Ordered a cake 10 days ahead of time, called 4 days before and confirmed they had our order and date/time to be picked up. Showed up to pick up our cake at the designated time and it had not even been started, they actually had no idea that a cake was even ordered even though we verified 4 days prior. No response from manager or corporate when we contacted them.
Call before you go…their posted hours don’t match those on google and even then they closed early.
I needed a m&m cake for a birthday party and I didn’t get it ordered in time for the 2 hour window before they closed. I called and explained the situation and they accommodated my order regardless of me being late and I was able to pick my cake up right on time. The staff was very nice and I appreciated them getting this done for me.
My best friend and I have been enjoying Great American Cookies for 25 years! We were so excited to get double doozies for our family! When we went to checkout the manager would not give us the price clearly on the menu! He said he did not know how to give us that price 🤨 We were so disappointed and left without our cookies! This is unacceptable and they need new management STAT!!
Ordered a cake 3 days ahead. It wasnt ready at the time listed on my order. Was told it would take 15 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes, and when she showed me the cake it said someone elses name. My cake still wasnt made. Nobody offered an apology or seemed to care. Disappointed.
We always get birthday cookie cakes from the town center location. Always happy but this past b-day we were especially thrilled. We asked the cake decorator to try to draw a boy dabbing and he said he would try. It turned out great!! My son thought it it was hilarious. I wish I could add photos. It looked awesome!
Do they not have cheesecake and other brownies anymore? Or just this one??
My friend and I had the worst experience here today. Great American Cookie has been Our Place for over 20+ years. Today the actions of the most unprofessional manager ever forced us to leave without our favorite Cookies. The menu CLEARLY stated that 6 double doozies were$18.95. The horrible manager refused to give us that price because he said I dont know how to do that. Unacceptable. New management clearly needed.
Yesterday, I bought a cookie and a water bottle from the Great American Cookie in Town Center Mall on the lower level. I found $6 on the ground and gave to the cashier, Tasia, to keep behind the counter in case someone came to look for it. I handed it to her and she said thanks for buying my lunch. When I asked if I could use that money to pay for my order, she said I can give you a discount instead and gave me the 15% off employee discount. She was very rude. I am never buying from them again.
Totally awesome! they had this red velvet cookie that was to die for! but they only have it for like a month or so before they get rid of it 😭😭
Really good. My boyfriend used his $5 coupon to get me the buy 10 get 3 free cookies and the domino cookie is really really good I got 3
I generally love GAC stores but this one makes my stomach turn a little. They wear one pair of gloves to bake and touch the cookies AND to handle the money. They never take off the one pair of gloves to change to new pair.
I am a look mad right now my head could literally explode!! I asked to have my cookie cake ready 11am March the 4th they said okay and place my order in person. Well they forgot to mention they dont open to noon 😠😠😠😡😡😡😡 so we wont have our birthday cake till after his birthday.

My husband called yesterday to put an order in for a cake. The women he spoke to was extremely rude and told him uh, you know you can do this online? He said are you telling me I need to do it online? She responded with just tell me your name.He was so mad he just hung up and ordered it online.This company better be glad they make good cookies bc this customer service sucks!
I got a water that I payed for and I was drinking for over an hour before I realized there were old brown cookie crumbs along with strings of hair follicles in my water. I was disgusted. I went to tell them about my dirty water and the only thing they could do was give me another water with attitude. Didn’t even let me to the manager. I will never return again.
Actually closes at 7. I think cashier just didnt want to serve. Very rude.

The male staff member that served us eas great friendly, and accommodating. Picked up 6 simple cookies and a doozie, staff wore gloves and very polite.Some of the background enviroment was highly clutter and disorganized.Great expirence other wise, will go back.
Aside from the cookies being good customer service is horrible. Guy was on his cellphone the whole transaction and I had to ask how much my order was and he told mehold on Im on the phone like excuse me but if you want to be on your phone then you dont need to be working. This kiosk needs some extreme training.
Once Tasia left, the customer service got wayyyy better! Me and my friends stop by all the time now for the brookies
I am so disappointed in the service. My mom and I were waiting in line to choose cookies. I noticed an employee in the back corner on her phone. A gentleman walked up behind us and she decided to come out and help him. She didn’t even acknowledge us. Her name was Dominique (sp). I have worked customer service for over 15 years. Anyways, won’t be back.
They sweep and mop then serve ppl without washing their hands or putting gloves on this is everytime I go there and I decline and say never mind
