Wouldnt hesitate one bit buying from Anastos again. I had been keeping an eye out for a certain model and trim Subaru Outback. Found one available at Anastos on Facebook Marketplace, priced extremely fair and accurately advertised. Received fair trade-in value for our Crosstrek and came home with my wife as happy customers in our new-to-us car. Tom and Freddy were great to work with and not one bit pushy. Honest and fair and effective!

Parts and service guy was very quick and helpful with my needs. The waiting lobby had water and TV with a remote to watch whatever you want. Didnt have to wait long as I was just getting a complimentary wiper blade replacement. Good staff and clean environment deserves 5 stars in my opinion. See you soon for my oil change.

I bought a Van from them a couple weeks ago and had an issue with the air conditioning. Even though it was not under warranty, they fixed the problem, no charge! And this is a used car lot! Lets of used car lots have a badd reputation when it comes to things like that, but these guys fixed it with no problem! The salesman, Tom Z was fantastic! I recommend them highly!

A solid choice for car buying or there repair garage

A salesman here told me to come back with my dad when I’m “ready to talk business” simply because I knew a car wasn’t worth what they were asking. 2 weeks later they call me back to tell me they dropped the price of the vehicle to $500 less than what I offered 2 weeks prior before they insulted me by telling me to “bring my dad back”. My dad has purchased a vehicle here before with no issues and they know him. I am a young professional and an HR exec before 30. I don’t need my dad to do any “business” for me. I can handle my own business, because I run one.

Got two different tire depths within 3000 miles apparently more you drive the more tred you get on your tired was told originally the depth was taken on the inside where I was told I should look into buying new tires then recently tired are fine no tires needed and no rotate until next oil change. As a former mechanic at a dealership this makes no sence was happy before this situation but the paperwork doesnt lie and its not a good look for business...

Greg at Anastos Motors gives car salesmen a good name. He is patient, helpful, personable and easy-going. I couldnt have asked for a better experience in buying my 2016 Volkswagen Golf. Greg and Freddy both contributed to keeping the environment low-stress and like visiting with old friends. What a delightful place! I found out from my family afterward that Anastos was my dear, departed grandfathers car dealership of choice, which warmed my heart and made the experience even more special to me; I grew up admiring Grandpas cars and enjoying drives with him so much. This is like having a connection with him anew.

Purchased my Volkswagen CC from them. Pleasant salesman and nice selection of cars. However, there service department is a joke. Both times Ive delt with them, issues then arose. They also forced my electronic side mirrors up almost broke them. Dont take your car there. Trust me.

This is for the service department.. I really dont like getting lied to. First oil change there they didnt put back the engine shield and unfortunately for me, I didnt notice till a month later(40$) but I let it slide...Second oil change I have done there, I get lied to about them rotating my tires after waiting an hour to, apparently, only get my oil changed... Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil. So after second experience there, not sure if the free oil changes and tire rotations I got when I bought the car is worth it. I cant trust them to do what they say theyre going to do. I might buy a vehicle from them again, possibly, but I will not take any car to their service department ever again.

The 2 year owners club is great for the free oil changes part which is all you truly get unless you monitor them, and request they do more than the oil change as they promise you at the sale.Near the end of my 2 years, the owner club card, which you bring in when oil changes are done, did not have the additional items checked off as to being completed. I asked why they never changed my wiper blades (needed it!?) and never rotated my tires (we all know this is always needed!?). NO answer was given to that question.....!?!!? Theyre pretty grumpy back at the service desks-dont put them on the sales floor!ALSO- dont count on getting the free car washes. I was only able to get 2 or 3 car washes and was turned away multiple times in these 2 years. Its next to impossible to get one unless youre retired/unemployed- they never seem to have any employees available so they should not even offer it- all it offers is frustration. Other than that, car price was good.

I Just purchased a 2019 Red Hyundai with very low milage. My experience has been outstanding from the moment I walked about a week. The first person I talked over the phone and then in person who became my sales Rep was Tom Zoerner as I went to check out what they had on the lot. The place was clean and well prepared for this covid mess we all are involved. I all the vehicle I shown that matched my criteria. But the first one he showed me was the one I would end up buying within the week. I never once felt pressured or pushed. The 2019 Santa Fe is far beyond my expectations. And is pretty much new with only 22k miles on it and a beyond reasonable price. The financing with Freddie was a breeze and again never one felt pressure was offered and addition 100,000 miles on the warranty a very reasonable.I highly recommend Anastos Motors and Tom Zoerner.

