Called to get information on shipping on item ordered. 2x got placed on hold and got called anf given other clients name and info. No shipping info on product. Been 3 weeks. No answers. No answered emails. No product. So over it. Will NOT be ordering through them again.

Never been more humiliated so fast in my adult life by a business person. He is right though, there are Others.

We were referred to this company with high hopes. We understand the pandemic is happening and a lot of work is backed up, so we were very understanding. They implied false expectations and false timeline. Over a month after we agreed to move forward and two ETA’s and several phone calls later we found out that hats were on back order.Very poor communication & very poor follow through. Spent over a month of communication to be in the same spot I was when I started.Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

If your order is less then 12 they will ignore you, they don’t even try to accommodate you. Customer service is unprofessional.

I had Atomic Screen Printing create two banners for my company. I neede to have them done before the racing season started and they created an idea for my logo/banner that was way better than I expected. I ordered a bunch of shirts weeks in advance. They promised they would be done on a certain day. I came in the day they were supposed to be done and they told me they wouldnt be done till the end of the day. I then called at the end of the day to pick them up. They still werent done and did not complete the order by the dead line. This company does not know how to conduct business and does not keep their word.

The T-shirts and speed of delivery are always exceeding our expectation and helping us grow our family business. Thanks Atomic for all you do!
