Nice store in general. Always clean and put together well. Never really had a complaint about this location. I drive to this one instead of one closer bc of the overall experience with the store and other customers. Can always find what I came for too.

This is one of the best in the area. They were sticking shelves as we were shopping. A stick person AARON was very happy to run to the back and look for a case of water for us! GREAT JOB Aaron!!

I really like this walmart the people here are friendly and most are polite even the young people that work there. One of the older employees that works the door is the greatest he will even go outside to get a cart for me. What a sweetie he is great. God bless you sir.

They have everything you are looking for and then some. Friendly check out. The cashier was very friendly. It was me! Easy self check out.

This place can rarely get orders right or even know their right from their left. If you have another Walmart remotely close to you. Go there. It’s like pulling teeth with these people. I got transferred in circles over ten times because no one could find my custom photo order.

I love the convenience of being able to get everything you need at a one stop shop, but as of lately the shelves are empty and that puts a damper in One store shopping

Dont bother with online ordering/pickup at this location. Youll spend less time doing the shopping yourself and waiting in line. Nobody answers the phone, you have to call over and over again and by the time you finally get through 3-6 people that pulled in well after you get helped well before. This system is complete trash and a waste of time.

Its Walmart. Good prices and a smooth experience. I especially like this location.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. Went in to get vitamins and fiber products. Area for these was totally disrupted. I know the store is being reorganized, but Christmas was in the middle of the pharmaceuticals and Fiber stuff was far away.Also, humans lost their jobs to the computer registers. Not at all a pleasant place to shop and the prices are about the same as anywhere else.

If this was stocked better and had more employees working registers then it would be perfect. Why do I have to scan my own stuff? Im not getting paid

Cant get anyone on the phone to ask a question. Need deli to be open or its a waisted 30 minute trip. On the phone trying to ask what time deli closes for the better part of an hour and I still dont know if I can even make the trip worthwhile...

It is absolutely preposterous and kind of illegal (Las time I checked, anyway) for any retailer to not take legal american currency (cash). Whats next Walmart? Our first Borns as a sacrifice? Gtfoh.

Was passing through when I stopped here. Super clean Walmart. This store had the cleanest bathroom Ive ever seen in a Walmart! I was totally impressed! I got a sub from Subway and the young man that helped me was super nice!

Quit rearranging the store! Or hand out maps. When will it be 24 hours again? Since I am unable to shop at three in the morning, I find the day crowds to be a bit too much. Very excited to find self checkout lanes seem bigger. This is the best Walmart around. Keep up the good work.

They barely had basic school supplies and what they did have was triple the price I got it for from Dollar General. The last 3 times Ive been their they didnt have what I needed. But all 3 times I went, when I asked employees for help they were super nice and helpful!

Not a lot to of variety for clothing. One size was gone from everything.

Website said they had the products I needed in stock at the store. 45 minute round trip drive to find out that was a lie. Walmart rarely ceases to deliver in disappointment.

Polite staff, lots of food on the shelves.

This was a real good place, although it was under minor renovation when I was there. Got everything I needed to cook a fine dinner while out on the road.

The store is being rearranged. the shoe dept is now in the middle between the mens and womens clothes. I dont know where they moved the newborn/infant section to. This has left one big open section in the back. Also the food in the isles has been rearranged too. Many things missing on shelves. A new self checkout area has been added up front. Much open space up front now. When I was there from 10ish am to 12ish the store was not horribly busy. I found everything that I wanted.

My favorite Walmart. There is one closer to where I live, but this one is much nicer and cleaner also has friendlier people.

Even before the pandemic this place had a hard time keeping lots of things in stock. However, the prices and quality of what might be there is great.

This walmart had a great selection. It is organized well. A plus is the cops are usually there!

Two hours before they close, all registers were turned in. So only self checkouts were available. I felt really bad about an elderly lady maybe 60 yrs had a very full cart. An employee said someone could help, but its the point. I can maybe see turning registers in maybe 1 or half before, but all of them at 2 hours before. If Im forced to use self checkout and bag my own stuff, I want a discount.

Food everything I needed which was a very diverse list. Good quality pots & pans set and silverware set both reasonable priced. Bought a bunch of home goods and ice cream on way out.

