Our countertops turned out pretty good, with some issues. The main problem was the lack of communication and addressing issues after the installation. Our issues include a fairly visible and slightly uneven seam, a chip near the sink, and some scratches in our brand new sink. Also, the plumber was problematic. He was very rushed and borderline rude, and he not only scratched up our new deck when working outside, but he took extra parts to our sink without asking. I understand damage can happen while doing construction of any sort, but It’s very frustrating that once our payment was processed the owner decided to ignore us. After attempting to communicate these issues with him, nothing has been addressed.
