Lots of different fabric, household items for decorations, jewelry making supplies, sewing machines, everything your sewing and artistry needs are. Love walking through gazing at the fabric and patterns. Even the Hubby likes looking.... Go figure. 🤗

Sale day and holiday weekend. Busiest Ive ever seen a Joannes. Needed more cashiers, but they might underestimated how busy it would be. Over all, a good experience. Clean.

Super friendly staff, everyone seemed eager to offer assistance. The store itself looks new and clean, and I saw employees actively cleaning while I was there (which I appreciate). Also, the registers and other counters were a great hight for me as a wheelchair user... actually, I dont think I encountered anything out of reach while I was there. They also had the sketching and sewing supplies that I needed, and at a good price. Great store!

Best Joanns Ive been to! So many fabrics to choose from. Super nice, extra knowledgeable Workers!! Will drive those 10 hours from Chicago at least twice a year to visit that Store!!! Highly Recommend

I love this place the start was the nice shopping carts outside and They have everything!! And a lot of the yarns are color coordinated by the multitude also by the brand it’s just awesome you will have a lot of fun just walking around let Alone shopping for all your crafts make sure you download the app to get your coupons and discounts this place is awesome and Customer Service was five star plus!!

Such a beautiful store!!! Clean, spacious, organized, many associates working, help available when you need it. Wow. I just went in for fabric markers, left wanting to learn several art crafts.

One of my favorite places to buy yarn and happy fabrics. If you go when theres a sale on, you can get some great deals. (And lets be honest, when is there NOT a sale on?) I like to browse the entire store though I mainly go for yarn.

Anthony was such a huge help with price checking and getting out online order together! There was another sweet person who helped us, blue hair, that was so great with helping my son and I find the right cross stitch stuff. Absolutely love this store and the staff!

I stood underneath the sign that says online pick up orders here for 15 minutes. The cashier seen me, but kept taking the people in line. All i wanted to do was pick up my vinyl. I had to ask another worker in order to get my order.

Great knits and cotton fabric selection, but not a huge variety of other types of fabric

Its awesome in here. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was kind of dead, with not many workers milling about. But there werent only a few, either. It was a good balance. So shiny, clean, and well-organized! Workers were incredibly helpful and nice!

Very very large store and nice selection of fabric, patterns and crafting material. The price for the actual supplies was reasonable and alot of it is on sale. Major discounts on alot of stuff. Very friendly staff. I give 4 stars because while the material was great. The tools were way over priced for what your getting. You can the exact same tools online at a much more reasonable price.

This is the best Joann I have ever visited. Always clean and welcoming and the staff is willing to help you with any question you may have. I am a repeat customer absolutely.

This is a wonderful stand alone new store. It really leans toward fabric.I was disappointed in the crafting goods and esp art supplies. So minus a star. Why build such a nice store and forget about the crafters. Really... I was very disappointed. Minus another star.

This Joanns is very nice. Unfortunately we didnt find actually what we needed but then staff found us something extremely close that we purchased. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Item I went in to get was double the price of even Ace Hardware. Item was locked up and it took 15+ minutes for someone to unlock it. While several employees were locked in casual conversations and not answering the help buttons that do not work.

Very nice staff, but they were only at the central cut station and checkout. It would be nice to have assistance on the floor as well. There is a huge selection of fabrics which is 1/3 of the store. Everything was well organized.

Great prices, has all the things youd find at Michaels/Hobby Lobby but way more space. Old Toys R Us or Babies R Us building.

The price of fabric has gone up so much that is almost the same price to make a dress as to buy one ready made. JoAnn fabric is just about the only game in town for any kind of selection. They price accordingly. The staff is not very knowledgeable or it seems willing to share any knowledge they do have. As a novice, I was looking for advice as well as shopping for fabric. I didnt get either

The selection is great and even if you dont see exactly what you need you can check online.I found several options that will fit our budget and the staff gave me some swatches to try out.Joann always has great sales and coupons too. Im a teacher and am preparing for the new school year. This week I made several online orders and used the curbside service option for pick up. The process was flawless, and I couldnt be happier.

This particular Joann fabrics and crafts store is the newest, nicest and the best stocked Joanns weve been to anywhere. A kind of full service/super craft store..you just have to see and explore it for yourself!They are placed on a side street (not highly visible) just off of Barrett Pkwy which is often very busy and congested. You need to pay close attention as you get close so as to be in the correct lane in time to make the turn.

The curbside pickup is so convenient!! They have excellent prices - especially when they do their sales! Staff is always friendly and the store is always neat and clean!!

I dont like the new store. Irs too big and I cant ever find what I need. Associates are few and far in between.

The store was really nice and had a good selection. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the cashier we had could use some training. I could tell a sale item wasnt ringing up correctly and she didnt bother to check it. I had to have someone else (who was properly trained) correct the issue and refund the difference. The original cashier struggled to make change with a simple cash transaction.

First time here. Never been. The store is beautiful and almost immaculate. Things are well organized for a shopper to find exactly what they are looking for. Customer service is top notch. I also love their Wilton (cake/candy decorating) section. Better than Walmart, Michaels or Target in organization, variety of products, and selection of colors.

