It’s been about a year since I’ve been here. And the faces have changed a little. I had a lighting problem and a few other things wrong and Raji was very gracious in getting me in despite a huge work load. I really appreciate how fast he got someone on my truck. The labor rate is very reasonable especially for the area. The work was done quick and efficient. I highly recommend this shop.

Avoid this shop at all cost. They are just a bunch of rookies running a scam shop in a junkyard. All the positive feedbacks that you see are either paid or the owner Jagraj’s friends and family. I know atleast 7-8 people personally who’s truck is being ransacked during night, parked inside this truck shop. If you want cheap and used parts that will destroy your truck in a longer run, then this is the best place for you.

This shop is an amazing place to take your trucks. I always bring down my truck here and only get treated like family. Very professional and very skilled shop. If you are in the Seattle area I recommend you to take your truck to this amazing shop!

Refrain from bringing your truck to this site, my truck has damaged the turbo being on the road in that area so the closest repair center I found was this. So I took my truck to repair to this site and they diagnosed that the turbo had been damaged. so I left my truck trusting these people and gave the key to the owner of this site. They told me that the repair would be delayed for approximately 4 days, 3 days later I went to the site again to check how the repair work was going and I found myself with the chilling surprise that my truck had been looted and that everything inside it had been Stolen . I went to talk to the owner who did not answer me, but a mechanic who worked there told me that it was not the first time that this happened there. finally my truck was repaired and I trusted that it had been good for that fix, I paid 8,000 dollars. but today 3 months later the spare parts were damaged again apparently they put used spare parts and they charged me as new. Im trying to get a guarantee and they dont answer the calls, they dont want to answer. I am living a nightmare thanks to these scammers.

My truck sat at Seattle Truck Trailer Service almost two weeks and not one thing was done. Every day that my truck sat in Seattle Truck Trailer Services unsecured lot I went to check on my truck. On the third night I found my truck unlocked with the key in the ignition. Suki is the guy I have been dealing with at Seattle Truck Trailer Service. I do not recommend this Truck Repair Shop to anyone. I tried to work with Seattle Truck Trailer Service because their in my area. But I admit, it was my fault, because after viewing the outside and inside it looks like a junkyard more than a repair shop. Again, I do not recommend you the reader to risk taking your truck to Seattle Truck Trailer Service.

Great affordable place. Been using here over 5 years. Call ahead as they are busy just fyi location too small if you have trailer with you definitely call to make sure they get space for you.
