I love my glasses! The staff was very helpful in picking out my style and took time to find exactly what I wanted in frames! The price was reasonable (slightly on the high side) but I feel it was worth it. I am very happy with my eye care experience !!

Great Experience! The staff here is very knowledgeable, and thoughtful on how they treat you. Dr. Grady is very thorough, you walk away knowing that your eye exam was as complete as could be. They have one of a kind frames as well. If you like knowing that the frames you have wont be seen on anyone else, you really should check them out.

Nice selection of frames. Cool shop. Not run of the mill styles like at other places. Dr. Grady did a great exam. Explained everything. His staff showed me frames in my price range. I want to go back to make my final choice, but for a first visit, I was impressed.

I’ve only had excellent experiences here. There is a commitment to patient/customer satisfaction at this establishment that you don’t see very often anymore. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the frames and lens and what will work for each individual’s needs. Dr. Grady is always willing to take the extra time to explain the whys and hows of any part of the the exam and plan of care. And the selection and quality of frames cannot be beat.

Dr. and Cyndi Grady are wonderful! Their shop is really unique, and the frame selection is out of this world. Everytime I visit, I see a new pair Id like to try. I have lived in the area for a few years, but didnt know this place was here. I saw my neighbors new glasses, they are really cool. She said she got them at Harborside and that I should go and check it out. Small place, but big selection of frames. I bought some glasses for work, but I want to get a nicer pair that are more stylish. A fun place to go!

Having never been to this place, I was pleased by the good location, friendly staff, and excellent eye doctor. I liked the time spent with me by the eye doctor in that he explained things throughout the appointment. This was the best eye doctor I have ever been to and I wouldnt hesitate to refer others here. The place is close to local restaurants and shopping too!

I bought some Rudy Project sunglasses here a while ago, and I decided to come back. The staff worked with me for a long time to help me pick out a pair of glasses I was really happy with. It seemed like they had the right pair no matter how conservative/wild you wanted to get.

I have always received amazing service at Harborside. They are willing to do what it takes to find just the right frames and trained to know what looks right on your face. And the frames are so unique! And I always feel I am under great care by Dr Grady and that hes very detailed and willing to answer questions. Thank you! And for those that say its just Kenosha.....maybe its not for you then. I dont like to look like everyone else.

You cant pick up the glasses and try them on yourself. Someone has to pick them up and hand them to you. Get a grip, your in Kenosha not swanky town. Decent selection of glasses but super weird customer service. Not going here again....its to uncomfortable to be hovered over while picking out frames.

Customer service was off the charts. The staff at Harborside were fantastic! But, most importantly, Dr. Grady fit my custom contact lens prescription with high expertise. I wear mono-vision lenses for my work, and the prescription was absolutely spot on the first time we did the follow up visit. I would recommend Harborside to anyone seeking a vision professional with that much skill and care for his patients.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Grady and Cindy (his wife) for years they have wonderful to work with! I am an especially difficult fit due to my face and head size (giant melon!) and have a strong prescription. They bend over backwards to get me fitted. Cindy will prepare months in advance searching for a the right looking and right fitting frames. If she see something that is a possible fit between years she will tag them for me for review the next time I come in for my fitting. She has always come through and provides some great alternatives that I just cannot find elsewhere. They carry some really nice, unique European style that are difficult to find outside of boutique shops in Chicago or Milwaukee. With the personalized service they provide they cannot be beat by anyone anywhere. If youre looking for glasses and want to support a local business while getting some fantastic service, Grady Design/HarborSide Eyecare is the only place you want to go!

MY GOODNESS, perhaps I would agree with the others if I actually got a chance to admire their glasses collection. I walked in one day, they told me I needed an appointment, which I figured from hearing rumors around town. The next day, I called them back to schedule an appointment. First, the receptionist told me she could only fit me in a couple days later, which I was ready to agree with, until she asked me my prescription, and I told her I was only interested in frames. Then, she got Cyndy. THEN I LOST IT. Seeing me come in the day earlier, she saw I was only 17 years old but I knew what I needed and I didnt need an adults help. I dont know if she was hesitant about working with a teenager, but she was persuading me to go to my regular optician to get frames. She tried to make it sound as if it was for my own good, but Cyndy, I aint playin games. She used everything in the book, so I just hung up and am forgetting about ever going in there again. Its a shame, their glasses looked awesome.

We have been going to Harborside Eye Care for many years. Whenever I stray from them, I am always disappointed. Why? Well, other places seem cheaper with Groupon deals and BOGO specials, but they never get it right..One of these competitors (which I use the term loosely because you cant compete with top shelf service or outstanding selection) charged me over $500 for a pair of glasses which is now on its 3rd attempt to get perfect. Ive never had an issue with this business and they service what they sell-free of charge. If you need an adjustment-go in and they will fix it for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great glasses at a fair price. You get what you pay for and end up spending more and getting lees when you shop elsewhere.

I cant say enough great things about Harborside Eye Care and the Gradys themselves. I have been wearing glasses for twenty years and picking out new frames is like picking out a new face. Every one there especially Mrs. Grady is so patient with me even when it takes over two hours to pick a new frame. They never make me feel rushed or pressured and are always willing to give an honest opinion. Last week I went in on a Tuesday for an exam and to order some new contacts but because my prescription is so high they didnt have them in stock and had to order them for me. I got a call early Thursday afternoon that they were ready to be picked up. Such great service! I get so many compliments on every frame Ive gotten from them I say the same thing, Go to Harborside Eye Care!
