I went in on 10/6/21 to get 3 rock chips repaired. They took me early and got done quicker than estimated time There was confusion with my insurance, but they worked with me and my insurance while I was still in the shop to make sure all 3 were covered and I didnt have to walk out paying anything out of pocket. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Lucky Dog!

This is the 3rd time Ive gotten a window fixed at Lucky Dog Auto Glass, and theyre easy to deal with, quick to schedule an appointment for you, flexible & willing to work with you, and efficient. My windshield was replaced and my car ready to pick up before the estimated finish time, precisely within the window given. I had planned to use Lucky Dog because of the prior positive experiences Ive had and because I like to patronize local businesses when I can, but that Lucky Dog is a preferred company of my auto insurer was extra nice!

Got scheduled in a few days to fix a small rock chip repair (smaller than a penny) for my Tesla Model Y. Thought this was great since other shops were pretty booked up.I brought my car to their shop and their repair work had resulted in a large crack in the windshield. They advised that this rarely happens and that it was just unfortunate to happen to me.A ~$100 repair has now turned into a windshield replacement around $1500. Their business didnt hold any responsibility and Im left with a much emptier wallet. Even if this is a risk involved with repairing rock chips, I needed to report this here to make sure their track record is honest. Why doesnt the business have insurance to cover these rare instances?If I had a rock chip on my car, I would think twice before coming to this shop.

I went to Lucky Dog because they were close to the body shop I wanted to use. Joe & the team were fantastic for so many reasons!! I feel shops often lose their obligation to make what’s right for the customer the first priority. My situation required some trust from lucky dog since they were doing part of the work, not getting paid, and then trusting the truck was coming back to finish the job... and then get paid. They made meFeel like they understood what I was trying to accomplish and were so very accommodating towards the long term goal. Even when sub-par work had been done in an other shop that was out of their control, Joe became MY advocate to get the job done right. Having an expert be there to help me get the job done right was such a relief. I wish they did more types of work because the peace of mind in having an advocate in the automotive business is incredibly hard to find nowadays. People are so quick to take the time to leave negative and always incomplete stories that leave a bad taste in potential new customer’s mouths. Had a lovey crack in my mini cooper’s windshield. The mini dealership wanted to charge me $900 before tax to replace it 😳. Found Lucky Dog Auto Glass with a quick search online and I have to say Lucky Dog absolutely lives up to the abundant 5 ⭐️ reviews. Service was friendly and prompt as well as an extremely reasonable quote, my mini was even returned vacuumed. I hope more rocks decide to fly past my windshield in the future but in the event they don’t I’ll be returning to Lucky Dog without hesitation.

I needed a windshield replaced in my 1992 F-250, the people at Lucky Dog were easy to reach, very clear about pricing (which was more than competitive) and knew what they were talking about. My truck was ready before I expected, they did a FANTASTIC job with my truck and other than the shiny new windshield I would have never known it was changed. They were so good that they almost make me want to break another window just so I could go back. One thing is certain, as long as they are around I wont be going anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Customer service was great from both the technician and the front desk!

In March my car was broken into with a window smashed. Lucky Dog was able to get me in that same day. Very professional and friendly. 2 months later the window broke without any apparent reason. I brought it back to Lucky Dog expecting to have another bill for this same window. They replaced it for me saying it wasnt my fault so they werent going to charge me for it. They figured out that it was a part that Mitsubishi puts in that was rubbing against the window. They replaced my window for me the same day again. I was running late to my appointment to get my windshield replaced. I thought o was going to have to reschedule. To my surprise they wer very understanding and squeezed me in at whatever time I could get there. From the time I arrived to the time my truck was done was less time than they quoted. The quality of there work is second to none. Very professional and the quality of work did not match the price!! All work was done perfectly without any flaws for a price that was better than anywhere else that I checked. Im so glad I went through lucky dog auto glass. I needed a sunroof replacement and the process was very quick. They walked me through the process of submitting a claim because my roof qualified as a recall and it was covered at a 100%. The employees of Lucky Dog Auto Glass was very professional. The process was smooth and quick. My front windshield was not available anywhere in the state but they were able to have one delivered the next day from Oregon. From the time I set the appointment and the completion of replacing my windshield was around 24 hours. They also repaired a rock chip on our other vehicle in 30min. This is what I call “GREAT” service. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone needing this types of repairs.

I absolutely love this place I have used them every time I need a new window over the years. The owners are amazing and very honest as well as the staff. I took my car in today for a new window and as always I love the work they do my car looks amazing again. The turn around is fast and what he says the total will be is what you pay when you pick up. Also if he has any issues he will call and make sure you approve or goes above and beyond to assure the job gets done. Always earns my business and I leave happy each time.

I had lucky dog replace my windshield a couple years ago and I had a leak which appeared to be coming from the windshield, this year. Of course I thought it was the windshield and called lucky dog as their work is warranted. After taking a look, they advised me it was my cars drainage holes running from the roof. I did a brief search online and found this to be a known issue in my car. They advised me that though it was out of their realm of usual work, theyd try to fix it. They told me that I may have to go to a body shop or the dealership but I really didnt want to do that. Granted, it took a couple trips but my car is officially leak free and it is all thanks to Lucky dog. I didnt have to go to a dealership or an auto body shop, they went above and beyond to fix my issue. Marenda was very courteous and informative and made the wait time fly by with her engaging personality. I am so thankful for this shop, thank you!

Lucky Dog got me in the next morning to fix a rock chip I got the night before from a speeder weaving through traffic. The repair looks great, & is almost invisible now, & now it wont crack out when it freezes. On time & professional service, so Yes, I reccomend them.

Someone smashed my back passenger window out for my grandaughters little girl purse during a time when it was raining and cold. They had an appt available two days sooner than the other places I called and they had my car back to me in an hour and a half. From the initial quote request, they were patient, thorough and provided the correct quote for my windshield even when I didnt have all the information. They worked with me to find the exact replacement that I need. Scheduling, drop off and picking up all went without a hitch. There was a minor error in the bill that they noticed before I did and they went ahead and contacted me to correct it the same day. I would definitely recommend.

I paid ~$260 cash price to replace the original windshield in my 30 y/o GM pickup truck last week. All in all I believe it was a good value. Appointment was extremely straight forward to make; the process took about 3hrs. The aesthetic of a clean windshield and the visibility out of new glass is excellent. I’ve driven less than 100 miles since then however I expect no problems.

Lucky Dog is a great place! From the very beginning, I was able to get my car in super fast (as in next day after I called) and the whole process was smooth.Very professional and ethical business. My boyfriend expressed concern about the gap between the windshield and the car, but the technician was quick to reassure us that it was properly glued down and that it was the windshield (from some company) that was the cause. He guaranteed his work and was even willing to have me bring my car back the next day to get a different windshield put in. They also have a lifetime warranty for their work! I would recommend!
