Elizabeth helped me find the best sneakers Ive ever worn, and got me all set up with arch supports to correct my gait and overall alignment. She was very patient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for improvements for their feet!!

My husband and I went in for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Our experience was awesome!!! Andros and Dominic were extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable! They were so incredibly respectful. If all businesses treated their customers like the Good Feet store does, it could change the world!! We didnt feel any pressure at all to buy anything. A week later they called and did a check up to see how things were working for us. They do it right!!

Angela was our specialist and was AMAZING. My husband was a skeptic but I forced him to go and just try it. Since he walked out of the the store his feet have not hurt once. After 15 years of pain when he walked the last year or so has been really bad. He finally agreed to just go talk to them. We made an appointment on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon he was a believer!! Angela did that. She worked extremely hard to get him to believe and “give it a try”. Angela you are a god sent and I am thankful for your help- we will see you soon for more shoes!!

Great and friendly service from Elizabeth. I was fitted for arch supports (which are a tremendous help already) and was able to order a new pair of shoes also. On my way to pain free. :)

These are his supports are a game changer. I was on working my feet for hours everyday and would be in pain at the end of the day. Some nights I couldn’t sleep because my feet hurt so bad. I went in to Goodfeet to check them out. Donelle was eager to help me as soon as I walked in. She taught me a lot and set me up with an arch support system custom fitted to me. I could feel the difference right away but after a few days it hit me just how much they work. After a long day at work, I was laying on the couch being lazy, and my fiancé asked if my feet were hurting and offered to rub my feet. Out of reflex I went to say yes but then realized my feet DID NOT HURT. I still took him up on the foot massage though.For the first time in years my feet and back feel great! Everyone at the store is super nice and these arch supports are unbelievable. If you have foot or back problems you NEED to go see them!

The inserts that I purchased didn’t work for me and I was concerned about the return policy. I called and spoke to Drew on the phone and he said he would take care of it, so I went in to see him. I was really truly impressed and very happy to get my money back. I did end up purchasing a pair of New Balance shoes which I had my eye on and they fit wonderfully. My biggest satisfaction was working with Drew, he’s very professional and understanding. I recommend the store very highly, specifically because of him.

Wasn’t quite sure of what to expect when entering Good Feet Store, but I am very happy I did. I’ve had foot pain over the last several years and it has taken its toll on my body and mind. Stephen was my specialist and he was likable from the start. I knew nothing about the store when we started, but by the end, I knew the investment (and it is a $$$ investment) is what I need to get me back to feeling good about myself. If you have foot, hip, back, body pain, I believe this is the correct step to a healthier new you.It’s my job now to follow the plan, but know that I can depend on Stephen if need be, to help with any issues as I reach my goal to NO FOOT PAIN!

I am actually able to walk again without pain. I have had a broken ankle with plates and screws on one leg and miniscus repair surgery on the other leg and that knee has since been unstable. Since wearing the Good Feet arch supports I am not having that pain. Everything is proper alignment now including my hips. With working on a cement floor all day teaching, they have allowed me to continue doing what I love. The only drawback is that they do not work with all my shoes.

Cannot give an accurate review at this time, until after I see my podiatrist next week. The inserts have only caused me more pain, since trying more than one pair. Your salespeople are awesome, but there may be more going on in my right foot than is evident to myself and to them. So Im waiting to see what my podiatrist says.

I’ve had metatarsal issues for years. I have a left big tie that was fused. Twice! Are use the specialty arches from the walking company that had metatarsal and I are to support. Yeah my feet still hurt all the time.I gave in and went to the good feet store last weekend, best move I’ve ever made! Elizabeth was very helpful at the Kennesaw store. And my feet have not been so unpainful, for in a very long time!They are not cheap, But they are worth every penny! If you spread the dollars, over three years - that’s not much money per day - to have no pain in your feet! after I don’t know 20 some odd years of pain in my feet

