This place is so great, I visited twice in 1 week. The first day played games with friends and ate appetizers which were great! Second day I took golf lessons with Joseph Laurentino who was extremely helpful in improving my golf swing. Topgolf is lucky to have such an acclaimed golf instructor there, he is top notch, just bought his book too... The negotiable golf swing looking forward to reading it, ordered it on Amazon.
Absolutely brutal experience. I walked into the store on a Wednesday at 2pm (fairly dead) and I wanted some help with picking out a putter and 5 wood. There was plenty of staff there, but no one seemed to have a care in the world or any urge to help.I stood by the golf simulators and waited for help (2/4 bays were available). Employees walked by several times and never acknowledged me; the impression was that being at work or even showing interest in the job was beneath them. I mean, I get it… I had a college job at Spots Authority one year, so I knew that job was not my passion or career, but I still showed up and gave good customer service. This was just an absolutely bad experience.
One of the MOST disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had in a retail establishment! I stood around in the drivers section for about 20 minutes watching salespeople walk around talking to each other, greeting other customers… they were wearing traditional expensive looking golf type attire, I was wearing worn out blue jeans and an old Harley t-shirt. I finally spoke loudly to someone asking who should I talk to about drivers. His response was to point to another person and say him. Then he walked away. I approached this person and he took me over to the simulator and without asking any questions, handed me a driver and said “warm up, I’ll be right back”. …. … He never did. I was at the simulator for over 30 minutes. I decided to walk away. Saw him in a different area and told him I got tired of waiting. His response was “I started helping others, want me to get someone else?” Ummmm NO! About 5 minutes later, a younger man came up and asked if he could help me…. I explained the situation to him and he seemed apologetic and helpful. But by then, I was so upset, I said no thank you, I’ll go somewhere else. Well…. I did. Immediately went to Dick’s Sporting Goods. They were very helpful and actually cared.l, without regard to way I was dressed. I walked out of Dick’s happy after spending $4300.00 on a FULL set of clubs, bag, shoes, and clothes. NEVER assume anything about your customers and brush them off because of jeans and a t-shirt.
This review is long overdue. First off Ive been shopping in this store for a very long time and Ive had some great experiences and some sub par ones. Most recently I had the pleasure of meeting Wes Davis and I cant begin to tell you how much of an asset this man is to this company. Honestly I was starting to walk toward the door due to being ( What I felt as ignored by two other club employees ) both of whom have been there for quite some time as Ive seen them and been helped by them in the past. Anyways as I was going toward the door is when I first met Wes. He immediately picked up that something wasnt right and without me even saying anything to him. I was asked if I needed help and was everything ok. I briefly spoke my displeasure of the service I recieved this visit and was ready to take my business elsewhere. Wes convinced me to give him a chance to make it right and boy I am so glad I did. He stuck by my side and answered any and every question I asked the rest of my visit. That also included helping me in clothes, shoes, and acessories. Wes made sure I was 100% happy all the way to the front door. I went from not buying anything to spending over $1500 solely because of this associate. Wes sets the example for what myself and other customers expect when we come into your store. His product knowledge and customer service is maybe the best Ive ever seen. Thank you Wes and you have earned my business exclusively from now on.
Yesterday a friend of mine who is looking at getting back into golf and myself went to the PGA Superstore in Kennesaw. The time and attention given to us by Store Manager Pam and a great golf fitting Associate Wes was absolutely first rate. I would recommend the store and these employees to anyone who’s looking for assistance with their golf game.I think what I enjoyed most was Wes’s approach to helping us; gave us options but at no time was into high pressure sales. In a couple instances Wes actually steered my friend away from a more expensive set as he felt it wouldn’t be the best clubs for my friend.Bottom line is that my friend will be coming back next week to pick up his set and was so happy with service that he intends to bring his wife in so she can also get a set. Thanks Kennesaw PGA Superstore.
