JCP has always been my favorite place to shop. Reasonably proceed and a nice selection for a one stop shopping experience. Clothing departments are well stocked right now with great fall selections. Fitting rooms are open in most areas.

Sales representative was very helpful in exchanging the shoes I had purchased on line. I returned the pair that did not fit and had a new pair sent to me at home. Store was clean and observed social distancing.

Im not the type of person to leave reviews unless the service was extremely good but Im just annoyed. All I wanted to do was speak to someone about a return and before I even said anything the lady said “I can’t hear you call back” and just hung up… Then I tried to call back different departments just to try and reach someone but no one picked up.

I would have bought a few shirts and pair of dress pants,BUT CANT USE FITTING ROOMS STILL . UGH . I did buy my 2 yr old grandson a few things . But I would have spent more of I could try them on.. ughhhhh

One of the biggest JCPenneys Ive ever been in. We found the exact items we had been looking for, even though the girls formal wear section was not very large.

I live in Rockmart Ga now I have to go back to get them to remove these. I live at least a Hour away so now I got to waste time and gas because they didnt remove them, they should at least give you something when this happens cause its not our fault 😥😡

It was going great till we got home . Once home a discovered that not only did my shirt still have the magnet on it but a it also had a nasty smell coming off it. We have shopped there on multiple occasions but almost every time we get home he discover that one of are shirts still have a magnet on it.

It was a pleasant trip, found some very nice Summer outfits!

Curb side pick up did not exist,I could find any assistance.had to go park go in was told to go upstairs,then the escalator was broken, didnt get good information

Employees were really rude and didnt want to help. Sales marked werent accurate and cashiers didnt care or check signs. They would only go off what the register said.

Coupons valued from 10% to 50% off were handed out as we walked into the store. Once you lifted the seal your percentage was revealed. It was a cool way to amp up your shopping experience. Great deals throughout the store + coupon value made for awesome savings.

Customer no service. I had to return item so I went to customer service. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Once it was my turn to be served I was told that they do not do returns at customer service. I was also told that there was a sign stating where to return things to. When I asked where the sign was the lady responded they must have moved it. I am absolutely furious that they would not provide customer service at customer service. because of the lousy demeanor of the employee I had to deal with and the ridiculous policies of this company I will never shop here again. There are more convenient places for me to shop and when this place finally closes I will have no tears for the people who lost their jobs because of poorly mismanaged and terrible work ethic that led to its demise.

Love shopping at Penneys. I always find what I need. Disappointed this trip however. NO ONE available to help and unfriendly when I finally found someone.

Caught a wonderful sale today. Since Penneys brought back the St. Johns Bay label I will be shopping here more often. Wish this store hadnt been reduced in size so much. I really missed the selection they used to carry not just in clothes but in housewares as well.

I have shopped at this store for decades and now the chain is struggling to stay afloat. I love the sales that they occasionally have and I have found some spectacular stuff. Its reasonably priced, for the most part, and merchandise is good quality. If you want/need to be frugal and not spend a fortune for anything, JC Penney is a favorite for savings.

There were lots going on, different sections for diverse items. The clothing line was full of items from towels to shirts to bedspread to pants and many more. The shopping experience was really good.Ambience was calm and it was easy to select items you wanted. The mall parking was free too.

Unfortunately, many brick and mortar stores are slowly dying. This store is a bit of a drive for us, but still support it. Wish their inventory was better. I always feel that the end is near for this store. Will be a sad day if it happens.

Katherine was extremely helpful finding the right fit for my sons shoes! She went above and beyond to find a particular shoe he liked. She sized him, found the shoes, put them on, laced them up and helped him decide if they were the right shoes for him. We went through 6 pair before we got the right pair. She was so patient and understanding. She took her time and really care about her customer service. She gets an AAAA++++ IN MY BOOK!!!! Way to go Katherine!!!!

What’s the point of curbside pickup when you can’t even check in through online cause it cant find my order number and then when you call no one picks up you gotta go into the store to stand there waiting on your order??

No good close soon I get there. No sign the hours of operation.

There are never any associates to help in any department I visit. The line is always long at the one register that has a cashier. Just not enough staff...its sad to see the decline in service. I love Penneys but it looks like they are spiraling down. The GOOD part is that every time I shop here the associates I finally get to help me are so friendly and have a great attitude. Thats saying a lot since they are overworked and understaffed.

