A simple error that could have been easily fixed, but turned into a rude exchange of emails that was the worst customer service Ive ever recd for an online purchase. AVOID THIS SELLER! THEY CANT ACCEPT CRITICISM! If there were a 0 stars option, I would rate them that way.
I ordered a 36ddd which was confirmed in the order. I received a 34c. Its the insanity of the seller reply that got me fired up.They excused themselves by saying Bali doesnt make the grey bra in 36ddd.Okay so why did you sell it... And why ship the wrong size knowing its not what was ordered? Youre wasting shipping and aggravating customers. Very poor company and I wont be buying from them.

This company has the worst customer service that I have ever done business with. I ordered an item that had a manufacturing defect that was quite obvious. I asked for a prepaid return label to send it back because it was defective. They refused to issue the label. They told me that ordering online wasnt guaranteed, that I ordered the wrong size, that I was harassing them. Each email that they sent me got more and more rude and nasty. I turned the whole thing over to Amazon so that they could help me out. Be VERY careful if you order from them, you will get the blame if theres a defect in your item.
