Worst experience ever. Ask politely to refund my money and Matt George said “no f’ing problem, chief.” Told me in store after spending $12,000 that my stuff would be in with in a month or two of my payment in March. Now it’s July so I needed furniture for the summer and asked to refund so I can purchase somewhere else. I wasn’t loud or mean etc. but he didn’t like that too much. Terrible customer service in the store and on the phone. Should have know better but we thought we were getting better furniture going here. We were wrong because it’s just as good anywhere else. He then told me there is no one above him that I could speak to about his rude and unprofessional behavior. Save your money and go elsewhere where they treat you and your money like you deserve. I feel as though COVID has given people a reason to be terrible at their jobs.

5 years ago purchased a large amount of IPE furniture from Georgia Patio that I needed delivered quickly for an engagement party. They did a fantastic job of getting everything in and delivered in time, and we have loved the furniture. This year, needed to order replacement cushions (we don’t cover our cushions or take them in during the winter or they probably would have lasted much longer). I didn’t take into account all the delays effecting everything because of the pandemic and went in to Georgia Patio in mid-April wanting to get a full 8 sets of new cushions by my daughter’s graduation in May. After informing me that most manufacturers were running 4-6 months or longer to get replacement cushions, Matt called a local cushion maker and was able to get me replacement cushions in the sunbrella fabric I wanted with a promised delivery of May 22nd. Imagine my surprise when I got the call that they were ready a week early! Just picked them up and they look and feel great. Georgia Patio saves the day again!!

If youre looking for great customer service and a staff that know the product definitely go there.My last purchase was from a outdoor furniture store in Charlotte and I reached out to them being that I purchased from them on my last purchase but I decided to shop around in Atlanta and thank God that I did. Very good experience with a coffee table fire pit we bought recently. Inquired with Matt over the weekend and he got several in stock for us in a matter of days. Would have given it a five-star but delivery was pushed out and so we ended up picking it up ourselves which was not a big deal. Overall good experience. Working on an outdoor kitchen project and will review once finally completed.

I appreciate good customer service and the staff here always provides a great experience. We bought furniture for our front deck four years ago and its holding up great. Its now time to replace our older furniture from the back deck so this is the first place we stopped to do our research. No pressure from the staff to buy right now. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Great selection. Expert staff that dont pressure you but are full of options and ideas if they dont have exactly what you need on the sales floor. They want you to be happy with what you purchase whether in their store or elsewhere. They allowed us to take home samples over night.

Very disappointed with customer service. I give the furniture 5 stars because I am pleased with the quality. But it was delivered on a rainy day and the men who came refused to wear masks and left the pieces in the rain. I had no one to help me so I had to ask my neighbors for help. The store manager finally got on the phone after I called several times and offered to come after the store closed which was way to long and the pieces were getting wet. This happened at about 5:00pm.

Learned a bunch, will be back when time to buy.

Simple, not cheap, very top shelf products, and they dont have excess sales people hounding you - but worth the time and money. We had a great experience with Matt after waiting on him to complete assisting another customer which we didnt mind. Reading some reviews, some people have nothing else to do but complain. Our chairs, fire pit, etc are top quality and delivered and set up properly. One warranty issue was evaluated by them (would expect nothing less) and replaced two days later. Our highest recommendation and now 5 of our neighbors have purchased from them with our recommendation.

I’ve been a customer of Georgia Patio for roughly three years and have spent a few thousands on patio furniture and this is the first time that I’ve received bad customer service from Matt (the manager). I called to complain about the quality of the recent covers for our furniture that we purchased two weeks ago because our pillows are now getting SOAKED when it rains, and he was very rude and inconsiderate!! Totally unacceptable!!! I’m not sure what’s going on, but he should be appreciating any business during these times. I will never purchase anything else from them!!!

We just moved and made the decision to invest in outdoor furniture verse buying throw away that never lasted. After learning about the differences in fabric, frame construction, and domestic manufacturing it became clear the price was worth it. Also, I like the fact it is a local family owned business.

I was referred by a friend who was completely happy with his new Hot Tub. I was shown the Hot Tubs by Matt who was extremely knowledgeable about the product line. I told him what my budget was and he directed me to the section to look at.I am happy with my purchase and am anxiously awaiting delivery and setup.Great place to deal with and have a large Green Egg selection as well.

Very rude sales guy. Extremely aggressive with my wife when she commented on how an 8x10 pillow was $109. We were going in to spend a good bit of $$$ and that made us want to leave immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The manager told us about the Big Green Egg prices/bundles. It took a lot of effort to let me talk and mention the deal I saw at a competitor. When I was finally able to get my words in, he told me Well you should go get it there!The manager even followed me out of the store and into the parking lot to try and prove his point. Never dealt with someone so childish and rude that is supposed to care about their stores revenue.I made a purchase from a competitor an hour later.