Very nice store front. Always has the sizes I need. When ordering online the pickup is free and fast.

Either restaff the store. Or close it. No one seemed to want to be there and the service proved it. There is absolutely NO REASON that every person I encountered on the bottom level of that store was unavailable. The person in your intimates department needs a whole attitude adjustment. Whomever Darla is needs a refresher course on customer service. When asked if shed be able to assist me by another associate in the makeup department she said I guess? . UNACCEPTABLE. the only two people out of 6 that I encountered that were even remotely appropriate was the lady at the Sephora counter, unfortunately I didnt get her name and Nancy who was upstairs when I finally got tired of standing in the no line downstairs waiting to get something checked so I could either purchase or leave. The ONE thing I found and was happy with, I didnt even buy because Im not sure I want to complete a transaction at all after the experience I had today.

Please bring back your price check machines. Its quite annoying having to track down an associate/nearest register and/or gather a few things to take to them simply to ask for a price check. And, then if you dont like the price, having to take those items back to where they came from. Price check machines are just so much easier, convenient, and I just love them! Bring them back!

One visit, and its clear why theyre struggling: no clear position in the market, e.g., better quality, lower prices, more selection, better service, etc. Instead: confusing mdse layout, depressing lighting, melancholy displays. Sad.

I visited the Sephora here and I wish I could remember the girl who helped me! The store was neat and organized! The girl was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly! She hooked me up with some amazing facial products that have, so far, been amazing for my sensitive skin! She knew her stuff!

For the most part the staff was friendly but I did over here one of the sales staff commenting to another on my presents and saying that guy AGAIN because I go to the mall several days a week and cut through JCPenneys. I found that Associates comment to be quite rude but I did not confront them and make a scene despite all the money that I do spend in that store. The one effect the comment did was cause me to want to spend more of my money elsewhere so I dont inconvenience that employee with my constant presence.

I went in today to find 3 Craftsman work shirts XXL and found only one. But, the assoc #1156 was very sweet and helpful. She asked what size I needed and said she would mention it to the person that places the orders. I appreciate her offering to do that.

Many people working. One overworked cashier who told me to go to the other line to check out. The way she instructed me to do so so rubbed me the wrong way. Lefty measly $100 purchase and left after 5 additional minutes without progress.

Very poor service here! all I did was come in about 5 minutes before close not even realizing that they closed at 6:00. I asked for a simple pair of sunglasses got nasty looks and back talk from the employees. One of them explained that people come in at the last minute and want to do this that in the other and I explained to them that good customer service has to happen as long as the store doors are open. Everyones got a smart alecky response but no apology for their poor service. JCPenney corporation should definitely review who theyre hiring at these stores.

The place was pretty empty but the cashiers were not happy to be there. Then when I tried to use my coupon she was not happy.

This place has great deals all year round not just on black Friday.

I have been to this store two times in two days, there was plenty of merchandise in stock. The store was nice and clean and had some great buys as well, the staff was very friendly and helpful both times I was there. I hope they continue to be around for years to come, I think people should buy from JCPENNEY and help pull them out of their slump. Fingers crossed for them!!!!!!

Place looks like its going under, lots of empty space. Probably could sale alot more if they came down on there prices. I use to love to shop here, not so much now!

I went to look for 2 items: summer dress for my daughter who is 21 to and 511 and a comforter set with matching curtains. All the dresses were for girls about 52-55. Couldnt find a decent dress to fit her. There were no comforter sets with matching curtains, either, so it was a wasted trip.

Found some items i have been looking for so I was very pleased

Clothes are nice, some are overpriced for what they are. The line system isnt great so checkout can be slow.

This location is in the Town Center Mall. The store reps were great. I found a clearance item online that was cheaper than the onsite clearance price. The reps honored the online price and were exceptionally courteous. Great job!

The pandemic has convinced Penneys and the Mall to abandon special accommodations for handicapped patrons.

Amazing service by the manager. I wish i knew her name, she went above and beyon. All i remember is she was latin looking and short and very sweet. Thank you, for find me my shorts. Especially i drove over an hour that day to get them. Thanks again

Didnt have what I needed but they did tell me where I could go to get it. They were helpful. I tried on a pair of Capris rhat were 2 size smaller than what was marked.
