Great place! Appt @ 5:30 am, arrived 4:50 am and given a door right away and Im empty rolling out @ 5:45 am. Very friendly folks, lots of room to maneuver. Wish all places were like this!

Receiving is on the backside of the building. Report to the receiving door about half way down. Very efficient.

Columbia Distributing, the Kent, Washington Branch, is a very clean, organized and well run distributor of domestic and foreign beer and fine wine. Thus distributing Warehouse also distributes non alcoholic beverages and snacks, such as Ginger Ale, A&W Root Beer, Cascade Chips and the very popular energy drink Red Bull (all flavors). The management organization, from Warehouse, Delivery, Sales, Merchandising, and Management Logistics is well put togather, experienced and knowledgeable within their respective field of supervision. Columbia Distributing is a great company to learn Warehousing, Logistics, Delivery and most important the Beer Industry. Horror story involving an ordering error that had us stuck on a delivery here for 5 days aside, this facility is not bad. There is on site parking at the moment but there appears to be work going on at the other warehouse so that may change soon. Clean bathrooms, polite staff. Theyve unloaded us quickly (after the 5 day wait, we were unloaded within an hour) each time. Uber Eats and Door Dash deliver from a plethora of local restaurants.

Easy in easy out. However they do take long time to get you going. For us it was like 2 hours. Thats where the -3 star went. The girl working at shipping was great. Slide your tandem all the way back, take out any load bars and straps, chock wheels and take your keys go back to shipper near dock no.68

Great and friendly staff guy unloaded me early even tho broker lied about delivery date plus the pallets shifted and the gentleman unloading didn’t even make a big fuss about. Great experience these guys are Super.

The best company in my life is how much experience I have. That is the first time I hit. So for 24 I came to Delivery and they unloaded the door for 2 minutes and immediately set to work.

Currently can park overnight onsite if early am appointment. Not sure if will be able to in future if other warehouse opens.Nice staff,checked in 3 hours early and had me out before my appointment time.

Workers are over worked and under paid. Some are forced to leave for being mistreated. Employees receive little to no raise even after working there for years. These employees are the most hard working men I know.Workers deserve to be treated correctly and deserve to be paid more. This company needs to think more about their employees which are helping them make money!

Have been trying to contact for months to open an account for the country club I work at in Western Washington, we have contacted them over a dozen times without response.

Corporate America at its finest. Customer no service. Cant pick the order right and then dont not fix it.

Were based in Tacoma and have been trying to contact Columbia and our account rep for over a month to place an order for our business, who has been a customer of Columbias for several years. I realize that they just took over Marine View Beverage and that things are probably backed up right now, but were a seasonal business and currently have barely any product to sell. Our last delivery from Columbia was April 4th... over a month ago. Every time we call, were promised that someone will call us back or that our request will be escalated, yet nothing has happened. Extremely dissatisfied with the service were getting from Columbia Distributing and would gladly take our business elsewhere if there was another local beer distributor selling the same product.

Amazing facility to deliver your load checked in 1 1/2 hour early and was unloaded in less than 1 hour clean restrooms and free coffee.

Workers are rude and unprofessional like superviser mike coldwell 2 days ago they made me 4 hrs late to unload my truck my appointment was 9 am and the u load me by almost 1 pm and today my truck broke down on the way and i request them i am 2 hr late from my appointments please unload my truck they said we are following rules but 2 days ago where are the rules whe they made my 4 hrs late from my appointment time that time they do not followed the rules this is what the employee do here and speak rudly to us

Try not to come during their lunch, which, oddly enough, appears to be from 9am to 10.

Slow to unload trucks. Took 2 hours to get unloaded.

Worst company ever to deal with. They will stabe you in the back and dont care about their customers. They push products into your store and dont take it out when its out of date until you refuse the next order. Would not want the in my establishment ever
