I went shopping for a pool table this weekend, and decided to stop by Ozone Recreation Kennesaw location. There was a floor model for sale that I was looking to purchase. The salesperson, Andrew was very helpful, and had me at the counter to complete the purchase. However, the manager, Chelsea, who changed the offer she originally gave the day before to make the sale waaaay more difficult than it had to be. She acted like she was doing me a favor when I am the one that is spending my money! She was very demeaning and displayed a very nonchalant attitude toward me, which just wasn’t going to fly! So I walked out and told her she can keep the table! How do the salesperson confirm and signs throughout the store display at a minimum 12 months same as cash financing, but it not available to me since I’m receiving free delivery, which was the offer to take the floor model with a chipped panel (no money was taken off the price of the table). Not sure if this how things are done at this location. I thought all money was good. I sure do not want to play the race card, but her attitude and tone was just totally disrespectful. So, I will look else where to spend my hard earned money! I felt bad for Andrew because he worked hard for the sale. If he works on commission, blame your manager! No CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!

If you’re after pool/billiard stuff, this isn’t the store that it used to be, and not worth the drive. They don’t even carry basic staples like the Willard shapers.As for your response… maybe your employee wasn’t aware of what you have in stock versus what you have on display, but he specifically said that you don’t carry Willard shapers. No biggie - Amazon Prime came to the rescue 😊

They had exactly what I was looking for and had good positive attitudes.

Customer service is good in the store while they are making a sale. Once they get your money they forget about you. We got a hot tub and theater sofa from them. Ordered them in June. They gave us a delivery time of August. We got the sofa last week and hot tub today, September 30. We had to call for updates. The hot tub was delivered and there was no owners manual, the store had our po box as delivery, even though we gave them the physical address more than once. There have been no follow up calls to make sure we got our items delivered satisfactory, if we are happy with them or anything. I dont know if I want to do business with them again or refer them to anyone. With the amount of money you spend here for items you would think they would provide you with better service, updates and follow up after you receive your merchandise.

Ordered Viking Cue along with carrying case.The performance and quality of both items did not disappoint.. Shipping was fast and we are very happy with our purchases.

Had some delivery schedule issues with my pool table, but have to give Ozone credit for making it right. I bought in early January and they scheduled Feb 23 delivery. Close to that date I called for an update and they pushed delivery out to April 8th because it was backordered at the manufacturer. With that being 6-7 weeks from what we agreed on, obviously I was not happy. But they went out of their way to do the right thing. The GM reached out and scheduled a delivery of the floor model of the table I had ordered right around my original delivery date and agreed to come swap it out to my new table as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer. When something does go wrong, which can happen to any business, you have to respect a company thats willing to step up and make it right. Thats why I say this business is worth your time and money.

I bought a Kamado Joe Classic 3 from Ozone Billiards in Kennesaw and had a very good experience overall. I opted to have the grill delivered and assembled which did take several weeks, but I knew that up front. When the delivery arrived, it was noted to have a malfunctioning lid latch with a small chip in the external coating (where the latch touched the body of the grill). I contacted Ozone Billiards and they contacted the company for me and got a new latch and touch up paint shipped out immediately. I added the touch up paint and new latch and its back to new. I appreciated the friendly staff and quick attention and concern for my issue which they helped to resolve very quickly. Would definitely do business with them in the future.

Drove an hour to this location to purchase a pool table for our newly renovated basement. We were not even acknowledged for nearly 20 minutes - WOW!!! On to the next one.

New store is wonderful & a vast upgrade to the previous location. Employees are knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend!

This place is unreal! We purchased a pool table from them roughly a year ago. In the meantime we had some standard issues in which they came out immediately to address the issues and didnt charge me anything. They make sure you are completely happy with your purchase and their customer service is superb! If you are in the market for a pool table then this is by far the place to buy! I did a ton of research beforehand so save yourself some time and go straight here! Not to mention their inventory is double any any of their competitors.

Went to Ozone to check out hot tubs. We were preparing for our first hot tub purchase and a real novice on what was required. Izak was great and a first rate professional. I am a pool lifer and to have a full service billiards center in my city is very fortunate. Ozone has a very knowledgeable staff with a huge selection of billiards ques, tables and accessories. I have purchased several cues from them over the years and have had tips replaced that has led me to become a better player and a true fan of the sport. Keep up the good work Ozone.

Walked into ozone hoping to see some napoleon grills first hand since Id only seen them online. Had previously been to an outdoor patio shop nearby and was not assisted at all.. they didnt deserve my business. At ozone I was immediately greeted and shown the features between multiple models. No hassle sales and got the best deal I think possible in all of georgia. Delivery was on time. More than I could ask for. Great job! Ill be back when Im ready to purchase a hot tub.

