MC Granite did a horrible job with my countertop installation. They left a huge gap underneath my Countertops. There was a poor job done of meshing the new sink to my Countertops which ultimately leaked and I had to pay another contractor to come out and seal that up. No sealant was applied to the back edge of my new Countertops where they meet the backsplash area. The cut of the granite was great but the installation job was the worst ever. I could have honestly done a better installation job myself and I have zero experience. Also, the lead/american speaking installer was rude and all around unfriendly. I would stronly advice against using MC Granite.

MC Granite just did all the counter tops in our new construction. We are building our forever home and initially was using MC Granite for just the kitchen. I am also my own GC for this project. The experience with MC and Lorena in particular was so great, that I decided to use them for all of my counter tops. Their customer service is above and beyond. I was shopping for something particular. What they had in stock had already been sold, but they called me because they found more from the same lot and went out of their way to make it happen. The installation went smooth as can be, and the end product speaks for itself. Hands down the best sub contractor I worked with on this project. If I could give ten stars I would.

They just completed my kitchen counter top. The installers were professional clean and fast, and the quartz top is perfectly made to fit my kitchen.Will 100% recommend them.

A wonderful experience all the way around!I was referred to MC Granite by my contractor, Karl Wysocki. He didnt steer me wrong at all. The stone selection is wonderful. They have a ton of options for low to mid range buyers, as well as some great high end options if youre going for a higher end look. The staff is always professional, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable.On installation day, the installers arrived early and got the job done in no time flat. The stone looks amazing and you can barely see the seam!Im so happy I went with them.

Customer service was great, counter tops great, installers fell short a bit. I ordered Sequoia counter tops for my kitchen one week and had them installed the following week. They looked great, but we had a couple issues. First, one of the counters that butts up next to the stove arrived unpolished and installer installed it that way without notifying us. Second, when installing the dishwasher bracket, they broke a trim piece on my base cabinets. I reported the incident and MC Granite immediately responded to schedule repair, again with great customer service. The next week the installer arrived as scheduled and polished the edge of the counter, but used a reciprocating saw to remove the dishwasher bracket and finished breaking the base cabinet trim making it entirely worse and unusable. Lucky for them, I have a contact in the cabinet business and was able to get a replacement trim piece ordered to arrive before the holiday. The installer and I settled for $100.00 bucks for the inconvenience. The experience was okay, but I would make sure to watch the Installers, accidents can and will happen from time to time and unfortunately some arent reported to you.

Go elsewhere! There are so many locations near here that will provide better service and options. If you want awful customer service and a team that will not cater to their customers please visit this location. If everything goes smoothly the experience is ok but if they mess something up, which they did for my second experience with them, there will be no reconciliation to make sure their customers are taken care of.After our installation was botched and the seam was in the wrong location for install we reached out. Julio (a manager) told us that our countertop would be remade and we would receive a discount on this project for putting up with a delay in installation and issues with the original product.The next day we call to get an installation timeline and another manager tells us they have never heard of this or any discount we were to receive. After a heated conversation she says they may be able to remake the countertop but can’t guarantee anything.We eventually get the new countertop installed a month and a half after showing up onsite. They confirmed we will not get a discount of any kind for the terrible service they rendered. Don’t go here.

I used MC Granite 10 years ago for a few projects and was very happy with their service. They are clearly not the same company these days. We went in to choose a slab and get our new kitchen project going. The sales person took my information and gave me a rough quote. I wanted to seal the deal that day and get the project going. They were apparently too busy to take my money that day. Many days later I got an email with the quote and promptly replied that we were ready to pay deposit, reserve the slab and get the template done. Again several days passed until that paperwork arrived. After sending in the signed documents with auth for deposit no reply for a weeks. I decided to stop by and see what the deal is. To my surprise the granite I had chosen had someone elses name on it. They assured me there would be enough for both projects and it had just been tagged that day. Next day they text and say sorry there wont be enough and gave me other options of slabs Id already turned down. They claimed it had been sold for months just not tagged as sold, which I know was not the case, based on what the sales person told me the day before. I would shop elsewhere if you want honest customer service. Very disappointed.