Thank you so much to Donelle and her team for her personal, professional, and kind care during our appointment yesterday. My husband and I are now on the way to living a better quality of life with our new 3 step arch support system. Eddie at the Sandy Springs store has poor customer service. We were told we did not need an appointment for my kids, and drove an hour to that location. When we arrived, Eddie told us he had an appointment starting in 20 minutes so there is nothing he could do for us that day. He handed us a pamphlet and told us to reschedule sometime during the week. We left angry and went to the Kennesaw location. TOTALLY different experience. Donelle was very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone who walked in the door was asked if they had an appointment. If they didn’t they were explained that they didn’t need an appointment and was asked if they didn’t mind waiting to be seen. The only problem I had with this location was the way that the pricing for the insoles was explained. After being told several times that the insoles were $399, it wasn’t explained until the very end that the box of three insoles was $1200 ($399 per pair of insoles). My total for my 14 yr old and 8 yr old was going to be over $2800. NO THANK YOU!!! I was not impressed with this store or this experience. AND the insoles are non refundable.

Fantastic experience! Really great help, experienced staff, made it easy for us. Visited the Kennesaw location and Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful to work with. We got exactly what we needed! Very satisfied! I highly recommend this place if you have foot issues of any kind!

My experience at The Good Feet Store was the absolute best Ive ever had. The Customer Service Representative who assisted me thru the entire process was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My daughter was having an issue with her right foot. She broke a small bone in her fourth toe causing her pain to walk. After 6 months of healing and 2 orthopedic doctors we decided to try Good Feet and their insert program. The theory of their displacing weight throughout the entire foot has worked for my daughter. She is currently using the 3 step insert program. Her foot pain has subsided. She now walks pain free and can play sports once again. The program is slightly expensive but worth the money.

The product seems solid though priced too high to not be associated with our paid medical insurance in any way. First indication we were in a dubious place. Second should’ve been the lack of shoes in a self claimed ‘shoe store’. Sales pitch was overwhelming, somewhat a song and dance and never up front. We did end the pitch half way through because it was obvious some decisions should be made in conjunction with medical care and the solid advice of a podiatrist. It’s a shame that others, with less discerning self confidence have probably been taken for a big chunk of money before they realized, in pain days later that it’s a system to recondition your feet. That reconditioning again, super important to be accompanied by a medical professional who can differentiate your particular issues. With a little research online, as I did sitting there waiting for the salesperson to come back and continue to ‘pitch’ my Wife, it’s obvious that there are a lot of closets out there in America, with these $300++ insoles resting unused in the back. Glad we just wasted time and not money or the remaining foot health we have.An honest pitch should never feel like someone is trying to get you to purchase a time share condo.

The staff was knowledgeable and the inserts were wonderful if you have an unlimited bank account to pay 1,300 dollars plus and no insurance covers it. I want my foot pain gone but my family has to have a roof over our heads. If you are rich and want to toss your money their way go for it.

Stephen was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The inserts are already helping my planters fasciitis. The only negative is how expensive they are. I purchased shoes, which are very comparable, price wise with the market. I am hopeful for continued healing.

I was having very bad foot pain when I decided to stop at the Kennesaw store. My experience in the store was friendly and while trying on the different insoles, my pain did ease up some when I was off my feet. After trying on different insoles, I thought I had found the solution to my foot pain, insoles. During my consultation, I didnt ask about the price and it wasnt mentioned. I was shocked when I saw the price of over $1300. I was told that I needed three pairs of insoles to get the relief I needed. I was willing to pay to have relief from the pain I had been experiencing.On the 3rd day of wearing the insoles as scheduled, I continued to feel the pain and called the store to speak sakes Rep. I told her that I am still experiencing pain, and only feel relief when off my feet and mentioned maybe going to a doctor. She told me to continue to wear the insoles and give them a chance to work and she will call me in a few days to check on me. I never received a call back. Two to three weeks later, still in pain after wearing the insoles. A month later, I made an appointment at the podiatrist. Now Im out of $1300 plus for non custom insoles and more money from my doctors visit. I wish I had went to the podiatrist first and read the reviews prior to visiting the Good Feet Store. I am stuck with non custom insoles and can only exchange them or maybe receive a store credit based on the return/refund policy. I feel so bad to be out of this much money and unemployed.