Very nice people. Easier to get a riding cart after 6 pm.

A little better than average this time, but thats not saying much! The store is being re-arranged and many items are being moved to different locations. The store does have a notice that customers can check that store, on the Walmart app, to find out pet food has been moved all the way to the other side of the store; however, I think it would be much more simple to post that sign saying the item has been moved and specifically where too! I dont think I should have to check my phone everytime I need items that have been moved! Since it was a weekday (Monday) the store was busy but not packed. I (eventually) found all I needed. Prices on majority of Great Value (Walmart brand) were reasonable. The cost of brand name products is rising and meat prices are out of sight! I guess elections do have consequences!

Prices have increased at a rate higher than the perceived inflation and a lot of empty shelves, especially compared to other grocery stores. It appears Walmart doesnt want my business or the business of others.

Was very disappointed in the selection, but settled for kitchen rugs. I found everything else I needed. My husband found everything he was looking for in automotive, so he was very happy.

So my 68 year old grandma went to there eye glass department and got a nice pair of glasses she paid her copay they told her right up front $290 out of pocket, 5 months later she gets a copay bill for $150. We call Walmart and they said they sent it to her insurance and said they declined the coverage. So we called her insurance and they said Walmart never contacted them! So not only did Walmart lie to her they are now taking $150 extra, so I’m total we were charged 1,000. They said they made a mistake but before they admitted to it they called my elderly grandma a lier. Never go to there eyeglass center. As we left there manager I’m not going to say her name because I have the decency to not throw her out. But as we left she made smart comments about my grandma and called billing and was making accusations on our part. She was also very rude and unkind not only to us but her employee. Overall please don’t fall into there trap save your money! Go somewhere else I don’t want anyone else to fall into there trap. Stay safe and aware they will take advantage of the elderly!

Pick up order is simple and 4 times no mistakes and friendly employees.

I dont usually shop here but was incorrectly directed by Google, so .... I saw an employee sweeping the self checkout areas, which I LOVED. The store was fully stocked in every department I shopped, unlike the Arlington Rd Walmart which ALWAYS has multiple empty shelves all through the store. My fiance and I will definitely be traveling the extra miles to this Walmart a lot more often. Thanks, Tallmadge Rd Walmart, for making it a pleasant trip!!!

Their shelves need help, out of alot items. I was able to get everything and them some that I needed.

So I used to love Walmart..now I dont even like them no more ...they dont have nothing and to get someone to help you is impossible then u asked where something would be located Is a joke. Then send you on wild goose chase and think its funny was my last straw with that place. I did not have the best shopping experience at this location. Very long lines. Understaffed. A few of the associates were very rude when I approached them for assistance. Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I will be going to the next closest location from now on.

Sometimes its fun to just go and people watch. Except dont bring kids, they might embarrass you or get you into trouble

Went to pick up groceries I ordered online best experience I ever had grabbing milk and eggs the crew that works that department is a whole lot of awesomeness with a whole lot of sauce on top 🔥😉🚀

I didnt visit Walmart. I visited the vision center, a franchise, to purchase new lenses following surgery. The wait was long, but the place was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thankyou Sandra and Andre!!!!

Their online grocery pickup is worst. Most of the time they will give you rotten produce. They are the only walmart who are out of all kinds of onions for weeks.

It was a good visit, actually didnt run into any WalMartians while shopping. Store was clean and stocked.

Associates were rude when we would ask where specific items would be because we werent!! However there was this ABSOLUTELY above amazong associate who was stocking in the toys department, which she said wasnt her area but she would try to be helpful, (I wish I could think of her name all I can recall was good well she rocked that gold shimmering eye shadow and purple lipstick!) Walmart needs more like her!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND PROMOTION!

No paper towels in the bathroom, trash overflowing. Went to use one in back of store...closed. Always rearranging the store which is a pain for shoppers .

