Outdated office and unprofessional. Smelled funny, no masks, and no hand sanitizer. Showed up at my scheduled 2 pm appointment, which I called to confirm the date and time a few days earlier. After a few minutes of being there, the staff claimed I was late and that my appointment was at 1:30. Would think that if I was late and they were vigilant, they would have called me to see where I was, but they didn’t even claim I was late until minutes later. While waiting and listening to their conversation, it sounded like things were a mess and the front desk ladies were saying the doctor was crabby.The Dr. himself was not great. Seemed like he was forced to be there. When he was testing my sight, there was a miscommunication and he seemed frustrated and impatient about it saying “that makes no sense” to me about what I was saying, but sort of in a rude way.Thought about leaving as soon as I walked in the door... wish I did.

I have been a patient of the good Doc for a few years and am so please with him and his wonderful office staff. If you do not have an eye doctor youd like this office, they take care of everything you need. Thank you again for today they fixed my glasses for free and I even stepped on my own glasses and it was crooked and needed repair.

Hands down the best service my 14 year old daughter has ever received - and shes been wearing glasses since she was 2. She wanted to get contacts, and both the doctor and the administrative staff were so helpful and patient when teaching her how to put the contacts in and take them out. I will continue to take my family here.