The professionals who work here are genuinely interested in helping their customers. They know their products very well. They also recognize that not everyone can afford all their products but still work with them to get the most benefit from what the customer does purchase. My experience with the arch supports hasn’t been miraculous-yet-but they continue to work and make necessary changes to help me get to a pain free state. I highly recommend giving The Good Feet store a try if you suffer from foot pain.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly but for $1,300 I could have surgery cheaper. There product seemed to relieve my pain its just not affordable I mean come on that is two whole months rent. I was able to find insoles close to what they offered called walk fit for $30 on Amazon so they may want to consider making there product more affordable.

I had several injuries to my feet over the last few years and my feet hurt every day. My doctors said that they could see no reason formy pain. I was down to wearing one pair of shoes and was feeling pain when on my feet all day at work or after walking.I saw an advertisement for Good Feet on the internet and decided to go for a free fitting.The sales people were very kind and listened to my complaints. I felt some relief as soon as I walked several times across the store as she explained what the inserts were doing with realigning my feet/knees/hips. She was patient in explaining how to use the inserts for the best outcome.I have had zero pain in the several weeks that Ive had the inserts. These are the solution that Ive been looking for.

The people at the store were amazing and did a fantastic job. My feet feel so much better. I will say though it was a big sticker shock when they rang me up. But, I think it was worth it.

I’ve had really flat feet since I was young, and I’ve had problems with them hurting after standing for too long, and I’d sometimes get pain in my knees. I’d always kind of dragged my feet when it came to getting proper supports for feet. My mom heard about The Good Feet store through a commercial, and we decided we might as well try it out.The people that helped us out when we walked into the store were very nice and thorough with telling me about what I’d be getting out of buying the supports. And the supports themselves have already been making a noticeable difference; my feet don’t hurt after standing for long periods of times, my knee haven’t been hurting as much, and my posture’s gotten better, too. I’ve already been recommending these supports to friends. The one downside is the price, but I think the benefit of improving my overall physical health far outweighs that con.

I have had numerous issues with my left foot for many years that have resulted in 3 different foot surgeries. For exercise, I had been using an elliptical until I developed severe bursitis in my shoulder. To keep up with my exercises, I moved to walking 6 to 8 miles a day. However, this walking was creating extreme pain in my left foot. I decided to try the Good Feet Store. My arch support specialist listened to my issues, measured my foot, and tested my foot motion. I learned that I was stepping on the outside of my heel and rolling to my big toe on both feet. This created an uneven gait for me and in turn was creating my pain. The specialist had me try the inserts and after several weeks of using them, I am now able to walk several miles at a time pain free. The inserts and pair of shoes were quite expensive, but much cheaper than another surgery. I highly recommend the Good Feet Store.

Nice store and friendly associates. I was not expecting the full system to cost over $1300. I ended up with the more economical version, which was a little over $300. I’m really enjoying them, though and I think they are helping my back issues.

Super knowledgeable, well trained employees working at the location I went to. I went back the next day and purchased. I’ve had foot issues for years and this company seems to have the therapy down to an exact science. Excellent experience and I’m glad I decided to give them a try.

