Bought a frame and box. Delivered in under an hour.Unwrapped the box frame. Board is broken. Side is literally taped where theres a hole. Screws were missing for the metal frame.Closed earlier than they have listed so cant call them back.Very disappointed.They replaced it the next day and apologized but how does that happen in the first place?

Josh is pleasant and helpful. That being said, I purchased a mattress from them last August. Being a start-up business, I expected there to be a few snags. However, I ordered a mattress and was told it would be delivered the next day. Two days (and two phone calls to ask about delivery - both initiated by me) later, I finally received my mattress. It wasnt specifically the one I had purchased. (I had put my initials on the covering). It looked similar enough that I assumed it was the same model.The mattress itself is excellent quality. I sleep very well on the mattress - but only the mattress. The legs of the metal frame broke within the first three days. I am a larger person, but well within the limits a standard quality frame supports. The box frame separated within the first six months. I nailed the support beams back into the main frame once, and then a different section completely splintered in the only move its been through this past month.Their service and mattress quality is acceptable, but I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the other pieces.

Things look fine need more. More 2 choose from and carry more platform beds in all sizes.

I went there to help my nephew take a mattress and box springs home. I would not go there myself because of the smell. And I dont recommend anyone in recovery go here either. They must have smoked weed inside the building minutes before I came in. I turned around and walked right back out and waited for them to bring the mattress out. This is not something that should be done in a public place.

Josh is so helpful and helped be find the perfect mattress. I always have back problems and wake up in pain. Now that I got the Tempurpedic king size mattress. I wake up in no pain. He had it delivered the same day and he was so nice. I plan on returning and getting new couches soon too. Best place to go and not get ripped off. I have told all my friends about it. I called to ask for recommendation of someone I could get to move mattress downstairs. Josh and his father came for an extremely reasonable price and moved it. I CANT review them because although they claim they are open until 8pm on Saturdays, and I arrived before 5pm, they were locked up tight. I tried calling the number on the building (which IS the same number as is listed on Google, but got a generic message that this Time Warner customers number is not accepting messages because voicemail has not been set up yet. This does not fill me with confidence. But it doesnt hurt their competitors, I suppose.

Bought a bed 3 years,ago still in great shape

I purchased a Gell Bliss pillow last weekend from Josh. I HAD NO IDEA what a miracle would occur! I woke up the next day with absolutely no neck or shoulder pain. I was living this way for so long, I didnt realize how bad it was until I slept on this pillow! Sleeping on this pillow, I can only say it is how you are meant to sleep! Josh was awesome to work with! I contacted him before Christmas and order two gel bliss pillows that I wanted to give for gifts. Somehow the shipment through fedex got mixed up and I wasnt going to receive them until December 28. I contacted Josh and he overnighted me two more pillows that showed up December 23. As if that want enough he then told me to keep the other two pillows once they arrive and he included a check for the cost of shipping!!! I live in Washington state so ordering pillows out of Ohio made me nervous but Josh was awesome to work with and I would recommend using him wherever you live!!!
