With lot variety of shoes and brands, these stores were able to satisfy all public. Women, homes and children.

Pretty decent location. Good customer service, okay product and a variety of stuff to look at!

The sales clerks are always very helpful, I love the selections that are offered, and you can always find a good sale going on here. They have a rewards program as well, and that is added value, for me, as I have small children, and buy a number of pairs of shoes every year.

I wish that they would carry more 5 and 51/2 shoe sizes. Other wise the people who work there are very nice.

Not a great selection for adults, but good for kids. Does not sell house slippers.

I will not be shopping at Shoe Carnival in future due to my experience at this store. Most of the employees here are not friendly to begin with (salesperson today was very nice though). I ordered a handbag online and used my loyalty rewards for $20 of the purchase. They sent a brown one instead of a black one so I had to come to the store to exchange it. I have an autoimmune disorder but they had signs up that masks were required so I went into the store where I found out that they don’t enforce that mask policy at all. I decided to do a return instead of exchange. I counted 12 people without masks just in the brief time I stood in line to return. When I returned the items I asked how they would put my rewards back on to my account and was informed by the manager that they will not do that. So summary...they sent me the wrong item, I spent my time to go exchange it in person, they weren’t exercising proper safety precautions so I decided to return, it cost me $20 of loyalty rewards for their mistakes and carelessness. No more Shoe Carnival for me.

Marie is the BEST!!! I took my girls to go buy shoes tonight. Marie was so helpful. Most the time when I go in shoe stores they dont even hardly speak unless they are greeting. But Marie asked if we need anything, helped us find Crocs and she checked on us several times. She was so sweet and helpful. She checked us out and made sure we had what we needed. She is a perfect example of excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Thank you Marie at the Barrett Pkwy location. You are wonderful at your job!!!

I was happily surprised that they had options of wide width boots, I rarely find boots that fit my feet & calfs! Then my husband needed some light weight steel toe shoes and they had some alloy ones available along with a variety of steel toe shoes and boots. We both got what we wanted, plus for a great price with the sales!

They had a large selection of kids shoes which made my 2 girls happy. They each found a pair tennis shoes.

Shoe carnival always has a great assortment of shoes at better prices. You can save more by buying 2 pairs of shoes as well. The employees are very nice and ask if I would like help, its nice to not have to look for them like in some stores where associates are absent.

Good prices, they ran a buy one get one half price sale while I was there, and I got two sets of the same flip flops for 30% less than I could find them online. Not bad, Id say :)

Dont let the size of the store fool you! Between DSW, Payless, Marshalls, and Off Broadway, Shoe Carnival always has the best sales and I always find something here. Prices are great compared to the other stores and they actually have a great selection of name brands. Lots of shoes on clearance as well. Definitely my first choice!