Terrible abusive customer service after the sale. Purchase several thousand dollars worth of outdoor furniture and when I got home I found that the rail table was damaged in the box. Called the store the next day and they told me to bring it back and they would replace it; fair enough huh. When I brought the table back the replacement table was scratched as well so I asked that they order me a new one. After twenty minutes of lectures on the characteristics of wood and how it scratched and how the scratch in the replacement table could be sanded out and cover with furniture oil. Again and again I asked that they order me a new. After I endured several minutes of abuse by the sale staff it became obvious they were not going to order me a new table or offer any other resolution I told them I would return all the furniture and did so two days later. Although Ga Patio’s furniture is quite expensive I would pay more to purchase elsewhere.

Bought some outdoor furniture here. The sales team was very helpful and knew what they were talking about. We ordered more than what would fit in our space. They were happy to remove the extra piece when I called.

Great place. We go in for all the Green Egg accessories they have. Lots to see and choose from, not only for Green Egg, but lots of interesting patio/outdoor items as well. The staff has always been friendly and helpful also.

Going to Georgia Patio is like going to Fantasy Island they have all of the coolest outdoor toys. They have Green Egg grills/Hot Tubs and incredible outdoor furniture. Worth the trip. I even found and outdoor bar stool on sale and purchased it.

Large, well laid out storefront. There are many demos to see and many different styles to choose from. That being said, if you are looking for an affordable piece, this is probably not the place to look.

Nice facility, good variety of furniture. Pricing is a little high in my opinion. However, I did like that some outside furniture is made from recyclables.

First of all, this is our first purchase at Georgia Patio, Mrs. Lisa was very professional, and took us to the right decision for our needs. We highly recommend Georgia Patio in Kennesaw, Ga.

In the beginning, we received good service when purchasing. BUT my husband specifically asked why we should buy from them rather than someone else and was told by the salesperson that they serviced/warranty work in house. When we had problems, that was not the case. They gave us a phone number and washed their hands of it. It took over a month to fix the issue and we could not use the tub during that time. Even had trouble getting in touch with the service company (separate company). Emailed twice and called twice before a response.

Meh. My wife and I went there with purchasing furniture in mind. Two employees walked by us without offering any assistance. Their sale prices were not a good as advertised. Their clearance items were priced well.

I will never come here again. POOR customer service. Treated my family with distaste and aggression.

I work at AMC down the street, and I was cutting through to get to work quicker, 15 mins before they opened,even a guy in a GA patio truck came out of nowhere, and stopped and told me stuff like I wasnt suppose to be here, what was I doing on the side of the building, Where am I supposed to be. You dont work here why are you here and so on. Then I told him everything and said I worked down at AMC and so on, and I was picking something up from the ground that I accidentally dropped. And even when I told him, he was still being rude to me, all because I was on the side of the building right next to the small tree patch, and the building picking something up from the ground that I dropped, from my hands on accident. I was also in my work uniform too when he stopped me. Then 13 minutes later, I went back toward the direction that the place was in but I wasnt actually going back, I was actually getting ready to check to see what time the Cold Stone Creamery nearby opened, because I was wanting Ice Cream, and thought they opened early. I was also wondering if I still had time, before getting to work, then as I was heading toward Cold Stone Creamery he stopped me a second time, and 2 minutes before the place opened, he went on saying I thought you worked at AMC. I tried telling him, that I was heading toward Cold Stone Creamery to check what time they opened, he wouldnt let me finish, and he said. AMC is that way. What are you doing? Where are you going? If you dont head toward aMC Ill get the law on you and I look suspicious as Mother........right now, and to stay the hell away from the parking lot, then after he said all that he sped off. However, the problem was, that I was barely on the property the 2nd time. I was actually right next to the Cold Stone creamery, and barely on the parking lot of the GA patio when he stopped me again. If he was like that to me, I dunno what he is like to customers, while the place is opened. I never had an issue with the parking lot of this place, till today. I have been cutting through the parking lot of the property to get to work for 2 years because it helps save time, and I have to deal with less cars coming at me. I cant drive yet, thats why I have been using the parking lot as a shortcut to get to AMC for 2 years. Yeah I hated that this happened to me I wasnt doing anything wrong, just picking something up from the ground that I dropped on accident, walking through the parking lot to get to AMC, and going back to see what time Cold Stone Creamery opened. I was being fussed at for no reason.

The man working the floor was the worst. Dont even bother, prices are not reasonable
