We used HBH for an employee appreciation lunch this week to feed 40+ team members. Everyone enjoyed their lunches and HBH team made the process so easy and enjoyable. We ordered through a third party but the manager was sure to call and confirm time and details with me the day before. The boxes were clearly labeled and any modifications needed were made. We cannot wait to use Honey Baked Ham again for future events.

Good lunch optionsWe usually visit at holidays to pick up a whole ham. Today, we visited for lunch and had a great sandwich. My club sandwich was loaded with wonderful ham, bacon and dressed, including a sweet sauce that added some extra yum. My wife had a classic turkey sandwich, served on a tasty croissant. Service was fast, with no wait. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the small patio. One note that parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day.

Food was good and fresh the inside was very clean and neat helpful person behind the counter gave us information on the different things they had seems very knowledgeable food was excellent enjoy

Just the fact that the food is always fresh and made in a timely manner makes them golden.

Was fantastic we go half ham weighing 5 pounds for 50 bucks it was delicious plus the have option for lunch I might have go try it out!

I just want to give Vanessa a shout out for her customer service. I called to check on my order and though she informed me there isnt any way to electronically look that up, she was very polite and let me know what to do when I come in store. It is so nice to speak with someone who has great customer service skills. I have called other places to check on orders, and have had rude associates. Thank you Vanessa for great service and communication!

The customer service absolutely sucks here. They always have some jackass behind the counter making the sandwiches. All I asked for was an extra tomato on my sandwich which led to them asking me multiple questions about what I wanted on my sandwich. Its simple... Roasted turkey classic on a croissant, with an extra tomato. Whats so hard about that? Hire people who understand the importance of the proper construction of a sandwich. When you eat it, all the ingredients shouldnt be falling out; no matter what extra ingredients were requested.

Good ham, and more little pricey

Tall girl in the front with glasses is way too loud for it to be a business. I knew what 4 other people ordered along with the prices before I left. And nothing is wrong with singing baby shark while at work but definitely not in front of customers and very loud.There are also too many new people at the time. I called and tried to order a chef salad and the person told me that they didn’t sale salads. I should’ve taken that as a sign.So I get there... they don’t know who took the call even though it was someone named “Fernanda” or something like that.New guy, young Asian guy. He took an order... bagged it... took the money... walked the customer out... then came back with the same gloves on and started to help make my salad. I had to ask him to change his gloves. I mean, how is that okay?Ruined my appetite

I eat here probably about 3 times a week, because its right down the street from my work! i just would like to say that staff is amazing and of course the food. The manager Matt is very sweet as well as the girl that helped me out today (Brittney!)

Ive never been blown away by the menu. Its basically just a sandwich shop with a small menu, but every time I go, the sandwich is fantastic. Soups and salads are excellent as well. They always know the right condiment to put on a sandwich to really bring out the flavor.Could less expensive.

Fantastic customer service. Many young people working there, but they are clearly devoted to meeting the needs of their guests. Very accommodating and considerate to make each guest feel valued.

My wife walked in and asked for a beef brisket, the lady said “You have to order that online” in an unfriendly manner. My wife then asked “Do have any other beef” and then she looked at my wife like she was crazy, then she turned around grabbed the frozen pot-roast without saying a word and threw in on the counter in front of my wife, threw not placed, turned around without saying a word, then walked way back into the hidden area.Now that’s customer service! NOT!My wife quickly exited the store.I called their store and asked for a manager and Jessica said, “No manager works on the weekends”. Nice, I then asked can I have the managers name, and then she replied, “Jason”, I then asked, can I have the rest of his name, and she replied “Travis”. I thanked her and called the 1800 number on their website.After a few rings a young lady answered, she typed in the entire dis-service into their system and said someone would be contacting us, I asked today, and she said no.Wow! At least the Customer Disservice is consistent!

Ham was very overpriced, but it tasted good. I was able to get a similarly sized ham at the grocery store for $30. Was the Honey Baked Ham worth $22 more for the same amount? No.

I have been to this store on a number of occasions. Yes, during the Christmas rush the seasonal help are not as helpful as the seasoned help. I have never had anyone be rude or walk away, but then, Im a nice guy. The one time I had a problem it was quickly addressed and corrected in the store to my satisfaction. I can recommend this location and the Honeybaked company in general for high quality food and a pleasant atmosphere.

The food at Honey Baked Ham is amazing! They have deli sandwiches and salads that are so delicious. Honey Baked Ham is known for their hams and turkeys around the holidays, but their other menu offerings are quite tasty as well. The only bad thing about the Kennesaw location is the customer service. Ive received both good and bad service at this location so I guess it just depends on the day and the employee that you encounter when you call or go in. There is a pretty good sized seating area at this location so feel free to sit and enjoy your delicious lunch or dinner.

Stop by to get a sandwich and it was pretty tasty. We also bought a ham and it was really good.

I had made a previous chase at a different store in Florida and enjoyed my meal. This store please didnt ask what I wanted on my sandwich just made it. The one piece of meat it came with was ice cold I had to go home and heat it up. Not happy and will not be back!

I ordered a ham online drive over to the Kennesaw location to pick up the ham and the customer service is horrible at this location. I had to spoke with the general manager this afternoon about the customer service received even bad customer service from the assistant manager this happen at 3 30 p.m. on December 22nd 2016