I went into this place with high hopes and desperate to just find some shoes that were nonslip, black, and comfortable to take some of the pain off of my feet for work. I was greeted by Donelle ( I believe thats her name ) and sat down immediately and everything seemed fine.Now I’m 20 ( almost 21 ) and my mom was going to pay as I had only just started this new job, but the shoes were for me, so the sales associate should of been talking to me about the shoes right? Wrong. The entire time she was talking down to me and almost making fun of me to my mother. Anytime I would express that I didnt like how it felt or didn’t like the shoes she was trying to push onto me, the saleswoman would just laugh and say I didnt know what I was talking about. The shoes she was recommending wasn’t even what I needed, by the way.She also tried to push at-home shoes to me, even though I was there for work shoes. I tried to express as nicely as I could that I didnt want them, and she once again just told me I didnt know what I wanted and just ignored me basically. Then when I tried to tell her I didnt like the shoes once more she said, “ It’s as hard as trying to get my asians to wear house shoes. “ It was at that moment when I knew I didnt want to do business here anymore.Not to mention the price. We were expecting to pay $200 or something, let alone $1200. I understand the “system” that theyre talking about but I came in there for one thing and they were trying so hard to push twenty things on me. My mother and I ended up just trying to leave and just tell them that we would think about it.This was one of the worst hour and a half moments at a store I’ve ever had, especially since I walked out with nothing. The saleswoman just seemed like she wanted to make a sale, and I get that but, I didnt like what I was feeling at all, so theres no way I would play $1200 for it.

Overpriced. Very hard sales push from staff. Entire system of three lifetime shoe inserts is over $1200 and does not include shoes. Go elsewhere. Foot Solutions was a much more affordable and gave sound advice that actually included a good pair of shoes.

I have had two ankle surgeries on my right ankle over the last eight years. I was told by a well known surgeon in Colorado Springs that my ankle had too much arthritis in it and I should have it replaced soon. I have been having tremendous pain in it the past several months. I heard the commercial on the radio about the Good Feet store, went there and got fitted for the arch support orthotics. I’ve had them for a month now and I was able to run two miles and four one hundred yard wind sprints less then three weeks after using them. While it has not made the pain in my ankle and foot Go away completely, it has diminished to a point where I do not notice it most of the time. The Good Feet System was well worth the money for me. I would recommend the Good Feet store to anyone with foot or ankle problems. It has worked for me.

I liked the concept of the arch support system but I was surprised at the price. It was not in my price range and not something that my insurance covered.

Dorian was excellent!!!. I am able to continue my 5 mile walks 5 days a week. This is amazing because when I came to Good Feet at the end of July I was barely completing 2miles and I could only walk one day a week. After that one day, I could not walk without intense pain in my heel.This was explained to me by Dorian and he fitted me with the correct insoles. Be warned, they will feel awkward until your feet adjust. After 30 days, you wont notice you are wearing them and your feet will feel AWESOME.Pleas ask for Dorian because he will educate you on the process.

When we arrived at the Good Feet Store the door was opened every time I walked in or out. With my 93 year old the salesman kept pushing $500 shoes with a lifetime warranty. When we declined his every attempt at a sale because it was not right for our needs, ( we only needed footbeds for his current orthopedic shoes) he walked away with 4 boxes all around us lids off shoes out and not even a good bye. I assisted my 93 year old to the car and came back in and called my salesman over and told him, “SHAME on you for leaving tripping obstacles around the elderly man. I’m not 93 and will never walk into a Good Feet Store again and I will dissuade anyone who mentions it”He did not even remove the last pair of shoes he tried on him. I had to do it. Hurray for Skechers shoes and $19 Dr Scholls inserts.

The Associate at the good feet Store I went to, was very professional, and very knowledgeable. He was helpful and encouraging. It’s a pleasure going to a store where the associate knows all about the product and could explain and answer all my questions and concerns. I had an excellent experience.

Waited 1 month after getting my orthotics from the Good Feet Store before reviewing as I wanted to give them a good try.First, a quick review of the store and their service. If you don’t like working with people who know their job and bring a sense of humor to work, then your not going to like Elizabeth. She met me as I walked in and impressed from the start. Professional, business like but with a playful side that made the process enjoyable. 5 starts for Elizabeth!1 month in my orthotics and while my foot pains haven’t completely disappeared things are a lot better. I was concerned the inserts would make my shoes feel tight or cramped, turned out not to be an issue at all. I’ve been able to use the impact inserts to get through all my gym workouts with minimal discomfort and the relaxers really do...well relax my feet at night.All in all I’m happy with my purchase as they seem to be doing exactly what I was hoping for. One more pitch for Elizabeth, great customer service, ask for her you won’t regret it.