Mega huge! Love the variety and customer service. Its hard to know where to start in this place. Spent almost an hour checking it out. Definitely the place to go for golf goods.
Very good advice regarding club fitting on irons and 3 wood. They did a great job reconciling a mistake they made on grip application to a new set of clubs. It is my now confirmed go to place for anything golf related.
Went in looking for a set of new irons. Hit several different brands in the bay. Found the set I wanted and the associate was very helpful, trying to locate the exact specs I was hitting in the bay. Couldnt find the exact clubs, so he helped me make the purchase online and they are on the way. Ive never had a bad experience at the Kennesaw location.
Great location - everyone is always helpful inside.
Great store and fantastic customer service
Pretty much anything thing you want for golf or tennis. Size might be the only problem. Like mine, they didnt have extra large gunboats.
I ordered a Dri-FIT Victory Mens Golf Blade Collar Polo and also aNitron Auto-Open Push Cart. I placed this order on Monday afternoon before 1 pm. I chose next day shipping for an extra $100.00. I did not receive my order until Thursday. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is the fact that I did receive my order. But if that is next day service but is in actuality 3 days later Im not sure if I will waste my money again. Order # 03134843.
Very poor in update and communication, ordered stuff but now following up on call but no one is responsible for my order.
Went and hit some balls testing out irons. Their selection of irons on display were depleted, but they had irons of every manufacturer available to hit.
I bought a practice net for Black Friday and it had a defect. Not their fault but I had to drive an hour and a half to get a new one which they did for me but didn’t receive even an offer of compensation for the time spent correcting the issue. I’m not asking for a new club but some new balls, glove, or tees would’ve been thoughtful. They should realize that these PGA stores aren’t on ever block and that if your returning an online order in person that should say enough. The store looked great but they aren’t very considerate.
PGA TOUR Superstore is my fathers favorite. It is large and all of the employees wore masks and the vast majority of the customers were as well. Since the store is so large, social distancing was easy. My father was very happy with his new driver that he purchased. They even have practice cages for golf fitting of clubs. It seemed to be a big help for my dad.
Friendly staff. Expert advice
I love love love this place! The staff here is so friendly. They don’t bug you to leave if it’s closing time. Instead they leave you alone and let you finish your shopping. Selection is for clothing, accessories, golf clubs and bags is incredible. They frequently mark things down but even the regular prices are on par with Amazon, big box stores and discounters. They also sell used clubs which is nice. Return policy is very generous too.
Chris Shaw is amazing and thats all! Not only does he have unparalleled customer service, it is obvious that his leadership is infectious! The people who work there appear to love what they do. Matt gave me advice on golf clubs and I was reticent at first but took his advice. The clubs have been game changer for me and they were $400 less than what I wanted. Alexis is an incredible representation of the PGA store and will remember your name, pause to speak, even clown you every now and then! Just excellent people and an excellent environment.Chris always has time to chat about golf, whats new at the store and even remembers courses youve played and ask about them. What sets him apart is this: I had an issue with an employee, left him a note, and he called me from vacation! I was convinced that he was the kind of executive leader that this store needed and would grow as a result of having.I can say so much more but I will end here: I would give them a thousand stars because of the people! The merchandise is always good and in stock. This is my store and I am thankful for experiences like this! They remind me that customer service is still a proud priority.Sincerely,Dr. B. Keith Hodges
Pam could not have been more polite, or timely. I know she had multiple things on her plate but, took care of my issues promptly. Other employees were helpful and polite as well!
Impossible to find anything out on the phone. I called 3 times, was on hold for ten minutes one time and hung up on.
Stopped in just before closing to pick up a putter that was being customized. I had changed my mind on the specs and I needed an arm lock grip added. They cut the shaft to my new specs and installed the grip while I waited. They could have easily asked me to come back the next day to pick it up. Great group of guys in the clubfitting dept.