MC granite provided and installed our kitchen quartz counter tops. Lorena was very knowledgeable and we chose the Giotto quartz which we werent even considering but Lorena heard us and knew what we wanted. The Giotto looks beautiful in our kitchen, its perfect for our family.......with just small thin lines of grey veins. The installation was smooth and fast. Like many others we had the pleasure of working with Lorana. She was helpful, pleasant and informative, but non-intrusive.The customer service orientation of a company is truly only known if something unexpected happens. Because of a miscommunication we had an issue that came up. I’m happy to say it was handled pleasantly, professionally and fairly by the people at MC granite.I also must say we weren’t the easiest customers to work with. We (actually my wife), had a very hard time deciding on our selection. Lorana was very patient and never made us feel uncomfortable. She symbolically “held our hand” through what for us, was a stressful decision process.In addition our installation wasn’t very easy but the installers did a great job. When an unexpected installation issue came up they went the extra mile to make sure the install was done right and the best way possible.The pricing for everything was very fair and transparent. Even though I spent more than my allotted budget (because we decided to increase the size of the countertop), we are very happy with the results. I also want to mention that everyone we interacted with at the company was friendly, pleasant and made you feel at home. If it were possible to give this company zero stars I would. BE VERY WARY of purchasing from them! I chose a beautiful slab for my kitchen and scheduled the install. When I had not heard from them on the scheduled date I called and they said I had the date wrong and it was the next Monday. Even though I knew I had the date correct I agreed to the amended date. They then called and said by the way the seam placement had been changed and there would now be 2 seams - one right in the middle of my work space on the counter. It would be very obvious and unsightly to have it there. They made the excuse that the granite was just too heavy to be able to be installed - my current counters are granite and the seam is where it belongs - in the middle of the stovetop. When I said that was unacceptable it was revealed that they had broken my slab when fabricating. Hence the pushed back install date and the additional seams.They were deceptive and very shady. They then tried to pawn off a slab that was nothing like the one I had chosen. I got frustrated and just cancelled the order. It took me almost a month to get my money back and I am still awaiting the refund for the sink I purchased. I had to dispute the charge with AMEX as their excuse was they are changing merchant vendors. Not likely. I dont believe a word these people say.

Denise was great to work with. I had limited options since I did not want to change my cabinets and I wanted a quartz product. She showed me options and her follow up was great and we had our new countertops within a few weeks. The installers were great too!

We decided to have new countertops installed after owning our house for 28 years. So off I went to both Home Depot and Lowes. Both stores were there to answer all my questions and give their opinions on what, why,, how,, etc.. I left both of them feeling very overwhelmed and thinking maybe it was a mistake to undertake getting counters installed. My daughter said just think about it and then make a decision. While driving back home, I said Lord, I need help. Could you give me a sign. Like a Big one. One where you slap me in the face. Nothing suttle. Well no sooner had I said that when I looked out the passenger window and a McGranite car drove by us. I started cracking up. There was my sign. I called immediately. I asked the person who answered the phone if they had a sense of humor. They laughingly said No, nope nada. I told them my story. She said, come see us. It was on a Friday afternoon at 4:45 and we couldnt make it before closing. She said come tomorrow. But also advised me to go on the website and look at some of what they had to offer. I did and picked one that I loved. Screenshot the granite and waited for Saturday. Got up, went, looked and felt overwhelmed at all the beautiful granite they had to offer. My husband said, go and look. Dont base what I like on price. Look at the granite first. So I did. It was so hard to decide. After leaving the yard where all the granite is, I saw a scrap piece that I loved. I asked one of the sales people what was the name of this piece and they said, oh, thats the Cristalino pattern. I said, No Way that was the very piece that I screen shot the day before. God smacked me again. No Suttle sign. Then, I asked the price. It happened to be one of the least expensive ones they carry and one of the most popular. Sold!!!!! I just had my counters installed and I LOVE them!!! McGranite was so helpful and with me through the entire process. So highly recommend them.

Horrible communication and botched service. Installers showed up without warning, multiple miscut pieces, staff is unaware of who scheduled what, cancelled appointments day-of. No urgency or initiative to find a solution from staff. Highly disappointed.