I would like to commend Donelle in her expertise in sharing product information. She was excellent in turning what I initially assumed was going to be a product sales pitch to a product knowledge and assistance conversation. I had a much better understanding about inserts after her help. She spent a lot of time giving me the experience of feeling the difference of walking with support versus without.

My visit was very professional and the female that assisted me had superb Customer service skills.I do intend on re-visiting the store to receive her service.

So far so good. Originally felt like I was standing on a couple of small golf balls but over the week the inserts are to the point where they are comfortable. It feels like my entire posture is changing. I look forward to my follow up visit soon

Customer service is excellent. I have been using my orthotics for about a month and can definitely feel the difference in my plantar fasciitis. The orthotics are pretty pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for and this option is much better than cortisone injections or surgery.

We went today hoping to find something to help my husband with his feet. With him working 12 hours a day on concrete floors, he is having trouble with his feet. When we walked in, Cat was very informative and helpful. She showed us the 3 step system and with the purchase we are positive it will be what he needs! Thank you Cat for all your help!!

They provide a great service, and take time to help you find the right fit for your feet. I had the dude from Washington and he went above and beyond to help me. As for the supports, they surprised me. I went in wanting help with my feet, but what they helped the most was my back and my posture. Hopefully my feet will benefit in time, but the back and posture relief was immediately felt.

Linda D. was so helpful today and took the time to help me understand why I am having such a hard time finding shoes that don’t kill my feet. She got me measured and set up with my new insoles and helped me find a pair of shoes that offer me the kind of support I should have. I was in a hurry (unfortunately) but she was able to explain everything to me and even wrote out notes so I will be able to get the best possible results. I am a single mom and only had a small window of time today to do this for myself. Linda was so accommodating and said that I could call her anytime if I had questions or needed anything at all. I am looking forward to seeing her again at my next appointment and will definitely plan accordingly so that we are not rushed, but I can already say that my feet felt so much better the moment I left the store and my balance is better too! I got my insoles in mid June & have been working the 3 insole program ever since! There is still more improvement to go but I can tell the insoles are definitely doing their job! I am grateful for the 3 year replacement commitment & lifetime program! Thank you to the Good Feet team!

After 4 years of pain, surgery, and Dorsal Interosseous Compression Syndrome (fallen arch), knee and hip issues as a result, I found The Good Feet Store. Dana was great and worked patently with me and 1 hour of wearing the Strengthener Support I no long had knee or hip pain! Now I can walk, ride my bike, shop, and Live Life pain free and could not be Happier! I Highly recommend The Good Feet Store.

I had a great experience at The Good Feet store in Kennesaw, GA. Kayleigh was my consultant. She was attentive and even called prof to the appointment to confirm. I did not feel pressured only because my foot comfort actually has no price. I know what foot pain feels like compared to not feeling any pain. Kayleigh and The Good Feet store are helping me to live the feet pain-free life and I’m grateful after 48 hours my inflammation has definitely decreased!

Anthony was such an attentive and amazing salesman. He providing excellent customer service and gave me options regarding the best shoe selection for my foot type. If you need to show your feet some LOVE, he’s your guy! On August 25, I came in for my 2nd purchase & was assisted by Stephen who was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the proper work shoe that would support my flat feet as I stand on them 8 hours a day.

I spend 10 to 12 hours a day on my feet walking on concrete floors. The pain would be excruciating when I got home. I felt a huge difference in less than a day. A tad bit expensive but they will last for a very long time.

When I first walked Into Good Feet they made me feel welcomed and like they were happy to see me walk in and was eager to help me out with my feet issues. Jada was the one who helped me. She broke everything down to me in a way I could understand it and made sure I was following along and know what was going on with my feet and why. It was an overall great experience and I walked out of there feeling!! Knowing that I have a solution for my feet to get back to their proper position.