The store has been on the decline from a service standpoint for years. The registers are always understaffed and the lines are really long and slow. The club repair is the one bright spot but I think I will just shop for my golf needs online. I went in to get spikes today. I asked someone on the floor and they basically guessed where they were. After about 15 minutes of searching, I gave up. Just as well because on the way out I passed ten people in line to checkout. The store has become a good idea with really poor execution.
Great service but what I needed wasnt currently in stock.
Large store with everything you need in order to get outfitted for golf. All the major golf brands are featured and they also sell tennis equipment as well.
Service here is OK. If you know what you want you’ll be fine. If you need clubs fixed they will do a good job.
The two pros who helped us with iron fittings were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The clubs were not in stock but may order online.
Came here with full intention of buying a new driver. After about an hour and 1/2 of complete chaos I gave up. I of coarse wanted to try out the new drivers in one of the simulators .After about 10 minutes I asked an employee if I needed to get on a wait list for the simulator. I was asked to wait “right over here”. After I got passed over 3 times, I decided to give up. Great Setup...ZERO organization/execution.
I had a great experience here. I was helped instantly and was given a good tour of the store, there are lots of great options here and plenty of people willing to help. I specifically was helped by Matt Kopec, I would suggest asking for him!
Chris Shaw and his team are awesome when it comes to customer service. Professional and supportive.
I understand were in a pandemic but to the Karen here you cant make people were mask that have health issues and are excluded medically from this
Jim Clegg gave me very patient and knowledgeable advice on the proper set of clubs for me. The service dept team, led by John Greene, fit the clubs for me expertly and in a timely manner.
Matt Kopec was an amazing fitter. He did everything that was expected from an amazing experience and more! He gave me some very good tips and sold me on a product that was perfect for my swing. Thanks Matthew kopec. Will come back just for kopec!
Drove 80 miles one way to go buy new fairway 3 & 5. Also took with me the $400. Driver I bought last year.Their salesman named Jim was not working, unfortunately for me. He is Great and a true professional.Anyway after waiting for 20 minutes as I watched their sales people converse with each other I asked for some help. They acted like it was a big effort and really didn’t try very hard.I hit several balls with my old driver and a few with a Taylor 3, never any further assistance offered. We finally left and drove home. Doubt I’ll ever grace those doors again. Sad such a great facility and such bad customer service.Anyway, just live and learn.
Always a pleasant experience
Worst experience in a retail store I’ve ever had! Walked into the store 20 minutes before close I know but I walked right in and went to ask for immediate help rather than wasting time! I had one club in mind and just wanted to look at it and I was going to buy it! To whoever the tall skinny sales rep his, management you need to look into replacing him because he’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with in sales!! He told me they were getting ready to close and he couldn’t help me. This store will never get my business again!
Loved the simulators, Great place to try new clubs
One cannot get help even with salespeople walking around. I stood by the drivers for 45 min waiting for help from the salesman nearby. Not only did this salesman avoid asking me if I required assistance, he avoided eye contact. This is the second time in a week this has happened. Guess Ill buy that new Mavrik driver elsewhere.
New golfer here! Very nice Selection and Extremely helpful staff! I will be back.
A fun place to visit with the new putting green in the front. The e-commerce experience not the best as I tried to take advantage of the cyber Monday deals. The manager was helpful but should be a better way. Took 30 minutes.A big shout out to Kaylie - front cashier. I got to witness how she engaged with several customers as she checked them out. Wow is she good. I seldom see someone with her talent make conversation with people. Better figure out how to keep her.
Not too busy Sunday noon. Got my bus done quickly.
Club repair staff is great. I have brought several clubs in and I have always walked away pleased with the work and attention especially when dealing with Jack. Customer service is pleasant if not lacking and dismissive sometimes in the fitting and purchasing area. I go here on a regular basis since its not far from where I live. Ive purchased everything from full sets to a dozen golf balls. Its a good store not a great store only because it promotes more of a retail atmosphere than a customer service atmosphere.
