Sham! They put a nice picture of a big warehouse on their website, but do a streetview of their address and see the little shack they sling product out of. Funny that the good reviews here are by someone with the SAME LAST NAME as the owner. They are nothing more than a marketing company, they make NOTHING. I know for a fact they have straight copied word for word, image for image, the data from my companys sales literature.

I tried to order a couple of valves. I was transferred to a sales representative who never had the courtesy to give me his name. After detailing the products I would like to order, I asked if there was some place online or a product sheet to confirm specifications. The salesman said he couldnt get me the information until he could include it in an emailed quote. He ended the sales call with I will get back with you when I can get to you.I called VALTORC several more times to enquire about purchasing. The original salesman seem disinterested. After requesting a different salesperson, the secretary let me know my original salesman was the Vice President of the company. Seems to be a garage operation...If you are looking to purchase products to be delivered on time, dont waste your efforts with this company.
