Tyler, who is the manager or owner, was very friendly and helpful. Also, I was given a very fair price for the trade in I took in. Excellent selection of action figures/collectibles and video games/consoles. The customer service overall was good from other staff members as well. Will definitely continue shopping here.
My go to place now for any Pokemon related games. Wish it was closer to Atl proper. The prices for trade in are a little low but you can check yourself since they mostly use eBay prices to match to you.

Fun shop. Its got awesome selection but you arent really going to find good deals on figures imo... Basically eBay prices or higher across the board.
Amazing selection and a local business! I was able to pick up an original playstation and two semi rare games! I def will be going back. The only issue is this store is ran based on the community, so come and sale your games and support local! P.s.: they have any retro game system with a good selection of video games that you can think of, and the prices are relevant to current market value.
No other words to describe them except AMAZING!!!! Every time I come over I keep finding unique collectibles that keep adding to my always growing Batman collection. We arrive just a few minutes before closing if not a closing time 🙈 yet they still took the time to take care of us with great attitude and making us feel VIP all the way.Thank you guys, keep it up!

This has to be one of the best stores Ive ever been to! Just from walking in I saw a myriad of retro games, instantly I got that kid walking into a candy store feeling and completely lost myself in the selection of games they had. The people there, Tyler and Shannon, are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about games. They are also very close to their community and obviously care about their frequents and other clients. After grabbing my haul they even let me have a sonic poster free! They are really kind and Id recommend this place to anyone who wants to bolster their collection and also have an awesome shopping experience. On a side note after using their garbage pale kids machine one of my friends is addicted to collecting them now (they also gave us a free glow in the dark card, have I mentioned how kind and generous they are yet?) Please visit this place if you are ever around!

Helpful staff, good selection of old games. Knew way more about old consoles than I did and seemed to be giving another customer the benefit of the doubt on a trade-in offer. The selection was kind of random, but that is too be expected given that I assume most of their inventory is trade-ins.

I was told about this place by a family member of the owner. I am glad she told us about it because I saw some many Christmases from the past all over the place. They have a large collection of retro games from NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, etc. They have a ton of action figures and statues. They have a large selection of comics as well. This is a must stop for retro gamers and comic fans. The giant Hulk statue was my favorite attraction.

This was my first time visiting, I’ve been to local game stores in different states, Colorado, Michigan and even here in GA. This is by far the best, they have a massive selection of games for all platforms especially retro you could spend days in here looking, it’s impossible to see everything... if you love to game or collect, this is the place for you... Visiting the store in-person is a bit of a drive for me, so I recently started ordering online. I was very pleased with my most recent order. It was packed securely and shipped quickly. The games themselves (mostly PSP, GameCube) were in great condition, many complete with manuals, etc. I trust their eye more than a random ebay seller.There was one game on my order that the staff emailed me about, because their only remaining copy had some cosmetic issues (Pokémon Pinball was missing its battery cover). They wanted to see if I was okay with the condition and gave me the option to swap it out. Communication through email was very prompt and they updated my choice to replace the game in time for shipping.Support small and local businesses! 🙏

Havent been to the actual store (didnt realize, at first, that it was a brick and mortar location), but ordered some collectibles through their online website. Prices are fair (a free shipping threshold would have compelled a bigger purchase, but not a necessity) and the website is fun and functional. More importantly, they took great care of the goods they sent, wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed in a sturdy box. The items were flawless. If Im ever in Kennesaw, Georgia, Ill be sure to stop by, say hi, and likely leave with a few more collectibles.

I used to love the store for many years whenever I lived in Georgia years ago but every time Ive visited the store since I moved theres been less and less good priced stuff and I tried to sell a Funko Pop worth over $500 and they gave me a low ball offer some super rare pops.

Wow! You guys know how to run a retro game store. I have been to several and none come close to the selection or care (for collecting) as this shop. Really, really impressed. Cant believe it took me almost two years of living in the ATL area to visit. I also have to add how competitive the pricing is - the online store is comprehensive and up-to-date. Staff was easy to talk to and didnt chase me around. Really enjoyed my first visit, you have a happy new customer.

After reading other reviews I feel like I have to say this first:● I was greeted by the nice young lady behind the counter when I walked in.● I started browsing and she was helpful when I asked for it. Then another guy showed up and was even more helpful than she was.● And, this type of store is not going to be perfectly tidy. I should not have to explain why a shop that sells and trades would be set up like a cutie pie boutique.This place is great, whether youre collecting or reminiscing, the selection is very good. The staff here are down to earth, maybe it is a personal preference, but I cant stand being chased around a store. I came to browse, they let me. I asked for help, they helped me. The pricing here is fair according to how rare or what condition the merchandise is. I was happy to see what I was looking for wasnt over priced.Another thing that made me respect this place even more is their confidence in the used 15+ year old games I was interested in buying. I didnt ask for them to prove it, but they showed me that each game works before I bought them. First impressions are lasting. And I am looking forward to coming back and supporting this local business.

Love these guys. Always honest and fair with their prices, and always willing to drop some advice for free. Anytime they havent had what I was looking for, theyve directed me to another store, or to an online store that had it. They do trade ins, and they give you a fair price. Wonderful people to strike up a conversation with, so go in some time and just say hi. They dont mind if you go in just to look around for a while.

I do not usually leave reviews, but I just had to for this store. I had the best experience at this place while buying some vintage toys and a few video games. The store was very busy, yet they still took the time to make sure each game worked properly before I bought them as I do not live in the area. I did not even have to ask, I simply mentioned I was not from the area and the owner himself said he would like to double check the games to make sure I would not get home and have a problem. Excellent customer service!!!! Any time I am in the area, I will be back!

Place is aces. Tyler is an absolute boss. Today I watched him help an elderly customer beat a level of Lumines on her handheld system, she came in specifically to ask for his help - Tyler beat it, FIRST TRY FRIDAYS, like it was no thing, and went back to business - what a legend.

Great people and knowledgeable
I just moved to this area from Indiana, and this place is, by far, my favorite place to go. The staff is real laid back, but very attentive to customers, and theyll just talk you, like a person. Very knowledgeable about games, and really reasonable about prices. I also started getting into their POP figures... never really cared so much about them, but their selection is so vast, Ive picked up numerous things for myself and my wife. Honestly, to find an obscure character that she likes and buy it for her is awesome. This really is a great place to go if you are in to gaming, figures, and comics. Id give it a 10 star rating if I could!

Unprofessional. The comic book was NOT clearly marked do not touch. This was my first time purchasing comic books in your establishment and I had no clue that the comics were not for sale. The issue that you had at the time is the same issue that you seem to have in your response to my review ... you assume things incorrectly ... Even though it was not for sale the problem was the approach given. The lady blatantly yelled you cant touch that!! as if I am a thief or a child. The approach could have been executed differently i.e excuse me sir, those comics are not for sale at the moment. They will be made available on x date would have sufficed. The way she made me feel in front of other customers was terrible. Although I was treated in such a demeaning way, I still made a purchase and tried to explain during that purchase that the approach given was wrong. Rather than listening to my point of view, the lady was still combative. There are many other stores within the area that offer better customer service and tact. Personally, I choose to no longer shop here as a result of this interaction. I wish you well and hopefully this serves as a learning opportunity. It definitely was for me.
