Took a roll of carpet to be cut into four rugs to have binding installed. It was very obvious why they have been in business for over 30 years. The job was completed in less than a week, the binding matched perfectly and the price was half what carpet stores charge. I will definitely use RBS again and will refer others to them.

Very matter of fact,Very professional. No nonsense. Tell them what you want,save money and get it done! I took my Stainmaster carpet leftover in and in less than a week had a BEAUTIFUL bound rug. Oh and,less than the price of a welcome mat!

Excellent service & workmanship

I have used RBS about 6 times over the past 10 years for binding and serging. Each time they have done a great job for me. Ive brought in carpet remnants to bind, and already bound rugs to cut down and bind to my preferred sizes. Prices are very reasonable. They will advise color, if needed, and have always gotten my projects done quickly. They have numerous colors of binding and serge thread that will match any project. I am not a designer. All rugs have been for my home(s). I would recommend them to anyone, and have many times. For all those that say the staff is rude, you are wrong. They are direct and honest. I have always been treated with respect. They tell you what to expect/what the results will be, straight forwardly. They are not a design center. They do one size binding and one size serge. They are quick and efficient and dont have time to hold your hand. Figure out what you want before you go there. Tell them what you want, and leave your project in their very capable hands.

RBS does NOT even deserve 1 star.( It will not allow me to post without selecting a star. )We were referred to this company by a mutual friend that has done work for us in the past, so we trusted his judgement, EVEN after reading RBS reviews online. What a disappointment AND waste of time! Upon my husband entering the door, at 4:50, already realizing their business hours, hence we READ the reviews, location AND hours, He stated he had 3 pieces of carpet he would like bound for rugs. Before he even had an opportunity to finish his sentence he was abruptly CUT OFF by the rude man who stated, You mean you walk in here 10 mins before we close and want that done??!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! My non-confrontational husband simply turned around and walked out. First of all, let the potential customer finish his/her request,. Secondly, WHETHER or NOT he was indeed inquiring about getting them THAT INSTANT, BE PROFESSIONAL!!!! Just be kind. My husband immediately called me and explained what had happened and I, knowing how kind and understanding he is, called the man back and explained that NOT only was he RUDE and unprofessional, but that the reviews on his business had validity....and I would be adding our experience TO THEM. Poor fellow, still was rude and complained that my husband stormed out. I laugh at that...I have been married to him for 24 years and have given him numerous reasons to storm out....he NEVER has.Please read reviews and definitely consider them before doing business with RBS and others, I KNOW I will.

Really Encourage people to read the reviews to this place. Its some of the worst customer service you will ever get. Extremely rude, racist, and hard to work with. Was referred here by a friend and eventually went in to get a rug serged. They were talking to a customer in front of me about politics or something and actually saying the n word, like it was nothing. This happened when I went into the store for the first time. I ended up just leavingWhen I asked for a timeline on a rug over the phone, they told me about a week. Called again later to confirm it before I went up and then I was told maybe 2 weeks. When I got there after driving down from Marietta, they told me 3-5 weeks ( this is when I heard them drop the n word over and over)1) This place is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talking like they did in a work environment is just unacceptable2) They dont even have proper time lines for when they can finish their workAfter looking over some of these other reviews, im sure its a common experience from most people

Avoid at all costs! As you can tell by the reviews these people are very rude and nasty! Not only to customers but to thbe neighbors. I work in a neighboring business and the owner came out threatening me and trying to fight me because a customer parked in his parking lot. How can I control where people park? This old coward runs around screaming and yelling at people and trying to fight them. Avoid this company at all cost!