I rented a Penske Truck from Anastos. Man, Mike was super awesome to deal with. Everything was set up and ready when I arrived. A quick walk around/inspect and instructions and was I went. Drop box was quick upon return. If you need a truck Penske and Anastos is the way to go.

They do all my automotive work for all my vehicles. Mike and his team are great to work with and very trustworthy. They fix it right the first time. Honest and friendly staff.

Absolutely the best service I have had at any auto repair shop. They reviewed all options for the repairs I would need and ranked them from most important to something that could wait for awhile. On the day I brought the car in for the maintenance, the service rep was friendly and estimated how many hours it would be in the shop, the driver of their courtesy car was very friendly, my cars repairs were done on time, and my vehicle has been expertly repaired. Prices were very reasonable. Anastos is the ONLY place I will take my car to in the future!!!

The owner is the rudest dealer Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with, he lost a sale from me and I make sure to let people know if you dont mind being disrespected and degraded then look here. Otherwise go somewhere else its not worth it, its a shame in 2018 people still treat others so terribly before getting to know them. I ended up buying elsewhere, as you should too, and bought a Range Rover for 3,000 below their asking and was treated like a person and not just like I was a paycheck. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER! And i hope that no one has to have the unfortunate experience I did at Anastos Motors. Id like to add that the actual salesperson was very helpful and apologetic for my experience, but I will would never return after dealing with the owner.

The service department hasn’t returned a recorded phone call yet. I suspect they have an issue with a phone indicator light or a connection. They do good work on non warranty issues.

Bought my 2006 Corvette back on January 5, 2019 from Tim, General Sales Mgr., at Anastos. Tim addressed any items I brought to his attention shortly before and after I purchased the car. I put the car in storage in mid-January . When I took it out of storage in early April, the car would sometimes start and other times not. I had to charge the battery to get it to start. I took it in to Anastos and they checked it out and found out it had a bad battery cell. Pete, the Service Mgr., put in a new battery at no cost to me. Just took it on a trip to Nashville, TN and all went well. Hard to find many businesses that offer great customer service anymore but in my book, Anastos is one of those businesses.

Could not have wished for a better car buying experience. Its hard to find a solid, used car with all the features you want. Its even harder finding a solid used car salesman. Thats where this place shines. Not only do they have a great showroom and stock, they also have a great salesman in Freddy Escalona. From start to finish, all of our needs and wishes were promptly accommodated by Freddy: holding the car off the lot, undercarriage inspections, private test drives, decal removal, etc. Of course, the best part was the no-nonsense sort of business that you get with a family owned enterprise - you would be hard pressed to find a more honest and upfront group. These guys will do whatever they can for you and you will feel confident rolling off the lot with your new car.

They have good quality used cars. Test drive experience and salesman were pleasant, he let me take the vehicle out on my own. They claim to have a two day return policy.Experience could have been better, the walks back and forth from the finance guy are annoying. Process took too long.They will shotgun your credit, salesman told me they wouldnt. Six inquiries for me. They will say theyre waiting, come out and say x will approve for 10%. LOL. I told them what rate I could get from my bank and magically they got one to finance for just under the rate I said after a handful more trips back and forth.Make sure the car you are buying has both keys/fobs, I didnt find out until after the paperwork was signed. Cost me $200 to get another fob programmed @ another dealer. Little things like this matter.They didnt talk extended warranty until after all paperwork was signed. Also, after buying the car, I started receiving official looking mail from shady extended warranty companies in the mail. Now that the warranty has expired Im getting unwanted spam calls on my cell for months now.Dont let them play the were a small family owned dealer, we cant go down that much card. They pay the same price at auctions as big dealers, Ive seen auction prices, youd be shocked. They will come down in price. Id try setting your max price and walking out if they want to turn in into a pawn stars episode.Ask them how long cars been on their lot.Use other cars you can compare/point out to them online that may be cheaper in price, better value.Make sure to get it gassed up by them if you do buy.They will put advertising on car, license plate holder and sticker. They will remove if you ask.I probably wouldnt buy from them again unless it was a really good deal