This is absolutely the best Joann store I’ve ever been to. I wish I had caught the names of the kind (pink haired) lady who helped me at the fabric counter. She was insanely amazing and so friendly! There was also a really nice lady who helped us in a different part of the store and later checked us out. Every single time we’ve been to this location (even on opening week!) I’ve been insanely satisfied from start to finish. The location is great! Huge building and amazing selection. Parking is great, the bathrooms are always clean, and it’s very well laid out. I have nothing but an endless list of everything I love about this store and the employees!

WOW! This location is AWESOME! New location rocks. Took over the old Toys R Us location. Some great grand opening deals! We got fleece fabric for $2.99/ yd. The outside of the store is a bright sort of lime green. Actually, a nicer color than it sounds. Inside is very bright and roomy. Staff was very friendly too. Plenty of people to cut fabric for customers too. Really a pleasant trip to a Joanns Fabric Store. Will definitely come back to this location.

I love the new store, fabric heaven! The cashier Jacob is awesome. The one issue that could be improved on is the line to have fabric cut is ALWAYS long! There are cutting stations for at least 10 employees but only 3 cutting. Even at 9:00 at night there was a 20 - 30 minute wait.To end on a positive note, all employees are very friendly and helpful.

LOVE the newly opened location! I missed the turn first time around but not a big deal. They have so much to offer and I believe it is better than their old location as far as number of products offered/in stock. Its very spacious and well laid out.

I actually never even made it inside to make my judgement how it look inside. They get two stars off there bright sign. That was the only reason I was drawn to stop by. But when u realized it was a fabric store I new it wasnt a store me. 😆

Clean, open space, organized, and well stocked. The manager asked us what was needed and walked us to our locations and the cashier, Devon, was so sweet and let us know about deals and coupons. Will definitely be back.

This store is much bigger, much cleaner and better organized than last store. Just wish the parking lot was level and they need more cart stations so that you dont have to walk so far to return it to the store

Great selection of yarn. Thats why the two starts. Staff seemed like dont want to sell anything. Some items were sample. Since the lady works on the floor didnt help me, I grabbed sample one accidentally. Cashier didnt offer me solution. She said there are fifteen of them should be on the floor. I said okay can someone get it for me, they didnt. There are many employees on the floor, dont know what are they doing if they wont help the customer. It wasnt crowded either so no other diatraction. I had to walk all the way back, grabbed a stick and found non sample one among the samples, with stick reached out to it. Horrible customer service. Why fifteen of the items are in sample section ?!! Employees needs to be trained to do what they been hired for. I wont go back there unless I really, really need to.

A Haven for avid hobbyists! And there’s good stuff at a prices so no feelings of ‘guilt’ if you find that maybe another area is better suited to a talent. Find your creative forte when the inkling strikes to make a quilt, organize those photos, decorate a doll house, enhance an outside spot with decor made from within!!! My first attempt using oil paints (there are no mistakes). And it really does looks great when viewed from across a room! Maybe crouchet is my calling...

Horrible serviceI ordered fabric on app, paid for it but some reason it was canceled. The lady I spoke with said maybe we ran out so I told her the stock number and they had 68 yards in stock. I did another order through app right at the counter. This person told me it would be better to just get it while here. I reminded her that I just placed order through app. Duh! Anyways I asked how long it would be and she said 24-48 hours but she just told me I could go get it in store.... so I left the store but not even 20 mins down Barrett I get a text that order is ready. Come on people go above the minimum requirements of your job and HELP THE CUSTOMER!!! I mean she could have called back to counter to see how long it would take to pull fleece and cut 2 yards. I shouldnt have to tell or ask someone how to do their job. Maybe its just me, maybe I am one of the rare that goes above and beyond for people.

I love the new location. I love the new layout. I love the new non-ticket ticket system for the cutting area! That is, when its working correctly, but thats an extremely minor issue compared to the store as a whole.Also, the best part! They still have wonderfully friendly employees; Ive yet to meet a rude/ mean crew member. ♡

My eight year old took a sewing class here. While I was impressed with the outcome the teacher was a little on the rough side but not everyone can be great with kids so Ill cut them some slack.

It was 75% off.They really have all you need for anything craft or fabric related.

I LOVE the new space! The new layout is so fun and really draws the eyes. As if shopping there wasnt hard enough, breaking the bank, now theyve learned how to better promote new project ideas! They also have a custom shop for sewing projects!!

JoAnn Fabrics new location has lots of space and selection for all your craft needs. The location is south of Barrett Parkway and east of I-75. Plenty of parking.

They have all sorts of fabric you can think of. If they dont have the one you want there will be plenty of fabric similar to it. There is also so much fun accessories and the staff are all very kind and helpful.

New store is beautiful. Work/rental stations are easy to access.No assistance on sales floor so dont go in if you need help. Ask 3 people for assistance, none of them could help or point me in the right direction.

Purchased a Cricut Maker lilac. The employee immediately brought it out from the storage up to the register and waited for me. He even took it to my car without me asking. Im disabled and cannot lift heavy items. We even talked about the Cricut and he has one too.

I love this Joanns always clean good prices great selection. Just one thing the people on the floor are not always available to help you. But the cashiers are always nice and helpful.

Wow! This place is huge! Tons of yarn and fabric at fair prices. The home decor however is very cheaply made and extremely expensive! Go for the yarn! Avoid the decor!
