Ain’t worth the time. Drove from bothell to the dealer just to find out the pics didn’t match nothing of the interior and the details in the Ad didn’t match what I was looking at in the car while being there. Complete waste of time and the seller was not transparent. Would not recommend.

I bought a 2007 lexus RX350 about 2 weeks ago. Ive already been carless now 4 days. I took it to a mechanic and was informed the head gasket is blown, the transmission is slipping, cylinder 2 and 6 are blown, the belts for the air conditioning arent even on the car, etc. Its been a nightmare. I spent 6300 and would have to spend another 4500 to fix. When I went there they told me I sabotaged the car and theres nothing they can do. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Arranged to have car looked at by mechanic before sale two times and salesman “forgot” tried to blame me for not reminding him twice, was very argumentative and rude.Was very interested in vehicle but salesperson was not helpful.Waste of a week and many phone calls trying to coordinate with uncooperative person.Waste of time.

A couple of issues were detected when I took the vehicle to a garage of my choice for a buyers check. These issues were corrected by Kent Auto at no additional charge to me. The owner of the place will work with you. I liked him personally and he was a cool dude who didn’t really rush to let me buy the car but negotiated me for a monthly quote that was reasonable. Although, the second person who’s his nephew and his assistant has this attitude, very unprofessional and he should learn basic customer service. I’m interested in a second car, but I’m not going here because of his assistant. Never seen something good about him really. But the owner is top notch and cool.

Make sure you do a full check on whatever car you want before buying I was interested in a subaru outback it test drove fine but when I came back with my brother to check out everything under the hood he found that the transmission fluid was bone dry like they started a change and didnt put fluid back in. They had that car on the lot for 2 months with people test driving it so who knows how much damage to the transmission was done and when we informed the guy about it he just kept saying it was fine and it drives fine and then refused to even lower the price and was kinda rude to us after that. I wouldnt go here again and wont be recommending this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought a truck here, Head gasket blew 5 mins away while going up a hill. Thinking they knew what they were selling me. 2 stars simply because they gave me my money back. Dont buy a car here!!!

I bought a 1999 Honda Civic lx July 3rd 2018. Later that night the engine was acting up. Contacted them and they said bring it in. As I was pulling in one of my tires shredded. They changed all tires out from another. I asked if they knew of any car repairs that needed to be done or recently done. They said No. They checked spark plugs added antifreeze. My car now is sitting unusable because it needs a new engine. One that will be equal or close to what we paid for the car. Oh, and I should get my plates for unusable car in 10 days.

I bought a hyundai elantra a year ago for a really good price and It still drives me around without any problem till this day.. Ill definitely go to them if you want a reliable car.

Great dealership!!! Came in got to go look at the car, they didnt stand and hover. We came in said we wanted a test drive. Everyone was super nice. Even filled the car up with free-on since the AC wasnt cold.. And fixed the back window that wouldnt roll up or down. (It was an older car, so of course we expected something) Never had an issue years later with it .(knock on wood lol) They made sure my car was washed and vaccumed before taking it home. Everyone was super nice. I work in the car dealership business. Highly reccomend these guys and I definitely will be back!

Arrived looking to buy a vehicle. No one came out, so I went inside looking for help. The gentleman there was on his phone, and seemed VERY unhappy that I had the nerve to bother him. The prices he quoted us for the 2 vans we looked at were CRAZY HIGH. 7-8k for a minivan that was old, high miles, dented/rusted and smelled like cigarettes.We asked him to allow us to look at one van, and again with sheer annoyance that we had the NERVE to ask him to get them. He opened the van and walked away.The worst part?HE NEVER GOT OFF HIS PHONE.On the plus side, the one van I wanted... My car was being towed to get a flat fixed, and we drove by the lot. I mentioned how I was looking at a minivan there the other day, and the tow driver said the red dodge?So apparently hed JUST towed that van. A lady had bought it shortly after my visit, and the transmission FAILED within a week!!!Bottom line...not worth your time.