These shoe inserts (and the Good Feet staff) work wonders! I had two surgeries to my left knee in 2019 and had been experiencing constant knee pain ever since. This prevented me from working out and even walking comfortably. To address this, I first went to the Good Feet store in Alpharetta and Ashlee fitted me to the Strengthener inserts (which by the way come with a lifetime warranty!). The process was smooth, quick, and right from the get-go I could feel significant relief from my knee pain. They took a bit of time for my feet to get used to, but it was all worth it, and eventually I even forgot they were there. Today, 2 months(ish) later, I am in the Kennesaw Good Feet location, where Donelle is fitting me with the second step of orthotics, the Maintainers. I look forward to involving myself in more physical activity with these slightly less stiff inserts, which is something I couldn’t imagine myself saying with all the knee pain I was having before. If nothing else, if you are skeptical, walk around with these inserts in the store - you will feel the difference from the moment you put them in your shoes. Side note, I also recommend trying out the supportive shoes the Good Feet store offers. I can’t wear my shoes from before the inserts because their wear pattern propagates my knee problems. Your ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, back pain starts at the feet. I know this from experience and can’t stress enough how satisfied I am with 1. The inserts and 2. The inviting experience the Good Feet store offers.

This was my very first time coming to this place and let me say what a wonderful experience it was being waited on by Jada,Dorian, and Cat They ALL were very nice, polite, and very helpful.It was at the end of the day for them, but it did not bother them because they wanted to make sure that I left with the correct insoles so they gave 100% and made sure that I was happy and going to be content with the items I purchased. That says a lot right there. I would recommend this place- so I’m looking forward to no pain with my new insoles!🙏🙏

Very nice workers but the store is very open and people were having to yell in order to be heard because the noise level was so loud.They do not show you the prices until the end of their demonstration. The package costs $399. In addition, I was going to have to buy new dress shoes and running shoes because they told me that I could not wear their inserts without taking the padding out of mine. The padding in my shoes are sown in. That would cost about $300 for more shoes.No offense but a total of $700 is ridiculous or I am just a frugal shopper.This isnt personal. I had a super experience with Dorian. He is very knowledgeable with all his products. Dorian was Very patient with me as it was very hard to hear due to the ceilings being so high. My feet have hurt for YEARS! Ive had enough. I decided to make an appointment with The Good Feet Store in Kennesaw. Not knowing exactly what to expect, any anxiety I was feeling was immediately dismissed when I walked in and met Elizabeth. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable with the 3 step system. She explained everything in detail. Asked about my comfort levels. Made necessary adjustments with the inserts to ensure I was not in any pain. The adjustments she made actually relieved some lower back pain that Ive had forever. If you have a need/desire to eliminate foot pain, go see Elizabeth at the Kennesaw location. I walked in expecting a totally different experience. Donelle was knowledgeable about the product. She informed me why I was experiencing so much foot pain. The insoles feel amazing, like I’m walking on clouds. I am definitely looking forward to purchasing. I know this will be the fix needed to fix my aching heel issue.

I started as a good feet family member at 320# over a year ago.Stopped in and visited with Donelle at the Sandy Springs GA location. It was so busy she asked if we could enjoy the experience with another family. My family of 3 joined another couple. We became fast friends and enjoyed the education and experience. I left that day fully vested in The Good Feet Store. I purchased 3 complete sets for myself, my husband, and my sister.Before TGFS, I would have insoles special made through my chiropractor, needing numerous adjustments and costing additional money to get just right. The cost in the long run far exceeding my investment made at TGFS.Here we are over a year later, just visited Donelle at the Kennesaw GA location assiste by Elizabeth. We have updated my inserts once again to support my new 75 pound lighter frame.Ive visited other locations and now Ive to only visit where Donelle is located. Her knowledge and expertise by far exceeds that of others I have experienced. Let me make known I have not encountered any unfriendly GFS family, just none as knowledgeable and invested as Donelle and her team.I have to admit that I was originally shocked at the price of the system after our initial experience and education. However the experience truly supported the knowledge and superiority of your product. I payed for all three packages and have never regretted it for a minute.You have a Good Feet Family member for life. I was recommended to Good Feet from my podiatrist after a visit. I stopped in today to get information and was greeted by Dorian. Didn’t just try to sell me a product I didn’t need but educated me why I needed them. Leaving a very happy customer.

