they were thinner, longer and short. I have been waiting for these for so long. They now tell me they cannot do anything but to have me pay and order again. Do i really want to order from them again ......definitely NOT and I do not recommend them to anyone else.
Omg - the new countertop in my kitchen looks terrible!! A blind monkey couldve done a better job. I am never doing business with this company again - it was a huge disappointment.
The counters were in perfectly. They arrived exactly on time. They were done early and they left the place really clean. The next day, the plumber came in to do the final connections. His question was the highest compliment the counter installers could receive: Wow, is this really all one piece? HIGHLY recommended!!!
I am very happy with my beautiful new counter tops. Garrett did a wonderful job. He came on time, was very neat, and left me with a beautiful product. The plumbing work was very good too. I am Very Happy!!!Sincerely, Susan.
I am very impressed with FLOFORMs personnel. Coral was an excellent service representative--ensuring that we were getting exactly what we ordered. Additionally, she made sure the entire process ran smoothly. Tony and his crew were outstanding at installing our granite. They were very punctual, got to work quickly and worked nonstop until the job was finished. He intelligently addressed concerns I had (which were few) and informed me of things I needed to share with my finish carpenter. I am very please with their work and the entire process. I highly recommend FLOFORM. Very satisfied customer. Sandy
I signed up to redo my kitchen and bathroom with FLOFORM Countertops through Costco. I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was really nice, and that had all the work done on time in one week. (I kept my existing cabinets.) It was about 4 weeks from when I first contacted them to when the kitchen and bathroom were finished. There was an issue with one of the fixtures that I ordered and that took care of it immediately. The workers were professional, friendly, and very accommodating of all the rules in my condo building. The original saleswoman was honest, quick, and helpful with the design choices. She was very knowledgeable and didnt come across as salesy at all. She didnt push. There are a lot of decisions to make, and she guided me through it.The measuring guy showed up on time and was super nice to me even though I was having a bad day and was a bit grumpy. The demo guy had to work extra hard to get all the glued tiles off in time to be gone by my buildings 5pm work deadline. He made it happen. Ive never seen anyone work so hard. The install guys were very diligent about getting everything level and the seam right. You cant even see the seem unless youre really looking for it. They had some cool tool to do this. The plumbers they hired were nice and got stuff done. The tile guys were great too. Everything looks perfect. He gave me lots of good instructions about how to take care of it moving forward. If I had another home, I would definitely use them again. Fantastic experience.
Joe was very professional. If you had a question he answered it. From what we can see he did a real good job. Would have him back. Was not happy with the crew that put the counter tops in though. Did not tell me he marked the wall up, I noticed it all he said was it was real tight. We were going to take the stove out put was told to leave it. He never even apologize for the damage. Also can feel were the crack is in the counter, cant see it but can feel it. He was hard to understand a bit. I do not know the mans name who was in charge.
The process was stress free from start to finish thanks to Melissa, Juan, Slavic, Tony, Jose and Dillon from Mr. Rooter. Melissa was always friendly, helpful and accommodating with the scheduling. Appointment reminder phone calls were made and I was also notified prior to each arrival time. Introductions were made which is a nice professional touch. Each phase was done in a timely and professional manner. Hats off to a great coordinated team!
Jake and Julio showed up within the scheduled window. They are friendly and worked efficiently. Used protective materials to cover the new tile floor, cabinets and walls. They answered questions and gave us information on care and maintenance. Thanks guys, it looks great!
Guillermo was the craftsman who installed our tiles and then came back and grouted the next day. He was awesome. The first evidence of this was when he got to the house, noted that our windowsill was supposed to be tiled (my wife and I had agreed to this) and then, after explaining the benefits of going with quartz (which had been installed on the counters a day prior) got into a discussion with the home office and had them come out to remeasure for quartz. He could have just done what he was told and left us with what would have not been so great in the future. He was meticulous, tidy, communicative, and friendly. He later down drop cloths to catch whatever small mess was created and then vacuumed up at the end of the day just to make sure everything was pristine.I would recommend Guillermo to anyone. He displayed “craftsmanship” in all aspects of the job (including calling ahead to let me know when he’d arrive).
Seems to be well run organization. I was rather disappointed with the results, however. They appear to have no glue that matches the Royal Blanc we selected. The guy that made the joint claimed it was as good as expected, another rep who was out for a different reason said it didnt look good enough, the third guy who came to put the backsplash in said it was within expectations. Well, that may be, but certainly its not what I was sold when we talked about it before hand.
We used Floform for our Cambria kitchen counter tops last fall and would highly recommend them. Their staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and professional across the board from sales to scheduling to installation. They helped us narrow down options, provided quick and detailed quotes and made scheduling easy to coordinate. The installation process went smoothly. They took the time to thoroughly measure the space and form a plan before fabrication. Upon delivery, all of our slabs fit perfectly and our one seam is incredibly smooth and subtle. We would definitely use them again for future projects.
