We purchased a Bosch 300 series dishwasher from Bunch- Finnigan. Tim & David were amazing. They gave us good solid advice on the product. And even told us who else carried it so we could compare prices !! Who does that ?!We were very impressed and wanted to give B/F our business. It was in stock and delivered in a few days. The delivery guys were great also. They took our old dishwasher for FREE. Very Happy with purchase. Will be letting our friends know as well. Will buy from them again ! Our downstairs refrigerator went out today and so we went to Bunch Finnigan and got a new one replaced already same day took our old one out for free. Alex and David were the guys who delivered our new refrigerator. They took the old one out and put a new one in for us they are awesome. Great service!!! We always buy local. Price was great as well. Our refrigerator starting leaking so we needed a new one ASAP. We went in at 9:00 right when the opened and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He educated us on the best refrigerator based on our needs and even had it delivered by lunch time the same day along with removing our old one. The delivery employees were great also. It was the best experience from start to finish. We will never go anywhere else for our appliances. We will be lifelong customers! This is was customer service is all about! It is no wonder they have been in business for so many years.

Unbeatable Customer Service!!Bought a new Washer and Dryer (Speed Queen) on a Thursday. Bunch Finnigan included free deliver, free hoses and elec cord, and free haul away of old units. They were delivered and set up on Friday afternoon.Partway through the 1st wash cycle we had a problem with the washer. I called the store and talked to David. He walked me through some re-set steps to see if we could correct the issue and we could not. He decided they would replace the unit right away. His delivery guys had already gone home for the day. I said tomorrow would be fine, but he wanted us to have a new unit right away, so he brought me a new washer himself. He set it up and tested it to make sure it worked correctly. He thought maybe my fancy stainless hoses might have caused an issue, so he gave me a new stainless hose set. Talk about exceptional customer service!!!We bought the TC5000 Washer and the DC5000 dryer. I have been doing laundry all weekend and absolutely LOVE these machines. My last units were Samsung top of the line steam uits that did not get my clothes cean and took hours to wash. The speed queen lets me control the amount of water and is so quick and efficient.

The salesman held the door for us as we entered. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We didnt buy but sure will shop when or before we do.

Cant give this place enough stars! We had a last minute catastrophe with our oven and were able to get one from this company and have it delivered the next morning. Words cant express how grateful we are for this buisness. Everyone needs to learn from these guys how to treat customers.