Terrible customer service. Great product. Expect to wait over a month to received your pool table. It has to get shipped to an installers first, get inspected, then the installers schedules an installation appointment day with you. My slat was broken the first time it got shipped to the installers, which delayed shipping even more. Product is made of real wood and is great quality though.

Yes I received the order. I have responded twice to your emails. I have explained in those emails that the tip came off the cue within the first week. Approximately two hours of playing time. I purchased a McDermot cue in the late 70s that i use that still has the original tip. Please advise.

I received my product as expect and I am very pleased with it.

This was the worst buying experience ever. Ordered a Viking pool cue. Sent three emails before I got a response because my order status never changed. My response was they didn’t have the pool cue I ordered however they didn’t have a problem taking my money out of my account. Then was told if I wanted a refund it may take 48 hours before I got my money. They did offer for me to spend up to $50 extra on another pool cue so went with a poison arsenic pool cue because I didn’t want to wait for my money and then wait another 3 weeks for another company to deliver. Got delivered today and it was in a box with just a little packing inside. Hope they realize fedex just lets stuff get banged around. Experience was absolutely horrible will never buy from this company ever again. Should have read reviews prior to ordering so I take blame on that for sure.

Amazing supply of BBQ grills, outdoor furniture, massage chairs, saunas, whirl pools, shuffle boards, foosball tables, pool tables of different sizes, pool cues by the dozens (with some in the thousands of dollars, and accessories for all of these. The staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. I was very positively impressed.

My husband and I visited this location in hopes of purchasing a pool table. This place had a great selection but the service was terrible. A guy named Shaun was suppose to be helping my husband. He was rude and disrespectful. He also had his nose in his phone. My husband tried asking questions and he acted like he was being bothered. He definitely didnt seem interested in selling anything. Wish we had a better experience with the staff! I dont think well be purchasing anything from this location!

Went in to add some weight to a cue that I bought a few months ago. The sales person was very helpful, answered all my questions very politely and did a great job.I cant wait for them to open the new branch at Gwinnett (I think it is... i was told that the new store will concentrate more on carom cues).

We had some trouble getting tub set up but their install guy kept working on it until we got it right. Before u get hot tub be sure to go online and learn how to treat water. I have disvovered thag only the owner could help in that everyone else was useless. Install guy Mark helped a great deal in that area also. Purchased entry level tub and would go back there for upgrade, good prices and selection for new.

Website easy to navigate and has a wide selection of products at great pricing. Customer service is horrible. I called to cancel an order I didnt wish to wait 3 months to fulfill. The promised fill return in 5 days. A week later I called again, they promised fill refund in 24hrs with email conformation. After 3 days I contacted PayPal. They set case dispute. Ozone finally updated my account with them, sent me an email confirming cancellations but Ive yet to receive funds some days later. Luckily PayPal confirmed I will be reimbursed regardless.

Always have what I need or willing to order. Stop every time in the area. If not I order from website.

I purchased a $3,000 from Ozone Billards. The pool table arrived 2 months after I placed the order. The installation which I paid $500 chosen by Ozone Billards did installation 1 months after the pool table arrived to their warehouse. I expressed my disappointment for the felt they installed as original felt I ordered was not in stock and the pockets were shaky and i was not happy with that and asked if alternative pockets can be installed. The installation guy told me he will get back with me for those 2 issues but he never had. I contacted Ozona Billards but heard nothing from them. Later, I left a 3 star review in their website explaining my experience with this company however my review has never been shown to public. It has been over 1 year now and my review still not there. If you look at their website, it is all 5 star review. This is because they does not approve any feedback below 5 star. Therefore, I am leaving this 1 star review and explaining my frustration with this company. Now thinking of my experience, I would rather go by local.

The online store layout was great and one of my cues came in pretty quick however if you order a specialty cue expect to wait at least a month even though the time frame says 1-2 weeks.

Bought a pool table and the guys that came to set it up mis-nailed the pockets and poked the nails thru the top of the table.. Destroying the wood.. Went into store.. Manager had me email him pics and never heard anything back from them. Also the felt they put on the table is coming unglued at the pockets.. And the balls wont rack right because the slate wasnt made even when they installed it..Shotty installation... Not happy... Never offered any resolution..Just useless promises to fix it..

The felt was never shipped from ozone until the follow day meaning it could have never arrived on time as it was never shipped ontime. If they refund me my money I will remove the remove but until this it stays