Reviews about the service are still spot on. I went to get fitted for some new irons. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. Was told first come first serviced. So I went. Stood around for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to help. It appeared that most of the employees were walking around doing nothing, talking to each other or helping their friends. It was obvious that I was invisible. So I asked about club fitting, was asked if I brought my clubs, I said I wasn’t told to. He reluctantly said well you don’t have to have your clubs but it helps, hands me a club with standard shaft and says when one these bays opens up let me know and I’ll watch your sing an give you some choices. When a bay opened up, he was gone, I waited about 20 minutes for him to return, he watched me hit several shots then offered me ONE alternative shaft, I asked about offset, alignment angles, loft, none of which seemed to matter to him. No help, no sale, I won’t go back. Would have had the same experience online. If you aren’t friends with someone who works there or look like a tour pro, don’t bother.
Love this place so much I have to make a trip every year from Chattanooga!
Overall, I think its a great store with quality products, over-priced for me personally. However, this review is specific for a great team member running the tennis center. His name was Jimmy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. First, he took my tennis racquet late in the day and made sure to have it ready the next day. When I picked it up, he let my children and myself try out the courts with it and gave some advice on how to get my boy better at tennis if he wanted to pursue it. Great customer service and passion, Jimmy!
Great store but needs additional staff.
Stop in to buy some Nike Tennis shoes, sales person spoke to everyone except us...look at us but didn’t speak. I put the shoes back. Will support a small local business instead!
Wonderful place to shop, HORRIBLE & rude staff. No matter who I ask for help, its always a rude and unpleasant worker
Found what I needed, cleat selection was limited but I found them, gloves were a bit tough to sort through but they had what I wanted.
I have been going to this store during my lunch hour for easily 18 months now, 2-3 times a week to use the practice bays. I love the game of golf and have purchased a lot of golf equipment there. The annual membership is a great deal, and Yuri, one of the golf Pros, is AWESOME. I really value the her insight and instruction. However, after that, everything pretty much goes downhill from there. The service is pathetically horrible. Today I was in the store to use a practice bay and after checking in at the front (very nice young lady actually called back on her shoulder phone to let them know I was coming) waited 30 minutes for someone to come and turn on he computer, ...never happened. If today were the only poor performance at this store I had experienced I would not be writing this review, in all fairness sometimes things just happen, no store anywhere is perfect. Nevertheless, remember folks, I have been in this store easily sixty times over many months, this review is not based one a one time visit. Today I had just had enough and felt it was time to speak some truth to all potential customers and the silly owners who pretend to value customer service. In summary, this store is well staffed but has an ingrained culture of poor customer service. I fully expect to receive a response from the owner but have absolutely no expectation that anything will change. Hopefully, with luck, if you visit PGA Store in Kennesaw your experience will be pleasant and beneficial. Yes, it is possible, just not likely.Regards,Repeatedly disappointed
A great golf store.
Very disappointed with the overall experience during my last few visits. Most recently, I visited the store with the hopes of trying different shaft combinations for my irons. The gentlemen in the fitting area was dismissive as he was preoccupied with whatever work he was doing on his computer. I acknowledge that it was busy, however, being in a customer service oriented industry myself, there is an appropriate way to express to a customer that they are important, and that you will address any questions or needs that they have as soon as possible. Eventually, I entered a bay unattended, grabbed a few of the demo irons, and recorded my launch monitor results myself. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing my new shafts at this store. I do feel that it is important to note that I have always had a good experience specifically with the folks that work with club repair. / UPDATE : I have since been back to the store on two separate occasions and my experience has been a complete 180 from my statements above. Everyone that I encountered has been attentive and helpful!! Very much appreciated.
Great selection.. Prices are a little high, especially in the used club section. Store associates were friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if the new wedges were priced individually. There were several I was interested in, but they were not marked. Thanx.
Service pretty average I had to go to the front for help, stock and selection of the item we were looking for wasnt great, rather buy your tennis gear online
Not enough blue shirts and no one regulating the time in the bays. Waited 30 minutes to get fit for a 3 wood and left without getting that done. Too bad because some of these guys are pretty good fitters.
