Not only did the owner do a rush job last minute, he went above and beyond to explain the process, my options and did not take advantage of me in a “tight squeeze” of time on the price. The finished product was amazing! This is the “personalized touch” you just don’t get everyday and those that cannot be duplicated by a machine!

I was searching for a lst minute birthday gift that I wanted to monogram before leaving to travel out of town. I stopped by this morning and found a tote and also received assistance choosing a style and color for my monogram. I had a busy day and did not have time to stop by to pick up my bag, so I had decided to just pick it up when I returned from my trip. However... to my surprise... the owner called me and said she was waiting for me (even though it was past normal operating hours). I was so grateful to be able to pick up the bag today and incredibly impressed with this gracious and thoughtful customer service. I walked in and he acted like he didnt want to help me. I am new to this and went in to get a quote for some T-shirts. He didnt offer any of his ideas of what I could do and told me my questions were complex. I told him yeah because I am new to this and YOU are the expert. I had question on shirts that were in his store and once again he wanted to stay and sit behind the register and let me do this on my own. You can have him. He wont earn my business.

I wanted a particular font for print on shirts. An embroidery place a mile from where I live could only do limited types of font styles and they recommended Embroidery+ to me. Embroidery+ can do any font style. Great people, great service!
