First time coming here I had Rollin ice cream some years ago back home. My kids have never had it before so I took them here they love it!. Staff was friendly! There is a couple chairs to sit out there. The different flavors were pretty good!.

Went here for Mother’s Day… great service. It did take awhile but hey good things take time and there was a rush of people. Definitely recommend for a fun treat!

Pumpkin cheese cake and oreo are delicious 😋

The customer service here is amazing as well as the ice cream and donuts! Its a must stop if your traveling by you wont regret it!

First time we tried Rollin and my boys liked it, I was excited to try but Unfortunately no dairy free options tonight. I will definitely try again and hopefully get something for me. Everything sounds amazing on the menu.

This is some of the best ice cream I have ever had. My girlfriend is also really shy yet had no problem talking with the owner. The owner is super nice and fun. The environment this place brings is honestly the best feeling a place has ever given me.

Tried this place out for the 1st time today. This is going to be our new spot for ice cream! Its seriously so good. We cant wait to come back and work our way through the whole menu. And the staff was very nice and personable.

Great person behind the counter. Euchre float was great. I want to go back and try the ice cream. They do it with cream on a freezing table like coldstone.

They were out of one of the main ingredients for what I ordered but failed to tell me until they served it. I would have changed my order if told ahead. Also, the item I had contained very little actual ice cream. To top it off they served it in a paper box that leaks at the corner. Not thrilled.

This is my new favorite ice cream spot, everything tastes fresh and the service is great. I highly recommend this place, it might take a bit longer than your regular ice cream shop but its worth it

Ice cream was good and tasted unique. As in you can taste the different ingredients. They have a variety of unique selections! However it is a long wait and on the pricier side.

They have alot of options. Their ice cream is delicious. Friendly staff, a bit pricey but it was expected.

Rollin’ is GREAT! We went for the ramen and of course got ice cream! My son LOVED it. Can’t wait to go again.

They have found a unique way to serve a common product; ice cream. Quality ingredients and locally sourced products make for a great experience. We boat in to the docks nearby when out on the river to enjoy a cold and tasty treat. Dairy free/vegan options available also. There are times when there is a long wait time. Count on waiting 20-30 minutes when they are busy.

I waited 24 minutes for nothing. The lady said they called our order, and when I mentioned we had been waiting right in front and heard/saw every order that had gone out, she then said the name and order, and it wasnt remotely close to the name or order that was given when I ordered... The guy even had a convo with me about my name so I knew they at least had that right. I ended up doing a refund and leaving because we were tired of waiting.

Great options including non-dairy. Will return to try other combinations.

Love this friendly food truck! The owner has remembered my name since day one and I love coming back to see her for a personalized experience! She can easily exchange almost every item on the menu to a gluten or dairy free option. Although there is usually wait, it has always been worth it. The rolled ice cream leaves your palette bursting with unique flavors and a filled belly. I highly recommend Rollin to locals and anyone visiting the Tri-Cities.

We waiting 15 min after after my spouse gave our order and paid with a debit card. We were there long enough to see that the two employees were not wearing masks (that is required by law) in food service during a deadly virus. But worse, they would pull their bananas up and down with their hands when taking an order and then use their hands to pull it back up. One issue was they would not put it on fully and it fell, repeatedly). In addition, if a customer was not by the truck ordering, they kept their bandanas around their necks completely. They did this without using hand sanitizer or washing their handles once, but repeatedly handled people’s ice cream after receipts, their bandanas and money.I told them that we were uncomfortable eating their ice cream, because they were not wearing masks or washing their hands. We asked for a refund. The girl was polite and agreed. I gave her the receipt and she said “okay it’s all done”. My spouse said “what is done I paid cash.” So she was trying to scam us by pretending to give us a refund and keep the money. I asked why she lead me to believe she had credit back a card when she did not. She pretended not to hear me more than once. We don’t be back.We went to Baskin Robins where things were don’t safely and honestly!

Best ice cream! They always give you the right amount of rolls, as the ice cream comes rolled. And they are generous with toppings. And that is because this is art, not just food.

Be prepared for a wait unless you online order. Icecream is good. View is better. Worth the trip.

Took my husband on a birthday date to Rollin Up Fresh. Hes a big ramen fan and I thought itd be fun to try some new flavors of soup as well as try rolled ice cream. Very impressed! The flavor combinations were fun and awesome! My husband got the Galaxy roll (Oreos and raspberries) and I got the peach cobbler. The ramen we tried was the portobello ramen and the spicy black bean. Unfortunately when we went they were all out of black beans and we were told that as the day goes along, sometimes they dont have all the ingredients because they get all of their produce fresh. Also make sure you know which location they are at, we ended up driving to both locations and ended up finding them at the Clover Island Inn. Luckily we were in no time crunch but a caution for anyone in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

40 minute wait time for ice cream that was far from special. Screwed up our order and didn’t care enough to fix it. Three staff on duty, 2 were professional, 1 was the furthest thing from it. Better places to spend your money.

Icecream was good but expensive. Staff was not friendly and were talking about inappropriate things while customers were around.
