Standard university bookstore. But this one has extremely friendly and professional staff. Use it to get an advise about computers, books and more.

Always fun, lots of various items, both w the KSU theme and without. A must for new families attending KSU. Regular priced items arent cheap, but head to the back of the store for the bargains.

Cool stuff but its pricey

My professor gave us the wrong book list so I wanted to return it. I called and they said I could return it but I won’t be able to get to Kent because I do not live near campus. They said that was fine but then wouldn’t let me return it. Frustrating because we’re going through a pandemic and every penny counts.

Very friendly staff. The store was pretty big as well with many different things to choose from.

The staff is mainly students but everyone is super nice and helpful! There is a lot of really good Kent merchandise here as well as all the books you would need for classes here at Kent State. They also have supplies for studying and stuff you would find in CVS or Walgreens.

Very nice bookstore. Way more than just books. Big selection of everything needed for school and then some. As with any college bookstore can get a little pricey.

Mediocre selection and terrible prices. I compared prices on Amazon as I browsing and almost everything was much cheaper, sometimes half the price. Not only books but everything tech related is completely overpriced as well.

Originally placed an order and used a discount code, the next day I received a call that the discount code was accidentally not used and I had to call back to get the additional money credited back to my card, I did not see the call for a few days in my voicemail so I never called back that day. I called a few days later and addressed my problem, especially since that morning I received an email saying that I returned the items and that 1 of the 2 items was ready for pickup at the Kent Main Bookstore, I do not attend Kent Main, I attend a different branch. After being yelled at on the phone by “Tony”, I still do not feel as if my problem is resolved. Very disappointed that a person who, in my opinion, is supposed to help others, because you know, he works at a bookstore that deals with students every day, would yell at me on the phone and even with being yelled at, my problem isn’t resolved. Great customer service Tony!

They don’t have order history front my student ID yet they can somehow send me reminder emails about when my rentals are due back? I spend $15,000 a year and they make it impossible to save what little I can in deductions. What a rip off.

There selection is not massively big but that price tag on every item they have hurts! This is expensive if your coming to the on campus bookstore get ready to burn some cash.

By far THE WORST experience I’ve had in regards to returns. Save yourself the time of buying any electronics from them or their Apple store. No opened merchandise from there can be returned unless they think the item is defective. On top of that, everyone I spoke to except for 2 people were extremely rude and argumentative. I will never purchase anything from here again.

Decent selection, but the prices are ridiculous. Were broke college students after all. Kind of hard to represent when all your moneys going towards education and food/basic living necessities.

Lots of everything here. Apple store included but they do not offer iPhone servicing or retail!!!!!

They deleted my previous review.... They sold out of a required textbook because the didnt order enough for registered students. Bad prices, long lines, rude staff, but plenty of cheesy overpriced KSU spirit gear. Save yourself time and money and shop online for your books.