I would highly encourage consumers to look for another outfit to help with your quartz needs. This company has promised 100% customer satisfaction after a defective countertop was installed. After three months they have done nothing and made me feel very upset. I would not feel comfortable recommending this company in the future.
My countertops turned out beautifully! I am very happy with the finished result. The people I met were friendly and professional, and my questions were always answered. Technicians showed up on time, left the space clean, and were very careful to protect all the surfaces in my condo.
Mario and Christian were excellent...absolutely excellent! Mario is truly a skilled craftsman and was responsive to our questions and concerns. We enjoyed having them handle our particular job.
Garrett and Mark were very professional and courteous. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with install. Definitely recommend them again.
Garrett and his crew installed some beautiful quartz countertops in our bathroom. They were top notch, very knowledgeable, and performed an amazing job. We would definitely recommend Garrett again!
Pleasantly suprised. No pressure sales, lots of examples of counter tops and sinks. The only negative is the showroom floor needs to be better lit.
Guillermo did a beautiful job installing the tile backsplash in my kitchen. He is highly skilled and was very courteous and professional. I am so pleased with his work and it was a pleasure to have him in my home. He also adjusted the mounts for the dishwasher, which was not his responsibility and had not been completed when the new countertop was installed.
Do not hire! We went through Lowes in Lacey to install new cabinets and countertop. Cabinets were done by another contractor. FlowForm did the countertop. They were a 2 weeks out in booking a measure and another month out to get countertop install. So a month and a half with no counters. Called 30minutes before install and said they had to cancel. They came out the next day to install the countertop and installed incorrectly. Asked me to change my schedule to accommodate the fix. I asked them to come out on a Saturday first thing so didnt have to take another day off work. They showed up at the end of the arrival window. When I asked for compensation for taking days off and the screwed up I got a run around. There are lots of Other Countertop companies out there I would go with anybody else.
All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The installers were careful not to damage anything in our home remodel. We had a great experience.
Countertop turned out nice. Everyone was on time for their appointments, was polite, did a nice clean job. Was happy with their work, would have them back in the future.
These installers were on time, polite and efficient. They both worked together well and did a wonderful job. Thank you
Clean n nice
Awesome experience with Floform through Costco.Lynn(sale rep) had all her samples, picked a newer Cambria stone Annicca.Alvia(CSR) did a great job with the lay out of the slab, giving us lots of movement for our money.Template guy did a great job with all the slab measurements.Plumber hooked up the disposal. set faucet, & returned running water to our kitchenTile guy did an artful job setting & grouting our subway tileVERY happy with the overall job
CHRISTINA COURSON In customer service did us a solid by keeping her promise to schedule us sooner if an opening became available for our master bathroom countertops. It is great to have someone do what they can to make the customer’s life better.
Great showroom with plenty of options. Super nice staff who are extremely helpful.
Excellent installation crew. Well organized and clean.Fantastic job Jose
After spending almost 6 months researching granite and quartz, I finally chose Cambria through Costco, and though it has a huge price tag, it is absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen.Every person on the Floform team has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Ginny made a quality presentation. Justin has scheduled each step of the process on the phone and with emails. I enjoyed chatting with Slavic as he tore out existing counter tops and the team of Carlos and John V. when they installed the new ones.If there were a 10-star rating, this team would deserve it!
We recently had Aaron and his co-worker install our quartz countertop. They did a beautiful job and gave us helpful input on the care and use of our new countertop. They were pleasant to work with and wed recommend them to others.
Arrived on time, went right to work. No muss, no fuss, just a great job. Installers were professional and personable.
Francisco Lopez and Jose Hernandez were very professional, efficient and friendly. We were very pleased and impressed.
Customer service really excellent. This is the 3rd time using floform, and I was not disappointed. I was kept in the loop as far as arrival times, and contacted to make certain everything went well. Everyone, from saleman, to installers, to customer service deserve 5 stars.
They showed up on time, were careful not to bring the outside in with them (it was a wet, windy day), install looks great, they cleaned up after themselves, job well done!
Joe is a great installer. His experience with installing countertops shows in the way he pays attention to the small details.
These 2 guys were super efficient, made very little mess, and they cleaned up the area where they worked after they were done. Really top notch crew!
They do great work even when they are not installing cabinets and counter tops, their employee, Jesus, helped me out an alley I was blocked into with the cable guy. I drive a yard waste truck for Recology and Jesus blocked traffic for me to back out of an alley I was stuck in. He was professional, courteous and helped me without hesitation. Floform has a great employee with Jesus and we all could use more kindness out there. People dont want to stop for us garbage guys when it comes to traffic, butthansk to Jesus, I got out of there safely and back to my route. Thank you Jesus, you went above and beyond your line of work to help me. FLOFORM has great people with great attitudes.
The FloForm staff are awesome! All workers were very friendly. Everyone arrived promptly as scheduled. The new countertops, sills and sink are beautiful and expertly installed. You are a great company FloForm!