The Reception/Sales, Measurement, and Installation team are great! Happy with the quality of work and of Granite that we got at a fair price. My 3 star rating is for the terrible billing service. The invoice was written for 4 sinks at the beginning, somewhere along the way 1 of those sinks got deleted. They came and brought 4 sinks and installed 4 sinks at the installation no problem. We put in our down payment, then were asked to pay the rest with the card we had on file with them after measurements prior to the installation. No problem run the card for the remaining. They found out later that they had not billed us for the 4th sink. Instead of just calling us to say oopsie we made a mistake and didnt bill you for the 4th sink. They just sent two threatening e-mails about accruing interest and putting a lien on our house for the unpaid balance of 68$!!! Didnt get a call until a month later and was bewildered because we thought we had paid in full already. The person who called couldnt even tell me why we still owed 68$!!! Very poor accounts receivables department.

Weve used MC Granite twice now, and could not be more pleased with the product and the courtesy of all the staff. From Victoria the salesperson, to the person who came out to measure, and finally the installers themselves. I would definitely us them again.

I was unable to find the marble slab I wanted until I went to MC Granite. They had a large selection that was better than any of the other places I checked. Pricing was also better. As soon as the cabinets were in, they on a Monday and delivered that Friday. BTW, I live three hours away. I worked with Maryori Velasquez and she was extremely helpful. I have waited a little more than a year to post this review. In March of 2019, I went to MC Granite looking to update my kitchen countertops and vanities, and I am pleased to say the project went well from start to finish. My granite countertops both fit & look great. I was pleased with their selection, prices, and professionalism. The showroom/front office ladies were kind and helpful (thanks Victoria for guiding us through). The gentleman who took the measurements was quick and utilized technology to get the perfect fit & the installers were careful and speedy. In my experiences having work done on my home, it has been rare when a project goes just as you hope, so I figured MC Granite is deserving of this review(even a full year later).

I was referred to MC Granite for granite and marble stones, when I remodeled my condo. Victoria is super nice and very knowledgeable. I went back with a special request, as I wanted a marble top for my table stand. Victoria made sure it was done perfectly, and it looks amazing!I get so many compliments on my fabulous kitchen granite and enjoy using it everyday! Horrible experience. They had to re-cut my countertops 4 times and damaged my newly painted cabinets during the process and didnt fix them. They had to re-measure every time because the counters never fit. We had to go pick out another material because they ran out of the one we originally picked because of how many times they cut them wrong. Then, when they couldnt get the final countertops right, they were at my home until 1AM trying to make them fit and they still werent 100% right. I would not recommend this company.

We just completed our third project with MC Granite, this time our kitchen countertops. We worked with Shane Thompson again and he was very knowledgeable in helping us with our selection. We LOVE the quartz that he helped us pick. Communication was excellent from walking in the door to completion. Our installers cleaned up everything before leaving, and Shane was able to offer assistance in finding a vendor to install our backsplash. Highly recommend.

Mc granite made a fireplace in my backyard and it has been so amazing for my family and I, especially during these times. We’ve been able to enjoy bonfires and create great memories thanks to them!

We went with MC Granite because of their Google Reviews and because a friend recommended them. Were so glad we trusted the reviews/friend. Literally, from the day we walked through their selection and picked out our granite to the day it was fully installed/sealed was 8 days. Thats pretty amazing considering how many companies tell you it will take 3+ weeks to install. The ladies in the showroom were extremely helpful to my wife; informative and friendly and never pushy. They gave us a specific quote and stuck to it. It was noticeably less expensive than other competitors (who dont have nearly the stellar reviews MC does. As for measurement and installation, they both were convenient and worked out great. Diego and Theago were amazing installers. They were in and out in under 2 hours, cleaned up after themselves, did an excellent job on the seams, and educated us about how to care for it. Everyone who works for this company is friendly and professional. Will recommend them to everyone!

