So happy I stopped in to look around as they now have there fall scents in. Yes, I agree its a tad early but these are my favorite scents. They have a new champagne apple honey scent that is hands down my new favorite scent. The sweater weather scent is back and also a favorite.The store was clean and there were workers sanitizing which is nice to see with everything going on in the world. Bella assisted me with purchases and she was very friendly and helpful. She helped me locate a few items and was very knowledgeable on other items in the store I was looking for.

A little upset theres more products for keeping your house smelling good, or your car. And not enough body soaps. Theres a great selection of lotions, hand sanitizers, candles, body sprays, car scents, wall plug-ins. But very little (new) body soaps

I absolutely love this place. They always help me find the exact scent Im looking for and make great suggestions on things that they think Id like based of my selection. The women here are very kind and always smiling. There is one particular that I am always happy to see, I wish I could remember her name she has about shoulder length blondish hair, glasses that hang around her neck. Always smiling and super friendly. Anyways highly recommend this location.

Omg. A perfect place the best service

My mother and I went shopping here earlier today. I got some wonderful smelling tropical body lotion, she got those things you plug into the wall to make the room smell nice, a candle, and even some gifts for others as well. The lady in her 40s or 50s with shoulder length blondish colored hair was very friendly and helpful as well!

Went here after Johnny Rockets. I didnt realize it was their sale! I paid $8 including tax for a full size bottle of perfume and aroma therapy lotion fantastic deal!

My last visit to Kent Station Bath and Body began at the entrance with a deep inhale of all the lovely fragrances and aromas. Within seconds, 2 friendly sales associates welcomed me, and discovered my reason for that visit, helping me find my new favorites. With great sales, excellent products, and super knowledgeable and friendly staff you cant go wrong. Get on their email list for coupons and sales reminders.

It was a wonderful shopping experience for my daughter and I. The salespeople were helpful, yet let us browse uninterrupted on my lunch break. The selection is more wide than ever.

Lots of sales!

Its a bit smaller than most I go to. Which can make the sales people feel invasive. The last time I went they did well, but most often its a lot of the same checking in questions and awkward smiles cause they need to keep busy and do their jobs... It makes me want to avoid it sometimes. My friend I go in with tho loves it, so I just awkward smile back and say no thanks repeatedly.I gave it 4 stars rather than 3 because you get the same classic products, often at sale prices. And the staff changes and is just learning, doing their jobs so cant really be too mad, just a little annoyed, lol.

I attended a shopping trip with my wife. I am not a fan of the store because it is overwhelming on the sniffer. The staff is really nice and the store is clean.

Spent waaayy too much money than expected, but I love it in here! I get lost in smells! Staff are super nice as well!

Unfortunately a middle age lady apparently the manager or supervisor doesnt know how to treat customer from different ethnicity. My wife has a very thick accent and when we walked in we quickly asked if our coupons were usable on all products. The women stared at my wife and walked away. A young sales assistant came to our help. But at every turn the older women would eye us and talk into her mic. She followed us a bit but never spoke to us. The younger girl was very helpful and nice.

Everytime I am at the kent station I have to come in this bath&body works! Friendly staff & great customer service. I love their candles, their a bit over priced but I usually just wait for their 2 for $22 deal! Only reason I didnt give five stars is sometimes the staff can be a little TOO overbearing while Im looking around but Ive dealt with that at every location Ive been too. Nothing too serious. Great location! : )

Hi!Im currently employed with VSL. From where I work and where I live is quite a trek so I decided to look for a closer location. I actually live one block from a bath and body works so I decided to apply since they were hiring. I called the store manager, Mary, at the Kent Station location in Kent, WA. When she answered the phone I asked first for the manager and if they were accepting applications. Once she said she was the store manager I inquired. She said she is hiring only for floor set, which was perfect because I currently do floorsets and brand guides, so I let her continue with the description because I didnt want to interrupt. Once she was done I said thats perfect because I actually work for VSL and do shipment and processing, etc.. she interrupted me and said, oh sorry I cant hire you its company policy, thanks anyways. and I said, well, actually I am looking to work closer to home because my store is a little too far.. she cut my off again and said like I said thats all im hiring for in a very, very rude and abrupt tone. What I would have liked to say was I would be perfect because I am well knowledgable in our brands and floor sets are my favorite but because you are extremely rude and unwelcoming I now do not want to work under you but instead I just said, well that would have be fine, but never mind, thank you anywaysI dont think Ive ever inquired about a job listing and felt so unwelcomed. No manager should communicate that way especially when wanting awesome people to work and support their brand.I was extremely disappointed knowing we work for the same company!Just thought you should know!