Lisa spent a good deal of time with me explaining how the supports work. She didn’t do a high pressure sales pitch, she just explained how they worked and how they would help. I had to think about it overnight but came back the next day and again Lisa was totally professional and patient. They have a good approach when it comes to orthotics. Some people will be helped right away with others it takes patience. I recommend good feet to anyone who is having trouble with their feet back and hips.

Entering into the store I was greeted by D;? I wont say her full name. She happily took me through the process of the use of the heel and arch supports with her advised choice of shoe for my feet. Afterwards she went too the register and a few minutes later calls me up to the register and points out the price - $1500!!And advised me to talk with my insurance provider. And it was her way or no way. I did notice they wore face mask hers, a black velvet packed with rhrinstones.I told my coworkers and some said they didnt notice a few said that incident was strange.

I went to the Good Feet store to hopefully help relieve some problems I was having with my toe cramping and sending pain up my foot when I was on them too long. Although I did not leave with any products, I learned a lot during my time there. Donnell at the Marietta store was super helpful and nice. I am leaving a five star review for her and the way she did her job, not for the prices of the product. Too expensive for me, but the system would seem to work to help fix a lot of problems people have with foot pain.

My husband, Greg, had been into the store because he is not sheltering in place as I am, and had a great experience. He asked me to call into the store to see if I could also get the right orthotics to help my feet feel better too. I called in and spoke to Linda Drake. Linda was wonderful and so reassuring and patient. Using face-time, Linda carefully walked me through the steps to get correct measurements and helped me pick out a pair of athletic walking shoes from all of the pairs currently on sale. I am so happy with the service I received and am looking forward to all the wonderful products Linda recommended for me to feel like I have “good feet” of my own.

I met with Jada on Thursday and she did an excellent job. Jada is very knowledgeable about the products was very helpful in explaining what each product would do in relieving me of the soreness in my feet which is plantar factitious. We cannot wait to see the results that we should get from using these soles.

I haven’t gotten my inserts yet, but the customer service thus far was great. I randomly walked in looking for plain, everyday-regular inserts. I wasn’t expecting it to be a full out event. The representative “DJ” greeted & assisted me. She was very professional, personable, and thorough. I was educated on common foot issues and what my specific foot prints indicated; as well as the products they offer to assist with my issue. The inserts i tried felt great. I didn’t really know what type of establishment I was walking into nor was I prepared to purchase what they offer, but I am definitely considering the investment! Be sure to check this location out and ask to speak with DJ!

Dorian is the best! My wife and I came in to get help for her feet. She is 62 and 240, 60 years old. Her right foot has been giving her fits but Dorian got her feeling great. Come see him. You wont be disappointed. Really nice guy, knowledgeable and patient.

Great place, DEFINITELY solved my problems and it was quick and painless.It is particularly expensive since they dont qualify for insurance, but when youve exhausted all options, its definitely a great place.

Dorian has been a fantastic help today. I am a state park manager and on my feet every day for long hours. Recently I have developed heel pain and Dorians personal approach to assessing the issue was very professional and deeply appreciated. I made an appointment to come in for a consultation. I was very pleased with the sales rep, Amanda’s explanation as well as demonstration helping me understand how The Good Feet arch system works to bring relief. It’s all about the foots function, balance, and alignment. There is a process involved but they will be there for support. I have had my system 5 days now and I am already feeling relief!

Having high arches and plantar fasciitis makes each step painful, especially when I take that first step in the morning. Something as simple as adding an insert in my shoe relieves the pain. I had a very positive experience at the Good Feet Store in Kennesaw. Lisa was terrific and spent over an hour with me in consultation. During that time she helped me create a profile, took measurements, explained the 3-phase Good Feet supports and had me experience each support first using new shoes from the store (so the shoes had no wear patterns), then using my own shoes (I brought two of my own pair; strongly encourage you do this). VERY impressed with Lisa, the Good Feet store experience and their products. Highly recommended!!!