First of all this dealership is a GREAT dealership in Many ways! First do your homework, If you know what your looking for and done your homework then half the battle is won. First off this dealership OFFERS great driven low miles cars, PERIOD. The owner knows what hes buying and focuses on what Customers are buying these days (trending). Thats why his stock is constantly rotating. Ever notice all the Anastos stickers on cars on the road? That says hes selling, not to cry babies like the ones posting negatively but to people who knows what they are after and are not threaten buy guys in Suits and good clean haircuts. I say thats professionalism. They offer Internet pricing too. Theyre cars are CLEAN! After reading some of the responses here its a shame they feel they are not getting a good price because they feel the salesman look sharp or that the dealership is a generous contributor to the community (shalom Center for one and more) and put on a free car show for all 4 car clubs in the Kenosha Area with free food and drinks all expenses paid from the owners. There should no complaints from potential customers coming from this place because I feel theyre pricing is very competitive for a vehicle they personally inspect and add to their lot. No prior crashed vehicles and most are One owner/previous lease vehicles. So if your just a cheapskate nit picking nit wit that thinks all dealerships are rip offs go buy from a private person. Anastos only grows stronger from previous and repeat customers such as myself and I feel very comfortable buying any car there. New to this enterprise is a body shop now, if youve read the newspapers on this place they offer the best in service with their technicians being fully qualified servicing cars. One evening, while driving down Green Bay Road our vehicle died. Thankfully, it died in front of Anastos Motors. Within minutes of pulling into the parking lot, Tim greeted us. After learning of our dilemma, he arranged for our vehicle to be first in line for service the following day, plus he arranged for one of the employees to drive us to our home in Racine. During the service procedure, Pete and his team kept us updated on what was happening and the cost of repairs. When we picked up our vehicle the following day Anastos Motors told us the work was guaranteed and to bring our vehicle back if there were any problems. I give this business an A+!

My wife and I bought three vehicles from here we have had no issues with the sales end of Anastos it’s the service department that I’m not happy with,, we bought a suv 1year ago my wife works in Milwaukee so she puts a lot of miles on 30 k today was our last free oil change which is ok but we get 6 free tire rotations 1 yr and 30000 miles no tire rotation seriously?? Consider this my last time coming to Anastos,, moral of the story?! There promise is just a pitch,,

Very upset!Purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 two months ago. Paint on car looked flawless at the time of purchase, thats what made me pick this one over other ones I looked at.Now Im noticing ALOT of paint chips all around the car. To myself, it looks like Anostos Motors cut corners by touching up all the paint chips with cheap paint and threw a coat of polish on it to make it look like the car still had an awesome paint job so they can sell it at a higher price. They got me!Im Currently in the process of trying to get some sort of compensation back for the dirty trick they pulled on me. Ive spoke with the owner multiple occasions on the phone but it seems to be getting no where. I will be going down there soon to show him personally what kind of car he sold me!Be very careful if shopping there!I will update on what they will do to fix this.

We rented a Penske from the end of June 2018 to November 2018. I returned the truck and asked for a final receipt. I was told they are just a pick up and drop off location. The service manager Pete went out and inspected the truck and told me that he did not know how to do the billing and South Milwaukee will take care of the billing. I thanked him for being honest. Pete went out and inspected the truck, asked if I had a Visa on file (its actually a MasterCard) I responded by answering Yes did the final bill and added an extra day for $90 and simply stated I cant change the bill and to take it up with Penske. I would assume that if the service manager cant properly bill a Penske invoice how do you think you will be treated when your car goes in for service? Even my employees who witnessed this interaction looked at me like WOW....

** 3 month review **I bought my 15 GTI from Anastos January 13th. The entire experience start to finish was phenomenal. Ive had issues in the past buying used from dealerships but Anastos was perfect. I was pretty much decided on the car already but still figured id play the game to see if I notice anything that would turn me away. The car checked out perfect. I checked all the body lines, undercarriage, and paint work. Everything was good. The car drove well, however they did top the gas tank with regular when it should be 91-93 octane. The car ran kind of weak and poor gas mileage. But after a full tank of 93 all has been well. My salesman, I forget his name, was phenomenal too. The sales manager even better. If I ever need to buy another car I will check this dealership first.If I could dock a quarter star I would only because they conveniently placed their dealership sticker right ontop of a very deep scratch. It was hidden very well. Removing the sticker revealed the scratch. The wheels were curbed pretty good but thats not the dealers fault. I just wish I would have known of the scratch before hand, not that it would change my mind on buying the car, just would have been nice to have known.A+ Score to Anastos anyway!- Tim Drews

The service has always been great and the pricing is on Point. I use to work for Midas and i am familiar with car repair expenses. Anastos has been honest and prompt. I highly recommend this family owned business.