Harassed. Followed by employees, Loss Prevention. For no reason other than I needed assistance in two separate areas that required pushing a button for help to get an item. Spray paint and Brake light bulbs. I was under the impression, from previous experience, the employee helping me was to immediately cash me out or take the item(s) to the front of the store until I was ready to checkout. Instead, I was given the items to take with me, shopping, just to immediately be followed, very obviously might I add, and overheard on the radios.Im a thief just as Walmarts employees are good at their job...Non existant. Sorry you failed at this attempt, Chinese guy in LP department; and Brimfield Police: Sorry they wasted your time. Better luck next time, fellas. But it wont be me that you will be catching, making you feel complete as a man. You work at Walmart. I dont. We are not the same.

Inside the store was very nice and the associates were very courteous and helpful but outside in the parking lot was not very well lit and kind of creepy at night.

Messed up my order things were unavailable they sent me an email saying they were crediting my account but never did even called customer service they assured me they were solving it but never did not worth the hassle

They have two signs on the front of the building stating that they are following the Ohio mandate when I was in the store without a mask they approach me and told me I had to wear a mask I clearly stated I am exempt from this according to the governors mandate they forced me to wear a mask and then I inform them I am medically exempt they said if I did not put a mask on I had to leave the property obviously they need to be retrained I clearly proved I have a medical condition with my lungs, nowhere in the governors mandate does it say you have to show a doctors note it specifically says anyone with a medical condition or that has a hard time breathing or is under the age of two. Im seriously debating whether to call the states attorneys office and have them file charges against the Kent Walmart for cherry picking the governors mandate and only following part of it because the law is the law you cant just fallow part of it you have to follow all of it and people like me that do have lung problems are entitled to not have to wear a mask because it makes us breath heavier and feel like were suffocating.

Im not sure where Walmart is getting their produce, but this garlic bulb is disgusting! Just purchased this today. This is the third produce item I have purchased from Walmart that was rotten. The others were oranges. Its time to go somewhere else.

Walmart in Tallmadge is a fantastic clean are employed plenty of employees to help you and check you out with your done shopping Ive also bought my glasses from Walmart and I have classes with bifocals and other problems and they still gave me the greatest pair glasses for like five hundred bucks anywhere else it would have been a thousand or more Walmarts food is phenomenal I dont buy too much fruit from Walmart because I think they get it from a cheap place but other than that all Walmarts are very good dont buy clothes at Walmart unless its on sale because thats the biggest item that they mark up but when it comes to electronics TVs whatever not only do they not mark it up at all they actually lower it 3% than what they paid

Great store however check out has become a nightmare. No checkouts open. Have to self checkout with humongous line. Takes forever. Love the store I can get most anything I want but Im getting fedup with check out problems & lack of working handicap scooters.

I love Wal-Mart but I do not like the fact there is no cashiers nothing more irritating then waiting in long lines because there is no cash registers open.

It was terrible going to Walmart. You had to wait in line over 35mins because only 3 lines were open. Then they open a line just to take people that werent waiting in line long at all. Definitely Walmart does not belive in taking care of customers. I will go else where. This happens all the time. Im over it.

Ordered same day curbside pickup so I could swing by and pick it up quickly on a time crunch buuut after 45 minutes sitting in their parking lot and 5 phone calls deep trying to get my item brought out, I realized that I had made a big mistake and wouldve been better off just running in. To top it all off, on the 4th call I was told I took the item to the front and let them know you are out there so I dont know what you want me to do. Ive got too much going on to deal with this and was hung up on.

They are changing EVERYTHING!! We are considering going to another store. Seventeen dollars a pound for Rib eye @!+$%#&^*

The managers are terrible. They talk to the employees like trash and corporate wont do anything about it. I have watched the management talk recklessly to employees. I dont live in the state but I visit every month and its always the same managers that makes the environment sketchy. The employees would do customers better if managment treated them better. ALL MANAGMENT needs to change at this location. Also dont ask them for corporate numbers because then managment wants to fight. Corporate where are you. Why dont you help your employees.

Went to 2 different Walmart to cash my check n they could get my check to read never had a problem before cashing my checks n the girl was very rude

I couldnt find what I was looking for and an employee helped me find exactly what and where I should find it. Great experience.

This store follows all the Covid rules. A one-stop shop. Great groceries, fresh produce, and super sale prices on clothing. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
