My experience was a breeze honestly the most smooth process I’ve ever had. Jon was able to get me in and out with quality service. He was able to match me with a vehicle that met my personal and financial circumstances. There was literally no hassle, at least not on my end! He definitely made it look easy. I would give no star as I believe they lure you in under online, in my opinion, misrepresentation. I saw this price on line for this exact car. I hit honor this price. I called I said I am interested in this car at palmen price 25,555. I agreed to put $500 deposit to show I was sincere to purchase that car at that price with or without my car for trade. I had already priced to sell to carvana. I said I had to drive 2 hrs to get to their dealership I wanted to confirm that the car was there at that price. At no time did anybody verbally say or by email the price of buying that car was going to be more. There was email exchanges and I was told that the car would be pulled up to door for me. 30 minutes after a test drive and I had stated again I had driven all that way for the online price the salesman pointed out that there was an addendum to the car of approximately $2900 for a pkg they had added. I was not happy and said nothing on their on-line add next to the car picture said anything about the car being $28,000 plus and in my opinion that was false advertising. I have attached screenshot of their on line ad so you can judge for yourself if its misleading. I even pressed button to get this price. He also looked up price on site and saw 25,555. I question whether they put this addendum on after I showed extreme interest and authorized a down payment. On a side note I do not also understand if it was a legitimate S model why it did not have the S on it like the 2021 model.

Horrible service. After calling three separate times and being left on hold for over 30 minutes (before it just hung up the phone call). I have a package deal including free oil changes since I leased my car that I was told I would be able to redeem at any Kia location. However, after clarifying on the phone that I could use this coupon prior to the actual service I was told that I did not have a package deal and I would have to pay $88 for todays service. I would never recommend getting your car worked on here nor would I recommend leasing any car from Kia. So incredibly disappointed.

Brian Batchelder should be the only name out of your mouth should you be on the search for a salesman. I encountered your typical sleezy guy who wouldnt give me the time of day as I was interested in a new Jeep and the entire campus only had a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in. Brian is certified in both Jeep as well as Kia. He is very thorough and cordial and in my experience in the industry, a prime candidate for a leadership role. The only reason for me my lower than satisfactory rating is because of the sales manager and initial salesman. No names because I hate trash talking but they definitely look the role they serve. I hope that if we decide to return, Brian is in a position of management and educates the aforementioned on proper ethics and customer service.

They broke the plastic flap that covers my cabin air filter and just threw it back in the compartment broken and never said anything. 6 months later as I’m going to get my oil changed at McGrath Arlington Kia (just because it’s closer to home) we find it broken and they’re refusing the pay to fix it because they can’t prove it was broken by Kia. Well I’ve never taken my car anywhere but Kia and keep in mind up until this morning I didn’t even know where the cabin air filter was in my car! So now I get to drop more money for their mistake. They’ve lost my service for good and I’m livid. Don’t go here they’ll be careless and it’ll cost you.Update in response to Kias response: Yes April would have been the time I was there for my oil change (so its only been about 3 months then I must have driven extra). And yes they mentioned checking the cabin filter and that I needed it changed badly (multiple times) but I told them to hold off that I had one at home I would bring with to my next change. The lady at the front desk even made a note of it on my paperwork to take home to my dad as a joke. Even my mom remembers the comment your front desk lady made! So yes you guys clearly broke it off and then never made note of it or mentioned it. Super disappointing that a person would treat others things in such a way but I guess there are bad people out there. I’ll post photos as well.

We drove 2.5 hours for a specific car that we had been searching for quite some time to find. We were not disappointed. We worked with Caroline Hennessy on the phone and online prior to our visit. She was top notch. We worked with Mario Ayala on site and he was amazing. They were busy, but he was very generous with his time. Could not recommend Ray Hilburger enough! Have gotten multiple cars through him. He’s an honest dealer, answering questions I have but able to admit when he doesn’t know something off hand and is willing and able to look into it. He’s always kept within my budget and is honest with what additional packages and bells/whistles are and are not worth it. The next time I need a car (hopefully not for a while but with Wisconsin winters and reckless drivers you never know) I will definitely be going to Ray.

The kenosha kias service dept is less the desirable to do business with. They are rude and dont listen to your issues. They are lacking communication. If i wanted attitude each and everytime i went i would go to the post office. This was the best car lease experience Ive encountered by far. I knew what I wanted and could afford. The salesman, Joe, was not pushy at all and was very helpful. I needed help getting my rental vehicle back and he graciously followed me to the local Enterprise, then gave me a ride back to Palmen Kia. The Finance portion took only 10-12 mins, which blew me away. After I signed the papers, I was met by Joe and another gentleman, Ray, who proceeded to give even more insight with the tech portion of the car. All around awesome experience.