My experience was great! I dealt with Shane and Mary Ann both were extremely helpful in all aspects. I even personally met the owner he was so great he even help me pick out my granite. the guys in the yard were great he even pulled out nine slabs of granite before mine came up. Please use Murphy Granite Outlet or another company to save the possibility of a nightmare experience. I wouldn’t risk working with this company. I can’t stress enough to find another company. It’s not worth taking the risk and hiring MC Granite to possibly experience what we did. Rainbow and butterflies turned into a hurricane and wolves once installation begins. I have videos, texts and emails to confirm that all that I am sharing is 100% factual!!! Please be warned. Initially, April and Cliff were very friendly and welcoming when the project first began. There was granite that was leftover from another job and Mc Granite needed space for new inventory. The granite was attractive and price slightly discounted for the above reasons. I was still spending $4,500 which would have been $5,500 if my husband didn’t remove and dispose of our former tile countertops.I wanted to be certain that the granite that I selected is what I would love for many years. I went to MC Granite’s main site in Kennesaw to view their selection before finally confirming that I would select the leftover granite. The measurements were taken to begin the project. I was beyond thrilled and gave all involved gingerbread cookies. I contacted Cliff to inform him that I wanted a taller backsplash. We based the new 1-1/2 inch off of their “professional” measurements. The long backsplash behind the sink NEVER changed. This is shown in the template that they emailed us. Cliff was welcoming of the change which I greatly appreciated. He said that they would like to get the project done before the beginning of the year so I decided that we would select the two days before Christmas since I was ensured that the project would be done in one day. My husband said that we can’t afford any mistakes since the granite is being installed two days before Christmas. We have very large gatherings for the holidays. I was ecstatic to show off our new countertops. My husband did his own measurement in the other areas that weren’t behind the sink and didn’t base it off of their Estimator’s measurements. He let them know that the backsplash would be too tall. Cliff said that it was already cut and hopes that it fit. They got there and of course the backsplash didn’t fit. Including the backsplash that was behind the sink. This area did not receive a requested change of measurement. That had to be very accurate and based on their measurements since it went under the window. Cliff tried blaming us for this immense mistake. His installer went outside where I followed and began to film the conversation. Cliff said that I requested a change on the backsplash height. His installer responded saying “the measurement behind the sink was from our estimator’s measurements and never changed. He measured it incorrectly. “ I had to leave for the day and assumed that the correction would have been made immediately.We are very forgiving people and would have been very accepting of this mistake if they apologized and corrected it immediately. It goes all downhill from there. The installers CUT the cooktop cutout INSIDE of our house and didn’t COVER or protect anything. I got home and was in disbelief. My husband had been working for four and a half hours on cleaning up the dust that covered all of our dishes in the cabinets. It heavily coated all of the exterior and interior cabinets, and dusted almost the whole two levels of my house. All of this was happening two days before Christmas. We spent almost two full days of non stop work cleaning up the house. I was worn-out and deeply saddened.Texts show the unreliability of Cliff and the twists and turns that we experienced. They measured the backsplash incorrectly a SECOND TIME and tried to charge us $800-900 for their mistake!!!! I also filmed this. We didn’t have a functioning kitchen for a month! They didn’t correct their mistake until we decided that we were going to take LEGAL action and contacted MC Headquarters. We already paid in Full for the countertops and they hadn’t completed the project.

Great install crew. Weverson and Gustavo made sure everything was taken care of. On time and very friendly. Did a great job and I am recommending them to family and friends

I found this place purely off of the Google reviews, and Im glad we did! Victoria was so helpful while picking out our granite and answered every question we had. The pricing was the most competitive I had found in the area. The measurement and installation process was seamless, and the guys installing were super informative and made sure I knew how to take care of the granite going forward. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for new granite!

My friend had his entire kitchen counter tops fabricated at MC Granite and recommended them highly. I needed 3 small pieces for a shower we installed and found a good remnant at their shop. Teresa helped me with the entire process and treated me as if I was getting a much larger order. They worked with me to get the best end product which was perfect for what I needed - the parts came out quickly and their craftsmanship was outstanding.Cant recommend them or Teresa enough - thank you!

We just had our countertops installed. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was very professional and accommodating at all times. The installation guys showed up on time and were done with everything in a short time. After they left I noticed the dishwasher wasn’t closing. I texted my rep Jamie and she had them come out the next day. It was an easy fix. The countertops look beautiful! They did a great job!