The Cambria product is one of the best looking quartz materials but I would recommend that you purchase your materials from a firm that installs rather than FloForm. FloForm practice is to subcontract out the installation and if there are any defects caused by the installers, FloForm provides NO SERVICE. I rated them a 2 because their Cambria product is quality, and I down graded them because they would charge $250 to come fix defects with their material. Flakes of quarts came out of the surface of our countertop leaving little holes and the installer let a grinder contact the island leaving marks in the surface. I contacted the company I purchased the countertops from and FloForm was non responsive for months. I finally contacted FloForm directly and they were with my situation but would not come out to fix it without charging. They recommended that I fill the holes myself with super glue and trim it with a blade. I spent a full day filling and trimming the holes but super glue makes a very thin layer and it took countless layers to fill the holes and the super glue would not adhere to smaller holes. After my review, FloForm contacted me and sent two technicians to fix the holes made by the installation crew. The technicians told me that I had done a good job and that the shallow holes could not be filled. They had a different type of super glue that filled the deeper holes, but they confirmed the shallow holes made by the installers grinder skipping across the island could not be filled. I spent my time fixing the damage caused by FloForm and another day with the technicians and now FloForm wants to set up two more appointments; one to check out the work from the previous technicians, and another technician appointment. Justin Reinmuth, the Residential Sales Manager doesnt want to rehash the past situation but I ask, what has changed?
The countertops are absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for anything more.
Slavic was our demo person taking out the old countertops. He was very professional and did an exceptionally good job of cleaning up.Jose D. and his helper whose name I dont remember did an excellent job with the installation. I was very pleased. They also did a nice job of cleaning up. These guys all deserve five stars.I was less impressed with the person who came out to reattach the faucet, garbage disposal and the hot water dispenser. He was not a Ill find a solution type of person when the screw to hold the hot water dispenser in was too short. I went to the hardware store and got a screw that worked fine. Then when he put the dispenser back together it leaked. He didnt know what to do so I had my husband look at it. He took the offending piece off and reattached it with a little bit harder of a push and it didnt leak anymore. Everything turned out fine in the end!I love the countertops! Thelma Vander Pol
FloForm countertops is truely an great company. There employees were very professional each step of the way. They preformed there job with exceptional expertise and quality. They were honest and trustworty. I give them a five star rating and the finish product is fantastic. Thank you. Tom
To be honest when my customers selected the florform as the provider I was skeptical of both the product and how it would be installed. However, what I found out is is that not only do they have an excellent product they have a great staff too.Floform, provided an excellent Quartz product. The staff at Floform did an excellent and professional job. The workmanship and installation were done by a highly experienced and qualified staff.I would like to make a special note to Alivia H. for putting it together with the customers, Melissa G. for coordinating the installation and Juan for the perfect templates and overseeing the installation. The countertops and backsplash really brought it all together. I truly appreciate the professionalism and craftsmanship you put into this project.Rick and Marti are very pleased with the product they received.Thank you,Noland
Awesome facility and great staff
From start to finish Floform has been thorough and professional. They have installed my new Cambria quartz countertop, Kohler sink and faucet, disposal, and tile back splash and it all looks exceptional. The various employees arrived on time, worked hard while taking care to minimize any mess or debris, they all were pleasant and respectful. I would recommend Floform to friends and family without hesitation.
Floform installed our Cambria quartz countertops and we couldnt be happier. The team was very professional, friendly and helpful. Dean, was the gentleman who measured for the countertops and he found an issue with the installation of our garden window. Dean and our contractor easily worked together to correct this issue. I would highly recommend Floform to others. Our kitchen looks beautiful.
Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definitely! Im not a rich guy by any stretch, but I know that when I do a kitchen the two things that people are going to see and interact with and comment about are your countertops and your backsplash - so thats where I put the money when I redid my kitchen last month (July 2016.) The materials and color selections that Floform provided (Cambria material with the option Parys) were great to see and made the selection difficult because theres so many great options within the brand. And the measuring of the template was as easy as it could be. Having the specs for the drop in stove and sink were really helpful, in addition to having the items there for him to see. And when the counter was delivered and installed a week later, I could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE APPRECIATIVE of Fabian and his helper. They made my imperfect workmanship on cabinet installation look just fine. They werent flustered or unsure about how to fix what my deficiencies were, and made some really solid suggestions, which I was appreciative of. They didnt make me feel like a dummy at all. They slid in the shims where necessary and were done within about an hour I suppose. It was fast and thorough.I really appreciated Floform every step of the way, from selection to measuring to installation.
Beautiful stone selection and great quality craftsmanship
They Unloaded & loaded guy behind me in the back of their building, it took my whole day. I had to wait extra 2 hrs to have mine unloaded.
Disappointed, no real customer service. no one greeted us or asked if we needed help
Failed to show up then failed to show up on time. Worst service ever.