I showed up 10 mins after opening wanting to buy a new driver. I told an employee and they put me in a bay with a 7 iron to warm up. 30 mins later no one has checked on me and I can’t get anyone’s attention. I decided to leave and again no one notices. About an hour later bought a new driver from the competitor down the street who gave me the service and attention I was hoping for. First time shopper here and I won’t plan to come back.
Lots of choices, great facility.
The underlying theme here regarding the PGA Superstore in Kennesaw is they have no culture or leadership for customer service. It is evident by managements responses to complaints by their copy/paste reply. Their sincerity reeks! I too had the same experience. Having just moved to the area, I went to PGA Superstore with the intent to purchase a new set of irons. Every staff member I encountered couldnt have been bothered. I was told that I couldnt use the bays because they were all being used for fittings. When I inquired about getting fitted for a new iron set, asking if I needed to make an appointment, I couldnt even get a straight answer. Is it possible to leave negative star reviews? PGA Superstore management, you need to be fired! Wonder if I will get a copy/paste response.
I felt like I was inconveniencing the person when I asked to try out a couple of wedges. Something about hitting the ceiling, balls are practice balls, etc. I just returned the wedges to their homes and left.
The reviews about customer service are correct - no one offers to help and everyone is just milling about. The PGA should be ashamed to have this location bear its name and logo. My twenty minutes spent walking around I noticed at least 4 staff that looked at me and then turned away when we made eye contact. The store itself is unkempt and could use someone, anyone, that cares. The only reason you get a second star is the club repair guy was at least efficient. Not friendly by any means but efficient.Good thing there isnt any competition in the area. Left with the feeling that the store knows its closing soon - it probably should. Why was there a college kid sitting on the counter behind the register talking about his classes? One thing is for sure, driving to the buckhead Edwin watts wouldve been a better use of time.
So I went to this location to check out some tennis rackets. A female employee who was restringing a tennis racket asked me if I needed help. I said, yes I have not played tennis in over 20 years and do not know where to start when looking for a new racket. She simply looked at me and said okay and did not help or ask anything else the entire time I was there. They either have no knowledge of tennis or dont care I will not be going back to this location again.
Its been a few yrs since Ive been down to the store. Ive been reading the reviews and Im not sure I want to make the 1 hour trip. Ive been working in Birmingham for the last month and I took my clubs with me so I could play a few rounds while there and my clubs were stolen out of my truck. Now Im in the market for a whole new set but am concerned about making the trip after reading the reviews. Why should I make the hour trip?
Jack was great, very helpful like always.. Austin help me also and he was very friendly. Brandon help us with club fitting and he really was great help. Really appreciate the help and educating us on what to buy. Thanks..
Had an impressive time getting good clubs fitted for the first time. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Great experience.
Great place to shop for golf or tennis.
*UpdatedI said in my previous post that I would not be back. I eventually caved (because I golf and I do love this store) and gave them another shot over the summer and purchased a 3 wood from here. That experience was positive enough that when I needed a new shaft for my driver that I decided to go back in last weekend. One of the fitters spent a lot of time with me to help decide on the right shaft for me. I returned a couple of days later to pickup my driver and was only handed a shaft. The head of my driver was no where to be found. The manager was very apologetic that my driver head was misplaced and asked that I give them 24 hours to locate it and if not located they would replace it with a brand new one. I was frustrated and inconvenienced to say the least but was pleased that they had assured me they would make it right. My driver head was never located but they did replace it with a brand new one and even threw in a gift card for my inconvenience. I applaud this store for making good on their promise to make it right.I have seen a positive change in the staff at this store over my last few visits and I will continue to shop here until given a reason not to. I hope they are able to maintain their seemingly increased focus on customer service.*old postWent in hoping to try out a 3 wood to purchase. I walked into the Taylor Made fitting studio. I started looking at clubs hoping that one of the three associates would come over and offer to help me. A few minutes an associate came over (did not catch a name but he was dark haired and slim built). He asked me if I could leave the booth so that he could help fit another customer. I said sure no problem but asked how I could try out a 3 wood I was interested in buying. His response was that he would try to get to help me when he could. So I stood there and waited for 20 minutes or so until the guy was done getting fitted. Another customer had walked up in that time period and asked me if I was waiting to go in there and my reply was that I was if I could get any service. At that point the same associate looked at both waiting customers and didnt offer to help me. I walked out. I will make my purchase and get fitted elsewhere. I will not be back.
