This was the best, easiest, and most respectful car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the vehicle online and contacted Brandon and from that point, not only did he keep in contact, but he and Robert answered literally every single question I had, either through phone call, email, and text! So, I will start this by saying Im not a review writer. But, I wanted to give these guys a little something back for the great car buying experience they gave me with my car purchase. First, this was an out of state car purchase for me and I was weary of buying from an out of state used car dealer. However, Brandon took his time to send me a detailed video of the car making sure to point out any flaw he could find. Now I will say he did miss a couple spots, but Im very critical of what I think is a flaw. That being said, they more than made up for it with the deal they gave me and the fact they found me financing at 0.50% lower than what I could find anywhere else (and I checked 3 other lenders including my credit union). Additionally, a week after I picked up the car, Robert (the owner) found they had another key for my car and he over-nighted it to me! My first experience with the Owner of Auto 206, Robert Dwyer, was not as a customer but as a guy who had a loaner from a mechanic shop who had just broke down in the Harbor Freight parking lot who just needed a tow. He came out seeing I was checking under the hood of this old trash car and asked if I needed help. He offered tools and assistance on tinkering with it before offering to call a tow. This reflected amazingly on how he runs a business. Skip a few weeks later. My normal vehicle is a bust and not worth the repair costs. I go to his business because I see a van that would best suit my family sitting in his lot. I remember his help from before and his helpful attitude and kindness left an impression on me. He went out of his way after hours and helped me. I want to do business with this man. Not only did he help me with my busted loaner and get me a good deal on a nice luxury van but when I got into a wreck (not my fault) he and his team even went above and beyond and ordered a replacement van for me and my family. No questions asked, he took care of all the gap coverage and paperwork. This man is a saint and his business is the blessing. Great experience buying a 2016 Audi S7. I found the car online on a Friday night, sent a message and Robert called me Saturday, he showed me the car over video face time, I paid the down payment right then over the phone. He overnighted me the paperwork Monday for signatures had the car trucked down from Washington State to my shop in Huntington Beach, Ca. and the car arrived Friday! Amazingly EASY purchasing experience. I love the car, it’s now 800 HP on race gas and my weekend fun car. Amazing experience! Highly recommend buying your luxury car through Auto 206! And to top it off it was a amazing deal, you still cannot find now almost a year later a 2016 S7 with this low of miles and this Prrstige trim level with the carbon fiber interior for any less than $10,000 more than I paid. I went to Auto 206 to look at a different car of the same make and model I was looking for an Audi A6 TDI. The one I wanted to see was getting service done at Audi Dealership so I got to test drive a different one and was able to come check out the original one a couple days later. I ended up buying the one I test drove because I liked it better. The guys here were absolutely fantastic to work with in every way.I had a bad experience at Supreme in Kent, the owner told me I couldnt afford the car because I didnt give him my financial information and wouldnt let me have the keys. It was bad, you can go read my review on their site if you want.The guys at Auto 206 went above and beyond and I wish every dealership was like them. Ive bought and sold a lot of cars and this was the way Ive always said a dealership should be. Bought a 2019 Toyota Camry SE from them & am very, very pleased with my purchase. I’ve been shopping for a car for weeks now, and me being in sales environment myself, I’m actually not comfortable with a car salesman idea, I came across Auto206 online and found the car i liked, it was almost 9pm and still called the car lot. Brandon answered the phone and even though it’s a bit late, he was patient and helpful and gave me information so I can be ready when I visit the store, he provided me what to expect and said Jordan will be helping me at the lot. He said it’ll be almost as me talking to Brandon. On the day of my visit, I received a reminder message about my appointment which I’m happy they did. Jordan approached me and introduced that he will help me and will provide excellent experience possible. Prior to doing it, I explained my situation (bad credit, limited finances etc... ) and he was there all through out, from start to end. I didn’t get what I want due to it’s a manual transmission, though he showed me all other options, and explained what to expect prior going forward. To make a long story short, I had an excellent first time car buying experience with Auto206, and Jordan made it possible. He’s professional, courteous, helpful and committed to a job he’s well capable of doing. I bought a car more than what I planned and expected of buying, the reason for it was I rather buy a car from a person I’m comfortable with than to a person that sells me cheaper price but not explaining what I’m getting. Bought a Ford F150 from Jordan at Auto 206 Inc. First of all, they did really well in following all the quarantine regulations during the entire process. I work in the medical field and seeing this was very important to me, especially with what has gone on this year. The rest of the buying experience was great, I was allowed to test drive on my own and take the pickup home to show the wife.
