This company is completely outdated! Why cant I see the inventory of store online or place a pickup order? I have to call you guys to check inventory and speak to a rude employee? And the employee had the audacity to tell me that the website inventory doesnt indicate the stores inventory! 🤦‍♀️ Why else would I call? Theres a reason I avoid this company.

I love this place! They sell so much from decor to arts and crafts. The store is always clean and product is ready to find. Always enough cash registers open for check or. Cashiers are always friendly and you can always find an employee close by in case you have a question. The prices are compatible if not cheaper than other assets and craft stores.

I had not been in this store for years forgot how much it has to offer

Store refused to price match another local Hobby Lobby store or honor their online price. Not enough registers open causing really long waits to check out.Management was kinda snippy when questions were asked about the pricing.

Always understaffed at the front end. Nice store but always slow service.

The bathroom was very dirty.I saw 5 people wearing masks while we were there, and 3 of those people were my family. Little to no respect for social distancing. Disgusting lack of public safety measures. I expected better of a Christian store that supposedly cares about children.

With there being a pandemic, I am disappointed & concerned in the amount of people allowed to shop without masks. One recent visit I counted 8 people while shopping. 8! One lady said she was not coming back if everyone isnt required to wear masks while shopping. Maybe make a visible sign on each entrance and throughout the store to kindly remind the dear people to keep their nose and mouths covered while in the store. I only gave it a 3 because of this issue. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 because I love the store. Its clean and you will more than likely be able to find what you came in for.

Even though I dont agree with Hobby Lobbys views on politics and religion, I do sneak in once in a while when I need something I cant get anywhere else.About 8 years ago I used to take my then 6 year old granddaughter shopping there, it was her favorite place and she loved playing and changing the displaysSince my arthritis has gotten worse I cant crochet or knit anymore but I still come in for other craft things.

Super friendly staff when my wife needed tax exempt purchases for her school. Other than that its your typical hobby lobby!

Useful for general use items, and crafts, but but not a great selection or price point for fine art supplies. Critical to search clearance items and use coupons strategically. Archaic sale structure requires the customer and clerk to manually check and enter sales discounts which is needlessly difficult.

Clean store, and professional, kind employees. We got a 16x20 frame, museum glass, and a custom mat for our diamond art canvas made within minutes of requesting the order. Fast, friendly checkout.

Its ok and has some really cute decor. The only thing I dont like is the quality of the products. The stakes I bought for my yard will not hold my plants or hummingbird feeder or anything for that matter.......they just fall over, lol! Then I bought a ladder shelf for over $100 but once I got it home I realized its not worth that price! This place is a nice store, and has some cute home decor, or picture frames, but as of furniture its cheaply made.

Yes! I am a man. Yes! I am a husband. No! I do not like going shopping. Yes! I go to Hobby Lobby with my wife when we are out and she needs something from there. Ok, enough of the comical intro. The fact is this is a great store. They have so much craft material, wall hangings, models, furniture, etc, etc to shop for I may even make my wife wait on me sometime. Check it out if you havent, its a large store so social distancing shouldnt be a problem. Super large selection if items. Bet you wont walk out without purchasing something.

Great place to go for your arts and crafts! One of my favorite places to visit!

While the store does have unique inventory, team members dont seem as though they actually desire to help. Additionally, they DONT require masks, so in the 10 minutes I was in the store, I saw at least 6-10 people without masks, and another 6ish employees wearing their masks below their nose. While I enjoy their products, I wont be back for a long time. I just dont feel like they valued the health and safety of their customers. Fortunately, theres nothing there that I cant get somewhere else, so I will be making the choice to do so from here on out.

As someone new to the art world, I have been into hobby lobby twice. First time I bought some basics for a new project Im starting. I went back today to pick up some extra supplies and I saw the posters to download the app and get a 40% off coupon.Woo!Download the app. See the coupon. Bunch of restrictions listed so I get an item that isnt on the not allowed list.Go to cash out and Im told that I cant use it because my item has a yellow sticker. As you can see below, there is no mention of other restrictions apply or not valid on items with a yellow sticker.The manager just said you cant use it on that. I showed him the app and he said well you cant use it. We cant do that.So, I left without buying it.I went on the website and sure enough, that coupon says not valid on items with your price yellow sticker. My coupon did not say it.There are plenty of other art stores that will either clearly list restrictions or make good on it to not lose a customer for life.Merry Christmas?

Robert Smith was an absolute gem. He not only carried the dresser I brought to the front but waited for me to finish checking out and carried it all the way to my car. He went the extra mile and helped me figure out to lay down my seats in my SUV. He was kind; friendly personality. When I loaded my young son into the truck I was looking for a buggy return and couldnt find one. He had seen me looking ad he had already made his way to the front of hobby lobby ( I was parked all the way in the back). He then walked all the way back out to retrieve my buggy for me. Wow. Excellent service and the kindness I greatly appreciate. My son keeps me on my toes at age 4 and sometimes such a small gesture is so BIG. Pretty cool place. Didnt have what I was looking for, but also had a bunch of stuff that I didnt know I was looking for. Really great place for browsing, buying decor, getting into Christmas way too early and grabbing things to keep you occupied in your down time. Great atmosphere, well kept, and friendly staff. My only issue is the lack of signs, which forces customers to rely on memory or sheer luck to find what they need. Other than that, its a pretty swell place.

Who doesn’t love Hobby Lobby?! I only gave it 2 stars though because out of the year I’ve been coming here, I’m yet to experience a staff member that makes time to actually help you. Every time I’ve asked for help here it’s always met with a grumpy attitude and the least amount of effort possible. Looks like others have found the same. Sorry guys, other Hobby Lobby’s have been great but this location needs a snickers.

Nice to hear uplifting music in the store. They have a wide variety of yarns. Today I got 30% off yarn on sale.

Very crowded on the weekend & difficult to find parking but the checkout lines moved quickly. Employees are knowledgeable on where find sale items. 👍

Awesome place to find so many things for crafting, art, hobbies, home decor, holidays, and gift giving. My favorite thing about Hobby Lobby is the companys christian values and how much christian decor and items they carry.

Hobby Lobby has interesting things. You can find things that you certainly wouldnt find at other stores like Marvel pictures and poster, artificial flowers, and other cool things. However, sale signage can be deceiving with small print, and lots of people working but not many helping. Certainty worth a browse.

Got a picture framed and Kynlee did an excellent job! Very detailed and high quality. I was amazed by how good my picture looked! Everyone was very friendly too

They have mostly what I need for scale models however their paint is always out of stock. However, I have been able to find some items here that I couldnt at Hobbytown such as Tamiya putty, and weathering kits. Also, their prices are always more expensive than Hobbytown USA, which is disappointing; however, they do have good sales. I wish their selection of scale models were better.