Normally I have a really good experience when I go the the PGA store in Kennesaw. Yesterday I was unnerved by the golf manager. I walked In and although I have intentionally engaged her because of the business I do there she looked right at me and didn’t speak. No worries... people are busy! I noticed that she spoke to other customers. I then ask, as I usually do, about merchandise I’m interested in being on the shelf for a certain duration and hoping to get a better price. Over the walkie talkie she was cold. Again, no worries! The final straw was about a putter cover that looked like it was left from someone who purchased a premium brand putter. I was buying a putter cover and asked how much and about an even swap. The next scene in this story was what brought me to a place of needing to approach her! She spoke sternly and with body language affirming, “... $29.99 the FINAL PRICE!”I went over to her and asked if I could say something to her and began to tell her if the money I’ve spent there and the loyalty I have to the brand! I told her that they make money when I buy golf equipment there. She was immediately defensive. She was ultimately dismissive. Here is what I expected since she knows who I am, we have had encounters about clubs and other golf related things: Mr Hodges this is all I can do or unfortunately we’re really tight there... I’m a good customer. I left yesterday feeling that the PGA store probably won’t get penalized but that store may lose my business to another PGA store. What pains me is that 90% of the people at the Kennesaw PGA store are just fabulous... especially the younger staff. They are stellar! Period! This was an unpleasant experience and I think I’m just going to go elsewhere!Signed,Missed A Great Opportunity To Be Great
Arrived 20 minutes before closing to get a grip for my lob wedge. Figured I would pick it up the next day, girl did it right then. Could have made me happier. Very helpful too.
Great deals on the clearance isle. Good prices all around.
Great if you want to go buy something and know exactly what you need. Anything involving talking to a human...horrible. I break a fair amount of clubs, but will be taking my business elsewhere. Order online and shut this place down.
We got there early on a work day so service was great. Awesome selection of gear. Could most likely find better Prices elsewhere.
Asked if I could trade my clubs in and get fitted for new ones and they told me to go over to a fitting simulator and I waited for 20 mins and no one came to me. And I asked again and no one came won’t be having my money ever again.
Bad experience today at the Kennesaw location. Spend good money here and love the personal service people like Jack provide. Wanted to upgrade a club today (unfortunately for me but good for PGA as I do this often). Would not work with me and the cashier treated me like I was trying to get over; look at what I spend. Floor manager was ok with what I was trying to do but cashier blocked or better yet frustrated me into just giving up. PGA, pretty good attempt? This is the problem with monopolies as big HD $$ has unevened the playing field; thank you Arthur. I’ll try the internet but will miss Jack, best in the business.
I did wait for 30 minutes after I told a girl behind the counter that I needed assistance. One I got assistance I couldnt have asked for better customer support. The did a customer fitting and I bought a new set of clubs. I love the PGA Superstore!
We drove up to this location to get a new golf bag and they were closed..... An HOUR EARLY! Nothing posted about closing on the site or at the door. I havent been impressed in the past with their customer service, but this was just unprofessional. I will not be coming back.