I am a contractor and have been using MC Granite for the past couple years.They have a huge selection, reasonable prices and always have great customer service.Sometimes things don’t go right, but they always step up and make it right which goes a long way in my book.I highly recommend MC Granite!!

I had an awesome experience with the installation of my granite counter tops.From the moment I walked into their location the staff made me feelcomfortable and welcomed. The representative was very knowledgeable,courteous, and accommodating. Not only was the service beyond what I was expecting but also the price was reasonable and they had a wide range of granite to choose from.The installers who came out to my home did a superb job with the installation. They were detailed, pleasant and I was amazed how the workers maintained a clean area throughout the installation process. They removed my existing granite without breaking it and replace the new granite perfectly. The installers went above and beyond the call of duty. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome and will definitely recommend MC Granite to anyone. . Our experience with MC was great. We are homeowners, not builders so we needed a lot of hand holding. Maryori was out project manager and did an outstanding job communicating with us and ensuring that all our wishes were met. MC performed very high quality work at a very competitive price. We highly recommend MC and Maryori.

We have used MC Granite for two projects in our home (the first being much better than the one this week). We liked them because they have a nice granite/quartz yard with a wide selection and competitive pricing. Our kitchen was completed a little over a year ago, without incident, but we have experienced some chipping and rough spots on our granite. So, we asked them to check it out when they came to install our bathroom quartz this week. The template guy, who was an hour late, checked it and said that they would smooth everything out and seal the granite. He also measured our bathroom and we confirmed that everything would fit ( it is custom after all). This week the crew came to install the quartz and smooth the granite and we are very disappointed with the results. The granite is somewhat smoother, still not great, and they did not seal it as promised. Worse, they butchered the inside and frame of my new custom bathroom vanity shoving a counter top with sinks on it that did not fit ( the template guy and installer should have told us the sinks would not fit properly). When they called and my husband spoke to them about it, the only response was oh well, it is just the inside of the cabinet. Total disrespect for my property and the fact that I had just spent a lot of money to install a brand new cabinet to have it ruined by their incompetence or laziness get the measurements right. No one spends thousands of dollars remodeling their bathroom so that every time they open their cabinet door to get a towel they see a gouged and scratched up inside of their cabinet. I am very disappointed in the response we received.

I had an overall fantastic experience with MC Granite on my counter top purchase and installation! After searching for several weeks without success for a counter top that my wife and I liked we stopped into MC Granite to see what they had. We worked with their Project Manager Shane Thompson who took great care of us throughout the process of selecting a counter top material, quoting the job, scheduling the appointments for template measurements/installation, fabrication and follow up after the job was done. Hats off to their installer Christopher as well, he is a true craftsman and took great pride in his work. I couldnt be happier the customer service and the end product MC Granite delivered.One additional note, MC Granite is one of only a couple of counter top fabricators in Georgia that has on-site capability of Leathering the finish on counter tops. When we requested this finish at other manufacturers we were told that the counter top would need to be sent off for finishing which added an extra week or two to the install date. If you happen to be looking for a Leathered or Honed finish on your counter tops MC Granite can do it on-site.

I highly recommend MC Granite countertops, they are capable of handling any size project, without compromising quality and/or customer service. I am a long time repeat customer and most recently had MC involved in two very large projects, installing slabs of stone on both my kitchen and master bath walls, needless to say- it turned out magnificent!! I would like to thank Jamie Gray, my sales girl, for spending countless hours assisting me on selecting the perfect stone, Josh the programmer.. for making sure my stone was perfectly cut, Chris and Thiago (and team) for installing the slabs with almost invisible seams, book-matched on 10 feet walls, Ben for facilitating and always being of assistance, and a very special Thank You to the owner of MC Granite, Luciano, for personally making sure that any and all concerns were addressed and my high expectations were met, it definitely comes from the top and I cant say enough about this team!!

MC Granite Countertops was successful in completing my bathroom project in a timely manner. I visited the office, a granite specialist assisted me (on behalf of Cliff) picking out a granite slab and scheduled my appointments accordingly. It was smooth process from that point forward and I would recommend MC Granite Countertops. Recommendations, I would suggest you physically visit the site to make sure the granite piece is the right one since different slabs have different cuts and patterns.