The worst pga superstore Ive ever been in. Ive visited numerous times when in town, customer service cannot get any worse than this store, if there is another option for your golf equipment go anywhere but there. They literally act like your inconveninceing them to ask them a question. Bought a $400 putter and they dont have time to hunt the head over for the putter, its embarrassing and people wonder why the golf business is dead!! Stay away go somewhere else, and this is not a one trip bad visit its like this every single time I go there
Ordered a Ping driver that I ended up having a few issues with later and they went above and beyond to solve them. Great staff
Cashier in her late 50s gave us a very difficult time making a return. Then after the exchange was made, she commanded us as to which door to exit out of. We said we were going to shop and she demanded us leave our bag with her, suggesting directly that we were thefts. Horrible customer service. Someone desperate to get her power-fix any way she can. My husband has shopped here for ten years since he started golfing. We shopped here 3-4 times a month but we will not be back to a place that leaves you feeling like a theft for making a return and shopping. Terrible. Would much rather shop somewhere else online than spend our time and money being treated like s*** by a retail employee.
My husband and I spent $600.00 Feb 10, 2016 for each of us to get six lessons. We had first one February 10, another set for Feb 25 and another March 2nd. Have tried every day since to get other three classes scheduled for Wednesday March 16, March 23 and March 30. Told cant book too far out, next day they are all booked. I am beginning to understand the bad customer service ratings I have seen now.
Customer service and In store information concerning Events and programs seem to lack... Some good values of you shop often, but again service and professionalism need some work.
In over 2 hours I wasnt asked if I needed help or assistance once. 2 of the 6 hitting areas for demo clubs arent even working. After hitting for 5 minutes I was told by some kid in his twenties that I could only hit a few more so the next guy who hadnt waited nearly as long as I did could hit. Not to mention they didnt have the driver I came to hit, and dont even carry Scotty Camerons. Not to mention the machines are wildly inaccurate. Both times Ive come have been almost a complete waste of time. Go to your local club and demo or buy online. You will get a better experience and save time and money.
Probably the worst place to spend your money for golf. Management sucks and support sucks. I took my son there for club fitting and they are too busy caressing the old cods who are looking to spend $3k+ on clubs. Save your breath for this place it sucks.
Tanner was an awesome help he was very patient and allow me to choose the best club for my swing
Helpful staff.
Terrible service HORRID RETURN Policy. Went in to return a shirt that was a gift from my wife and management handled the situation very poorly. Turned me away and said no returns whatsoever. Manager had the ability to provide store credit but refused too, will no longer give you my business.
Know one has a clue about golf equipment in there. Ive been in golf equipment business my whole life and in there they have little knowledge on the subject
Awful customer service, complete lack of attention. I went in there with the intention of buying a bag, G30 irons and woods, not to mention a putter/shoes and accessories. After wandering around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence I decided to go elsewhere. The store wasnt even very crowded, I did notice an employee working on his swing in the simulator...very disappointed.
My favorite store. Friendly staff. Top notch for all your golf and tennis needs.
I went in to look at Scotty Cameron putters. They have them Locked up in a plexiglass case!!!! Thats ridiculous. I went to Golf smith down the road and they DONT lock up their SC putters. I know I could walk around and find someone to unlock the case but thats a major PITA! I dont mind the little sensor things they put on the shafts but locking them up is dumb. They just lost the sale of a $350 item.
The only redeeming quality about this store is jack in club repair. They have two sets of rules. One for their favorite customers and another for the rest of us. I tried to trade a new in the package callaway xr 3iron. Trade. Not return. They told me they dont trade for single clubs. So I walked to the used section I found several 3 and 4 irons. Cv when I told them about it they laughed. So unless you are someone of great importance stay away
Pitiful customer service.
Terrible customer service. If you ask for help they act like you have just ruined their day. They need new management in the worst way.
They do a great job with re-shafting and grips... But if you try to hit some demos or talk with one of their pros, buyer beware. They have no clue and youre often treated like an inconvenience. Extremely frustrating.
No idea how this place is still in business. Customer service is a freaking joke. Was there an hour and not a single person asked if I needed help. Finally found someone and they were rude and condescending. Skip this store at all costs.
Good people.
Great and thank you
Great service👍
Great place for all your golf needs
